<p><em>Student achievement is found apda initial survey is still much under KKM while individuals who have high self-control can direct and manage his behavior, not easily tempted by changes that occur and can avoid the deviant behavior, This study aims to analyze the relationship control self with student achievement with the strength of the relationship is quite strong in students at SMA Negeri 7 Padang. This type of research is quantitative research with the type of research is descriptive correlational research. The population of this study class XI and class XII SMA Negeri 7 Padang 2017/2018 as many as 596 students and a sample of 240 students. Sampling using simple random sampling technique. Instrument used for research in the form of closed questionnaire to know the relationship of self control with student achievement by using correlation test. The results revealed: 1) students' overall self-control was in the moderate category with the percentage of 38.8% 2) the overall student learning achievement (26.7%) with the learning achievement score 62-67, and there was a significant relationship between self-control with learning achievement at SMA Negeri 7 Padang.</em></p>

In general, the process of each child's developmental stages is the same, that is the result of the maturation process. But in accomplishment, every child has a different speed.  Based on the initial survey 5 (50%) children doubt in the development. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship among nutritional status with the development of children age toddler. This research design using correlation analytical method with Cross Sectional approach. The number of 45 samples of children under five with simple random sampling technique with the independent variable of nutritional status and the dependent variable of development, analysis using Spearmen test with ρ <0.05. The test results obtained significant 0.002 (ρ <0.05).  Shows there is a relationship of nutritional status with the development of children age toddler. Mother's efforts to improve the development of toddler age children by improving nutritional status that includes 4 healthy 5 perfect in accordance with the needs of children aged toddler and provides stimulation of development through the provision of educational games and immediately bring the child to health personnel if there is suspected deviation of development

ABSTRAK Anak memandang menarche adalah hal yang menakutkan karena menarche akan menimbulkan ketidaknyamanan, pusing. Menarche adalah menstruasi pertama yang biasa terjadi umur 10 - 16 tahun. Survei awal dilakukan pada 10 Desember 2016, didapatkan 80% siswi mengalami cemas, bingung menghadapi menarche. Salah satu faktor risiko psikologis menarche yaitu kesiapan, karena ketidaksiapan menimbulkan perasaan cemas. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan kesiapan menghadapi menarche pada anak usia sekolah. Metode penelitian kuantitatif survei analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi 36 siswi dari kelas IV, V, VI yang belum menarche dengan teknik total sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Uji hubungan variabel dengan uji Rank Spearmen. Hasil penelitian terdapat 77,8% dinyatakan tidak siap menghadapi menarche, sebanyak 55,6% siswi dengan tingkat cemas sedang. Hasil analisis diperoleh hasil ρ value (0,026) dengan rho (-0,372). Kesimpulan: ada hubungan kesiapan menghadapi menarche dengan tingkat kecemasan pada anak usia sekolah.   Kata kunci: Kesiapan, menarche, tingkat kecemasan.       ABSTRACT Children look at menarche is a scary thing because menarche will cause discomfort, dizziness. Menarche is the first common menstruation of 10-16 years. Initial survey conducted in 10th December 2016, found 80% female students experience anxiety, confused face menarche. One of the psychological risk factors of menarche is readiness, because unpreparedness raises anxiety. The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship of readiness to face menarche in school-aged children. The method is quantitative research of analytic survey with cross sectional approach. The population of 36 female students from grade IV, V, VI which has not menarche with total sampling technique. The instrument used is a questionnaire. Test the relationship of variables with Rank Spearmen test.Results: 77.8% were declared unprepared for menarche, as many as 55.6% of female students with moderate levels of anxiety. The result of analysis is obtained ρ value (0,026) with rho (-0,372).Conclusion: there is a relationship of readiness to face menarche with anxiety levels in school-age children.   Keywords: Readiness, menarche, anxiety level.

Emotional Intelligence is one of the factors that influence a person's success, because IQ contributes 20% to one's success, while 80% contributes from other factors, one of which is emotional intelligence. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of emotional intelligence with second semester student achievement  Akademi Kebidanan Sehat Medan tahun 2017. This study uses a quantitative type of study through a cross sectional approach. The sample in this study was mahasisiwi second semester of the Academy of Health Midwifery with 43 respondents with total sampling technique. Data analysis techniques are done using Chi Square. The results showed that emotional intelligence was in the moderate category, and learning achievement in the category was very satisfying. There is a Relationship between Emotional Intelligence and Student Achievement in Semester II in Akademi Kebidanan Sehat Medan Tahun 2017 with p value 0,004. The conclusion of the study shows that there is an emotional intelligence relationship with the learning achievement of the second semester students of the Medan Healthy Midwifery Academy and for the place it is hoped that they can provide input material to provide students with regular emotional intelligence tests.

ABSTRAKHasil belajar (prestasi belajar) merupakan perubahan perilaku yang diperoleh seseorang setelah mengalami aktivitas belajar. Perolehan aspek-aspek perubahan perilaku tersebut tergantung pada apa yang dipelajari oleh seseorang. Berhasil atau tidaknya seseorang untuk belajar disebabkan beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi dalam pencapaian hasil belajar (prestasi belajar) yaitu berasal dari dalam diri orang yang belajar dan ada pula yang dari luar dirinya. Banyak faktor yang mempengaruhinya, diantaranya adalah motivasi dan minat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan motivasi dan minat masuk Program Studi D  III Kebidanan dengan prestasi belajar mahasiswa  STIKES Insan Cendekia Husada Bojonegoro. Jenis penelitian ini adalah analitik korelasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua mahasiswa Program Studi D III Kebidanan STIKES Insan Cendekia Husada Bojonegoro sebanyak 39 mahasiswa dengan  teknik total sampling dengan jumlah sampel 39. Penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen berupa kuesioner. Analisis hubungan variabel dilakukan dengan menggunakan Yates Correction. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara motivasi masuk Program Studi D III Kebidanan dengan prestasi belajar mahasiswa           (ρ =0,027) dan ada hubungan antara minat masuk Program Studi D III Kebidanan dengan prestasi belajar mahasiswa (ρ =0,044). Saran untuk Program Studi D III Kebidanan STIKES Insan Cendekia Husada Bojonegoro agar meningkatkan prestasi belajar mahasiswa Prodi D III kebidanan STIKES Insan Cendekia Husada Bojonegoro dengan cara dosen atau pembimbing akademik menciptakan kondisi pembelajaran yang menarik, sarana prasarana yang menunjang, hubungan antara dosen dan mahasiswa yang baik, sehingga mahasiswa terdorong untuk butuh dan terus belajar dan melakukan pemantauan dan pendekatan lebih dalam terhadap mahasiswa tentang tujuan mereka untuk masuk di Program Studi D III Kebidanan. Kata Kunci : Motivasi, minat, prestasi belajar  ABSTRACT      Results of learning (learning achievement) is obtained by a person's behavior changes after experiencing learning activities. Acquisition aspects of the behavior change depending on what is learned by someone. Success or failure of someone to learn due to several factors that affect the achievement of learning outcomes (learning achievement) that comes from within the person who studied and some are from outside himself. Many factors influence it, such as motivation and interest. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of motivation and interest in D III Midwifery Studies Program with student achievement STIKES Insan Scholar Husada Bojonegoro. This type of research is analytic correlation. This study used cross sectional approach. The population in this study were all students of the D III Midwifery STIKES Insan Husada Bojonegoro Scholar at least 39 students with a total sampling with a sample of 39. This study used a questionnaire instrument. Variable correlation analysis done using Yates Correction. Results of this study indicate that there is a relationship between motivation incoming D III Midwifery Studies Program with student achievement (ρ = 0.027) and there is a correlation between interest in D III Midwifery Studies Program with student achievement (ρ = 0.044). Suggestions for Study Program D III Midwifery STIKES Insan Scholar Husada Bojonegoro in order to increase student achievement Prodi DIII midwifery personnel STIKES Scholar Husada Bojonegoro by way of a professor or academic supervisor creates an attractive learning conditions, infrastructure that support, the relationship between faculty and students good , so that students are encouraged to take and continue to learn and perform monitoring and deeper approach to the students about their goals for entry in the D III Midwifery Studies Program. Postpartum hemorrhage is bleeding that occurs after the birth of the baby, placenta, and 2 hours after the placenta is born. One of the causes is anemia. Research in 2015, 60% of 100 mothers giving birth at RSIA Kirana Taman Sidoarjo experienced postpartum hemorrhage. The aim of the study was to determine the relationship of anemia in pregnancy with the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage in labor mothers. The study design used an analytical survey with a retrospective method. The population of 206 maternity mothers was taken with simple random sampling technique as many as 136 samples in August 2017. Data were analyzed by Chi Square statistical test with 0.05. The results showed that postpartum hemorrhage was more experienced by mothers with anemia (66.7%) than  those without anemia (26.2%). While those who did not experience postpartum hemorrhage were more experienced by mothers who were not anemic (73.8%) than those who were anemic (33.3%). Chi square test results  (p=0.000  <0.05),  which means there is a relationship  of anemia in pregnancy with the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage in labor mothers. Conclusions of the study were the relationship of anemia in pregnancy with the  incidence  of postpartum hemorrhage in labor mothers. It is expected that midwives and doctors conduct early detection of anemia so that appropriate care can be carried out.

Instagram is one of the most popular social media for the public. One difference between Instagram and other social media, is that instamam is more likely to be used to find information and share information with users than to interact directly with fellow users. The purpose of this study is to find out and explain the motives and active user satisfaction in using Instagram social media and find out the relationship between the motives and satisfaction of Instagram social media usage. This study uses use and gratification theory which assumes that individuals have certain goals in using media. The method used in this research is quantitative research methods. The data collection tool is the questionnaire has been validated. The research sample was 70 people. The sampling technique is simple random sampling. The statistic test that the researchers used was the Partial Correlation Test (Pearson Product Moment). Data is processed using SPSS version 20. The results of this study indicate users want to get information and knowledge that is happening at the present time. Information satisfaction becomes the most obtained by Instagram social media users. Overall Instagram social media has given satisfaction to users and there is a significant relationship between motives and satisfaction.

<p><em>The number of medical personnel in the Padang City is still a shortage of the amount required is 83 people, but this time medical personnel numbered 53 people. This research was carried out by combining two types of research are mixed method, preceded by a quantitative research with cross sectional approach, followed by qualitative research. The study was conducted in Primary Health Care Padang City. The population in this study are all medical personnel in the Padang City with a sample of 38 people, with a sampling technique is simple random sampling. The bivariate analysis known there are significant relationship between work (p = 0,023), compensation (p = 0,001), supervision (p = 0,001) and the relationship between employees (p = 0,000) with job satisfaction. But there is no relationship promotion with job satisfaction (p = 0,208). The conclusion of the study there are significant relationship between work, compensation, supervision and the relationship between employees with job satisfaction.</em></p>

Marital harmony will be difficult to achieve without a good interpersonal relationship between husband and wife. In creating a good interpersonal relationship needs effective communication so as to prevent yourself from situation that could damage the relationship and can lead to not harmonious marriage. This study aimed to determine the relationship between interpersonal communication with marital harmony.   This study is a quantitative research that used a product moment correlation. The sampling technique used is the technique simple random sampling, with 110 subjects. The scale used in this research are scale interpersonal communication and scale marital harmony. Based on the results obtained correlation values (r) of 0,649 with probabilities of 0,000 (p<0,05). The result from test data analysis is that there is a positive and significant correlation between interpersonal communication with marital harmony. The effective contribution to interpersonal communication with marital harmony is 42,2% and the others are 57,8% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.   Keywords: Interpersonal communication, marriage harmony

Learning entrepreneurship is very important for special students in vocational high schools (SMK). However, there are still many students getting entrepreneurial grades under the standard (KKM). It can be said that student achievement in entrepreneurship subjects is low, this is inseparable from the factors that influence learning achievement such as: family environment, education costs, and reading interest. The research objective is to look at the effect of family environment and educational costs on student achievement both simultaneously and partially and to see the influence of family environment, education costs, and reading interest on learning achievement both simultaneously and partially. The population in this study was the entire class XI Pharmacy Pharmacy Ikasari Pekanbaru with 249 students. The sampling technique used Simple Random Sampling with a sample size of 153 students. The data in this study were secondary data obtained from school documents in the form of student daily test scores and primary data obtained from questionnaires filled out by students. The results showed that family environment and education costs had a positive and significant effect on learning achievement both 43.4% simultaneously and partially with a large coefficient of peht 43.6% and 39.7% and family environment, education costs, and reading interest positive and significant effect both simultaneously at 56.3% and partial with a peht coefficient of 16.5%, 13.2%, and 57.3%.

According to the World Health Organization (WHO) in 2015 had 42 million children who were overweight. This figure rose to 31 million from 2000. Obesity adolescents tend to have an impact on learning achievement and their health. The purpose of this study was students in senior high school 3 Bulukumba. 265 respondents sampling technique used consecutive sampling technique this type of research is an analytical study with a cross-sectional approach. The test used for the relationship of obesity whit student achievement is the fisher’s exact test while the test used for the relationship of parental work with student achievement is the Kolmogorov Smirnov test. The results of the study are respondents with type 1 obesity with good achievement scores of 27 respondents (87.1%) and achievement scores of less than 4 respondents (12.9%). While respondents with type 2 obesity with good performance scores were 9 respondents (56.2%) and achievement scores were less than 7 respondents. And the work of parents as PNS with a good achievement value of  15 respondents (93.8%) and less achievement scores of 1 respondent (1.6%). While respondents with the work of parents as entrepreneurs with good achievement scores of 10 respondents (55.6%) and achievement scores of less than 8 respondents (44.4%). Then the work of parents as farmers with good performance scores as many as 11 respondents. While the achievement score is less than 2 respondents (3.8%). The conclusion of this study is there's is a relationship of obesity with the achievement of students in senior high school 3 Bulukumba between parental work and the achievement of students in high school 3 Bulukumba. As for the suggestion in this study can add library references and student insights on Sitekes Panrita Husada Bulukumba.
