This research is based on parents' thinking is an important learning motivator for children, including in adolescence, because the family is the first and main environment. Provision of appropriate parenting patterns should also follow a good child's learning motivation. This study aims to determine whether there is a significant positive relationship between the pattern of care with motivation in learning, and knowing where old parenting patterns have the motivation to learn. The research design used herein is correlative with the method. Data taken by using closed questionnaires. Data were analyzed using Spearman's rho test. With this method researchers collect as much data as possible about the dimensions of motivation to learn, then do the analysis of these dimensions to get the complete data and as objective as possible with the pattern of care and motivation to learn adolescents. Testing is done by t test. Based on the data analysis can be concluded there is a significant relationship between the pattern of care with adolescent learning motivation with a contribution of 18.8%, where again increased adolescent learning motivation caused by other factors.

Abstrak:Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti 1). Hubungan antara pemanfaatan E-Journal dengan kemampuan pengetahuan kepustakaan, 2). Hubungan antara motivasi belajar dengan kemampuan pengetahuan kepustakaan, 3), Hubungan antara pemanfaatan E-Journal dan motivasi belajar secara bersama-sama dengan kemampuan pengetahuan kepustakaan.             Hipotesis dari penelitian ini adalah 1). Diduga terdapat hubungan positif antara pemanfaatan E-Journal dengan kemampuan pengetahuan kepustakaan, 2). Diduga terdapat hubungan positif antara motivasi belajar dengan kemampuan pengetahuan kepustakaan, 3), Diduga terdapat hubungan positif antara pemanfaatan E-Journal dan motivasi belajar secara bersama-sama dengan kemampuan pengetahuan kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1). Hipotesis pertama diterima, bahwa terdapat hubungan positif antara pemanfaatan E-Journal dengan kemampuan pengetahuan kepustakaan, 2). Hipotesis kedua ditolak, karena dari hasil pengujian dibuktikan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan antara motivasi belajar dengan kemampuan pengetahuan kepustakaan, 3). Hipotesis ketiga diterima, bahwa terdapat hubungan positif antara pemanfaatan E-Journal dan motivasi belajar secara bersama-sama dengan kemampuan pengetahuan kepustakaan dengan tingkat koefisien rendah. The first hypothesis is accepted, there is a positive relationship between the use of electronic journals and library knowledge, 2). The second hypothesis is rejected, because from the test results it can be seen that there is no relationship between motivation to learn and library knowledge, 3). The third hypothesis is accepted, there is a positive relationship between the use of electronic journals and motivation to learn together with library knowledge skills with low coefficient levels. Total dissolved solids (TDS) and chlorophyll a were not related in 25 lakes which were all off the Precambrian Shield. Both on-shield and off-shield lakes were included in the previous reports which showed a significant relationship between TDS and productivity. When data from on-shield and off-shield lakes were analyzed separately, there was no significant positive relationship between TDS and lake biomass or productivity. It was also shown that mean depth ([Formula: see text]) was as good a predictor of fish production as the TDS: [Formula: see text] ratio, the morphoedaphic index.Key words: TDS, biomass, productivity, morphoedaphic index, chlorophyll a, lakes

El tamaño es una variable contingente que puede influir en los resultados de las empresas. En este trabajo se pretende contrastar la existencia o no de una relación significativa entre tamaño y resultados empresariales de las empresas agrarias, en particular de las cooperativas hortofrutícolas españolas. Para ello, se realiza un estudio empírico en base a la información económica y financiera obtenida de los registros oficiales de las cooperativas agrarias dedicadas a la comercialización de frutas y hortalizas sobre el cual se ha aplicado un análisis de regresión. El estudio demuestra que no existe una relación significativa positiva entre los resultados empresariales y el tamaño de este tipo de entidades, por lo que se puede afirmar que la capacidad competitiva de una empresa agraria depende de su propia capacidad de gestión y no de un factor de contingencia como el tamaño. ABSTRACTSize is a contingency variable that can influence firms’ performance. This study aims to contrast whether exists or not a significant relationship between organizational size and performance in agrifood firms, particularly in the case of Fruit and Vegetables Cooperatives in Spain. Therefore, an applied empirical study using regression analysis is carried out from economic and financial information of such companies obtained from official registers. The study shows that there is not a significant positive relationship between performance and size for such type of firms. RESUMOO tamanho da cota é uma variável que pode influenciar os resultados das empresas. Este trabalho tem como objetivo contrastar a existência de uma relação significativa entre tamanho e desempenho dos negócios das empresas agrícolas, em especial as cooperativas hortícolas espanhóis. Para fazer isso, um estudo empírico é realizado com base em informações obtidas dos registros oficiais das cooperativas agrícolas que se dedicam à comercialização de frutas e legumes de informação económica e financeira sobre a qual foi aplicada uma análise de regressão. O estudo mostra que há uma relação positiva e significativa entre o desempenho da empresa e do tamanho de tais instituições, para que possamos dizer que a competitividade de uma empresa agrícola depende da sua própria capacidade de gestão e não um fator contingência como tamanho.

This research is purposed to reveal scales of student’s learning motivation contribution and pedagogical competence of teachers grade for computer and information management skills subject at X class SMKN 1 Tilatang Kamang. The type of this research is descriptive correlation. Populations in this research are 164 students, and samples are amount to 62 students of X class SMKN 1 Tilatang Kamang, school of year 2012/2013. Samples are taken by simple random sampling technique. Data were collected by questionnaire and documentation. Data analysis technique in this research is Pearson product moment and multiple-correlation. Results from data analysis claimed that there are contributions from learning motivation and pedagogical competence of teachers grade of computer and information management skills subject at X class SMKN 1 Tilatang Kamang, as follow: (1) student’s learning motivation gives contribution to student’s grade by 21,34%, (2) pedagogical competence of teachers gives contribution to student’s grade by 17,89%, (3) student’s motivation to learn together with pedagogical competence of teachers give contribution to student’s grade by 27,98%. This research suggest that student’s motivation to learn and pedagogical competence of teachers give contribution to student’s grade.

Intra-Uterine Grout Retardation (IUGR) is the abnormal growth of the fetus in uterine developmental disturbances or disorders. This study aims to determine the level of incidence of IUGR on mothers with PEB (severe Pre-eclampsia) in Abdoer Rahem Situbondo hospitals. The research design in this study was used "analytic". Population in this study were mothers who had a pregnancy with PEB in Dr. Abdoer rahem Situbondo as many as 58 respondents with the number of samples 33 respondents, the sampling method usedsimple random sampling. Data analysis used fisher exact with maximum level a = 0,05. The result showed that there was significant relationship between severe preeclampsia and the IUGR  case in fetus. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya tingkat kejadian IUGR terhadap ibu dengan Pre-Eklamsi Berat (PEB) di RSUD Abdoer Rahem Situbondo. Desain penelitian yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah  analitik. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah ibu yang yang mengalami kehamilan dengan PEB di RSUD Dr. Abdoer rahem Situbondo sebanyak 58 responden  dengan jumlah sampel 33 responden, metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah  menggunakan simple random sampling. Analisis data menggunakan fisher exact dengan tingkat maksimal a=0,05. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan ada hubungan yang signifikan antara pre-eklamsi berat dengan terjadinya IUGR pada janin. Background: The study intended to analyze the relationship between psychological orientation, commitment and employee performance among staff in public institutions: A case study of Kampala City Council Authority (KCCA). The study tested three hypotheses; (i) there is no relationship between psychological orientation and employee commitment in KCCA; (ii) there is no relationship between commitment and employee performance in KCCA; and (iii) there is no relationship between orientation and employee performance in KCCA. A correlational research design was employed to test the relationship between the variables under study. A closed ended questionnaire was adopted to collect data for this study. Results: From the results obtained it was observed that there is a significant positive relationship between psychological orientation and commitment, r = .668, p = .015, N = 213; statistically significant positive relationship between commitment and employee performance, r = .419, p = .041, N = 213; and statistically significant positive relationship between psychological orientation and employee performance among the staff in KCCA, r = .789, p = .000; N= 213. Recommendations: The study recommends that KCCA put more efforts and resources into psychological orientation because it highly predicts employee performance than any other variable studied. It was also noted that all the variables under study were related to one another, meaning that they have statistical importance, and can be considered when improving performance of the employees at KCCA.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Picture and Picture Learning Model on students’ interest in Learning Christian Religion Education of Grade VII in SMP Negeri 2 DolokSanggul Academic Year 2019/2020.The method used in this research is inferential statistical method. The population was all grade VII students of SMP Negeri 2 DolokSanggul Academic Year 2019/2020 with a total of 281 people and a sample of 32 people. Data were collected with a closed questionnaire of 35 items.The results of data analysis showed that the Picture and Picture Learning Model had a positive and significant effect on students’ interest in Learning Christian Religion Education of Grade VII in SMP Negeri 2 DolokSanggul Academic Year 2019/2020 with data analysis as follows: 1. Test requirements for analysis: a) A positive relationship test obtained rxy = 0.745 rtable = 0.349; b) Significant relationship test obtained tcount = 6.109 ttable = 1.697 between variable X with variable Y. 2. Influence test: a) Regression equation test obtained a regression equation with a regression determination coefficient r ^ 2 = 55, 5% and Fcount Ftable = 1.92 1.62, thus Ha and H0 were rejected. There is a positive and significant effect of the Picture and Picture Learning Model on students’ interest in Learning Christian Religion Education of Grade VII in SMP Negeri 2 DolokSanggul Academic Year 2019/2020. Keywords: Picture and picture Learning Model, Students’ Learning Interest, Christian Religion Education

An empirical study of the relevance of the personal space concept when applied to adolescent family relationships was conducted with a sample of 40 intact, nonclinical families. Using the Family Approach-Stop Measure of personal space it was found that the spatial distance between the parents and an older adolescent was greater than the spatial distance between the parents and a younger adolescent. Using Pearson product moment correlations, it was found that there was a significant positive relationship between adolescent age and spatial distance between the adolescent and each of his or her parents.

A field experiment conducted for screened 288 elite gen pool of linseed against bud fly infestation at Kanpur, India during rabi 2011-12 and 2012-13. The flowering duration showed significant positive relationship (r=0.9278 and 0.9368) with bud infestation. The maximum flowering duration 32.80 and 31.44 days was recorded on variety A-44 with highest bud infestation of 62.29 and 69.99 percent during respective years against variety C-C-1-2 which had a shortest flowering duration of 8.80 and 12.94 days with the minimum 16.38 and 14.30 percent bud fly infestation. The sepal thickness negative highly significant relationship (r=--0.7224) with bud infestation. The resistant germplasm line maximum sepal thickness (0.49 mm) had relative minimum bud infestation (6.88%) while minimum sepal thickness (0.24 mm) with maximum bud infestation(65.11%), plant height, flower colour did not show significance in bud fly resistance, whereas, flowering duration bud as well as sepal thickness showed significant impact.

The background of this study is lack of understanding student with Arabic thesis produced by students of Arabic Education department in IAIN Pontianak FTIK. Those problems arise because of the low understanding of the logical language rules between Arabic and Indonesian. This study was analyzed by calculating path analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that: 1) there is no significant relationship between syntactic mastery and mastery of students majoring in PBA, path parameter coefficient between syntax and mastery of nahwu science of -0.148 with T-Statistics of 0.868 and P-Values amounting to 0.387, because P> 0.05, 2) there is a significant positive relationship between syntactic mastery and the ability to write Arabic student text because the path parameter coefficient value between the two variables is 0.524 with a T-statistic value of 3.626 and P-Values ​​of 0 00, because P <0.05, 3) there was an insignificant relationship between the mastery of nahwu and the ability to write Arabic student text because it obtained the path parameter parameter coefficient between the two variables of 0.214 with a T-Statistical value of 1.2229 and P-Values ​​of 0.221 , because P> 0.05, 4) there is a significant relationship between mastery of sint simultaneous axis with mastery of student writing skills because the total effect of Syntax mastery together with the influence of mastery variables on writing ability is 0.493 with T statistic of 3.197 with P-Values ​​level of 0.002, because P-Values ​​is <0.05, then H0 is rejected.
