Much of our professional conversations revolve around the concept of change—changing the way books are organized in a library or changing policy on checkouts and fines. These changes are exciting and oftentimes come with quick recognition and praise. But when we discuss changes in the way we collaborate with teachers or the way the school library program situates itself in the daily life of a school, frustrations mount, and our desire for silver-bullet solutions becomes evident. Differentiating the types of change we seek may help us understand how to frame our expectations and set our professional goals.

<p class="Bodytext20">The culture of educational institution is something that is built from the companionship between the values followed by the leader and those followed by the teachers and the staffs. Those values are built by human thought existing in the madrasah (school). The companionship, then, produces the thought of organization which emerges in the form of values to be believed by all members of the institution. Furthermore, those values will be the main medium to shape the culture of its educational institution. The culture then rises in many kinds of visible symbols and acts in the daily life of the educational institution. The concept of building the culture through companioning different values becomes an interesting topic to be explored through this paper. This paper also intends to explore the significance of forming and shaping the thought of organization as the way to lead a harmonious institution atmosphere.</p><p class="Bodytext20"> </p><p class="Bodytext20">Budaya lembaga pendidikan adalah sesuatu yang dibangun dari persahabatan antara nilai-nilai yang diikuti oleh pemimpin dan yang diikuti oleh para guru dan para staf. Nilai tersebut dibangun oleh pemikiran manusia yang ada di madrasah (sekolah). Oleh karena itu, persahabatan menghasilkan pemikiran tentang organisasi yang muncul dalam bentuk nilai yang dapat dipercaya oleh semua anggota institusi. Selanjutnya, nilai tersebut akan menjadi media utama untuk membentuk budaya lembaga pendidikannya. Budaya kemudian meningkat dalam berbagai jenis simbol dan tindakan yang terlihat dalam kehidupan sehari-hari institusi pendidikan. Konsep membangun budaya melalui pendampingan nilai yang berbeda menjadi topik yang menarik untuk dijelajahi melalui makalah ini. Makalah ini juga bermaksud menggali makna pembentukan dan pembentukan pemikiran organisasi sebagai cara untuk memimpin atmosfir institusi yang harmonis.</p>

The working paper entitles ''The status of Quranic Digital from Fiqh Perspective''. There is no doubt taht in recent years, IT has been widely used in all aspect especially in our daily life. Our religion also accepts IT as one of the way to preach and it also has been widely used in Islamic world. One of the proof was the invention of Quranic Digital. Islamic technocrats have invented the Digital Quran for Muslim to make good use of it but also to help us to draw closer to Allah. The objective of this paper is to identify and explain about the fiqh's problems between Digital Quran and physical Quran such as Mushaf. This explanation hopefully can help Muslims to have confidence when using the Quranic Digital especially in the mainstream. A research has been conducted to study about the fiqh's problem in Quranic Digital and the author found out that the Quranic Digital can be touch even without wudhu' or during period (Haidh) because of it was not physically written like Mushaf and the words was stored in the device with other equipment.

The number of U.S. teacher-librarians has greatly diminished despite advocacy efforts by stakeholders. This case study investigated the factors that led governing board members in a mid-sized urban high school district to retain certified teacher-librarian positions despite a major economic crisis. Themes constructed through the analysis were: stakeholder involvement; transparency in communication; trust between district leadership and the governing board; a commitment to the district’s core values; and the value placed on the school library program by the district’s stakeholders. Future research should investigate school districts’ decision-making processes in the retention of teacher-librarian positions during economic crises.

Abstract. Information Literacy (IL) Program is a library program that aims to improve the ability of library users to recognize when information is needed and have the ability to locate, evaluate, and use effectively the needed information. Information literacy learning is essential to be taught and applied in education from the beginning of the school so that students are able to find and organize information effectively and efficiently particularly regard to the school assignment and learning process. At present, various educational institutions began to implement online learning model to improve the quality of teaching and research quality. Due to the advancement of information technology, the information literacy program should be adjusted with the needs of library users. The purpose of this study was to design web-based information literacy model for school library. This research conducted through several stages which are: identifying the needs of web-based IL, designing web-based IL, determining the model and the contents of a web-based IL tutorial, and creating a prototype webbased IL. The results showed that 90,74% of respondents stated the need of web-based learning IL. The prototype of web-based learning IL is consisted of six main units using combination of the Big6 Skills model and 7 Concept of Information Literacy by Shapiro and Hughes. The main fiveth units are Library Skill, Resource Skill, Research Skill, Reading Skill, and Presenting Literacy. This prototype web-based information literacy is expected to support the information literacy learning in a holistic approach.

The study of living Qur'an is one of the studies in the form of scientific research on social events in the Muslim community by positioning the Qur'an as the main behavior and actions in daily life. From there, it will be seen how they react continuously and live up to the values ​​of the al-Qur'an in their community. The study of the Living Qur'an appears as a phenomenon of the Qur'an in everyday life, namely the function and meaning of the Qur'an is understood and practiced by the Muslim community in real terms in everyday life. Unlike the study of the Koran which only focuses on the al-Qur'an as an object of study that focuses on the textuality of the Qur'an it self, while the living Al-Qur'an is more focused on the way people position the Qur'an. In his daily life. One example of this living Qur'an practice is the tradition of Free Lunch after Friday prayers at the Jogokariyan Mosque. In this tradition, the Muslim community tries to live up to the value of sodaqoh contained in the Al-Qur'an surah al-Baqarah verse 261. This tradition emerged in the community as a form of social tradition with the aim of providing assistance in the form of free lunch (free lunch) to Friday congregation.

This chapter evaluates the usefulness and reliability of the halakhic midrashim as a historical resource. It explains that the halakhic midrashim as commentaries on the biblical books of Exodus through Deuteronomy with a special emphasis on their importance for the halakhah or the religious law. It describes the manuscripts, printed editions, and translations of the halakhic midrashim. It concludes that the halakhic midrashim do not offer information on political history, they offer lot of details regarding daily life in Palestine in the second and third centuries and the way the rabbis understood it.

When commentators discuss the Israeli political system, they invariably single it out as the exception in a region otherwise lacking in democratic and representative regimes. Although political philosophers and theorists remind us that the test of de mocracy hinges on, among other things, the way a society treats its minorities and guarantees them civil and political rights in the face of majority opposition, the de bate over what constitutes justice, equality, and freedom is unlikely to be resolved in a discussion centered on abstract principles and their absolute meanings. It is one thing for a society to profess egalitarian values and another to measure the extent to which these values are perceived and experienced by those immediately affected by them. This does not mean that there are no universal standards of justice against which to measure performance of the law. Our point is that the experiential dimen sion of the law is equally relevant, for it mediates between the meaning of the law as derived from abstract principles and the way it is implemented in daily life.

Many local churches in the Netherlands have delegated the faith socialization of adolescents to special youth ministry activities in their local church. As a result, youth ministry activities have the tendency to become a kind of isolated subculture, with its own organized small groups, between church activities and the daily life of adolescents. At the same time, this subculture is influenced both by church context and by the daily life of adolescents. These influences can result in an experienced mismatch in these groups between ‘organized’ faith versus ‘faith in action’ in these subcultures of youth ministry. This mismatch is often explained as the problem of adolescents who are supposedly no longer interested in faith. In this study, the mismatch in these youth ministry small groups is explored and analysed. The results show that the way of offering and organizing faith is often too abstract and not always in line with the way of thinking, feeling and behaving of adolescents in their daily life. Furthermore, the research shows that, to overcome the mismatch, adolescents need clear language and other means to express and experience their faith in their lives.
