In supply chain activities, there is always the potential for risk to arise, therefore risk management is needed for risk control. PT. Marinal Indorima Kapedi is a manufacturing company engaged in fisheries, which processes raw materials of Stolephorus Sp. fish where supply chain activities have the opportunity to pose risks that cause a decrease in product quality. The purpose of this study is to identify quality reduction risks and risk agents that occur in supply chain activities then design mitigation strategies that can be used to reduce the emergence of risk agents. The method used to determine priorities and mitigation strategies is House of Risk (HOR). From the results of the study 7 proposed mitigation strategies were proposed to reduce the possibility of the emergence of risk agents in the company's supply chain activities, namely conducting routine training for all workers, setting a standard time for each process on the production line, implementing production machinery instead. workers, oversee every tighter work activity, coordinate with suppliers, apply a system of violations to contract workers if the working mechanism is not in accordance with the SOP, and take Stolephorus Sp. fish only for trusted suppliers

The results of the study of the possibility of using additional technological influence in the formation of doped coatings are presented. The distribution of thermal fields has been calculated, which makes it possible to estimate and predict the influence of additional influence on the formation of the coating in a simplified manner. Experimental studies have shown that additional technological influence promotes mixing of the melt, leading to an increase in the transition of alloying elements, as well as an increase in the mechanical properties and quality of the weld metal.

Abstract An assessment of current demand for mineral raw materials in the domestic economy as well possibilities to satisfy the needs of the industry has been performed for the period 2011-2015 on the basis of estimated values and volumes of their consumption, as well as indices of the share of importation in the consumption and percentage of production sold abroad. Domestically consumed mineral raw materials have been assigned to groups corresponding to the main way of their usage, distinguishing:fuels, metallic, ceramic, chemical, construction, and others. Complementary to the presented demand- supply relations are trade balances of selected commodities. Analysis of available statistical data showed that the demand for substantial number of mineral raw materials in Poland has been met by imports and this probably will be continued in future. The reasons for Poland’s sustained import dependency of mineral raw materials is the lack or insufficient reserve base, as well as low quality of raw materials available from deposits occurring in the country. The exceptions are construction raw materials and some ceramic ones, as well minerals exported in significant qualities (e.g.: refined copper, silver, zinc, sulphur, lead raw materials, or selenium), for which it can be stated that their domestic supplies may fully satisfy the demand of the national economy. On the other hand, the scale of utilization of such fuels as hard coal and lignite, which represent very significant item in Poland’s total energy mix, may be greatly reduced in the light of EU directives aimed at restricted use of these fossil fuels. The possible alternative is development of the use of renewable energy sources, while in the case of metals - improved recycling of scrap and metal-bearing wastes.

The purpose of this study was to determine the risk management of oyster mushroom agribusiness in Jember District. Oyster mushroom farming as an alternative to post harvest and can be used for meat and fish substitution foods. In fact there is a factors that are difficult to predict, easy to change and cannot be controlled. Constraints in agricultural excellence such as environmental risk, production risk, supply risk and demand risk. Implementation management needs to be done to minimize the aspects to be disputed. one of the risk management methods is the FMEA method (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis), this method is useful to identify and allow as much as possible. The research method used in literature studies. Study results show the highest risk  are contamination, pest disorders, inoculation, media sterilization dan sifting of raw materials Keywords : Oyster Mushroom, Risk Management

This paper presents the results of the analysis of the quality of basalts, their heat treatment and studies of changes in the chemical composition of basalts, which leads to a change in the external color of partially processed basalt raw materials (hereinafter referred to as semi-finished product). The results of a study of purified basalt from slime, impurities and hydroxides, changes in the chemical composition of basalt rock are presented. The prospects of heat treatment of a semi-finished product and obtaining multi-colored products from mineral raw materials is shown. It was found that the optimal firing temperature of the semi-finished product, the possible options for changing the external color and the criterion points of the thermal effect at which the basalt semi-finished product changes the external shade. These statements are of great scientific and practical interest in the fact that during the heat treatment of a semifinished product, basalt easily overheats and gradually acquires a different color, which occurs to a liquids temperature and allows the future to plan to obtain high-quality multi-colored products from basalts, for example, products for design.

The book deals with many factors, including anti-nutritional, determining the biological value of feed components. Considerable attention is paid to the minimum requirements that must be imposed on the quality of raw materials and can be met in each economy. Provides information on poisonous plants and weeds that may be present in the plant material and cause phytotoxicity. The causes of diseases of feed nature associated with metabolic disorders, and ways to prevent them. The consequences of technological violations in poultry farming are revealed. The role of the quality of raw materials, biologically active and mineral substances in the prevention of certain diseases of forage nature, increasing the productivity of poultry, reducing the cost of feed and their production costs. It is addressed to specialists and managers of poultry farms, feed industry enterprises, researchers, postgraduates and students.

Infrared spectroscopy (IR) is a highly effective method for the analysis of minerals, rocks and ores, capable of solving a whole range of problems when choosing innovative solutions for the technological processing of various types of mineral raw materials. The article considers the main directions of using the infrared spectroscopy method in assessing the technological properties of minerals and their behavior in technological processes: evaluation of the grade (quality) of mineral raw materials; analysis of the behavior of minerals in the technological process with prediction of their technological properties; analysis of changes in the structure and properties of minerals in technological processes; operational analysis of mineral substances at various stages of technological processing. The article illustrates all aspects of the use of infrared spectroscopy at various stages of studying the material composition of mineral raw materials in its enrichment assessment by specific examples of solving problems arising from the technological redistribution of various types of ore and non-metallic minerals.

We have researched the scientists' opinions on the classification of product quality control and, based on the research conducted, organized a classification using a scientifically based approach. In general, the attention of scientists is paid to factors affecting the quality of products, while issues of the quality control system and factors of influence on it are insufficiently investigated. We have identified and grouped the factors influencing the quality control system of domestic meat processing enterprises by organizational, technical and subjective features. We conducted a survey of leading specialists of the most successful representatives of the meat processing industry today in order to identify the rating of negative factors. The most important factors of influence are the serviceability of equipment, devices, working tools and measuring instruments, through which the level of its quality is measured. We investigated the typical scheme of the production process, indicating the quality control points of domestic meat processing enterprises. We have found a lack of control of the value of meat raw materials at the entrance, which does not allow calculating with suppliers of raw materials, depending on the categories to which the pork actually belongs. We recommend that quality control be performed at the slaughter section between the 4th and 5th stages of the technological stage, namely after the sting of a pig with the use of special devices that are currently absent in domestic meat processing plants. The proposed measures to improve the quality control system will provide an opportunity for a comprehensive assessment of its quality and contribute to a reduction in the cost of production, resulting in increased profitability of enterprises, which suggests the feasibility of their use for meat processing enterprises in Ukraine. The three-dimensional matrix model of quality control of products of meat processing enterprises has been developed. The advantage of this model lies in the coherence of all parameters, as well as in establishing interrelationships and interdependencies between them. It is proved that the application of the proposed multivariate matrix model of product quality control in the indicated parameters enables to evaluate the quality of the meat-processing enterprise's products, taking into account all parameters of control, namely levels of control, types of control, stages of the control process and can be used for any subject of economic activity taking into account industry specifics and specific management objectives.
