This study aims to determine how the planning, implementation, evaluation of managing theater training to increase children's creativity in the learning community of Tanah Ombak Padang. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. data collection to collect the required data, including the method of participatory observation, interviews, and documentation. qualitative analysis through stages in accordance with predetermined procedures, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation/presentation, and verification/drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the creativity of learning residents grows and develops through theater training using 3 aspects, namely: cognitive, affective, and psychomotor. The process of planning, implementing and evaluating learning community theater training can foster creativity, recognize potential and insight, mental attitudes and children's character Keywords: children creativity, theater training, learning community.

The Family Hope Program (PKH) is one of government policy programs in poverty alleviation by involving the main actor who called PPKH. This study aimed to describe the task and function of PPKH in empowering the sick society in Bone Regency. Qualitative approach used with case study research. Data collection techniques used was interviews, observation, and documentation. The instrument in this study was the researcher himself as a human instrument, while the informants selected by a purposive method. Data analysis techniques used an interactive model includes data collection, data reduction, data presentation, verification, and conclusion. The results of the study showed that PPKH has carried out their roles well as representatives and technicians but have not been optimal in their roles as facilitators and educators.

Storytelling is an exciting learning method that teachers can practice in learning activities. This study investigates the Kak Awam strategies in conducting storytelling to develop moral values in preschool children. This research uses descriptive qualitative. Data were collected by interview, observation, document analysis and video recording. The collected data were analyzed using Miles Huberman analysis, consisting of several stages: data collection, data reduction, data presentation and verification or conclusion. This study explains the storytelling strategies conducted by Kak Awam in delivering moral values can be implemented in learning activities at school.

Abstract: This study aims to describe the planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating the marketing of graduates in vocational education units, as well as supporting factors and inhibiting marketing of graduates in vocational education units. This study used a qualitative model with a case study design. Data collection uses interviews, observation, and documentation. In analyzing data using data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study show that graduates from these schools are absorbed into the world of work even before they graduate from school and have obtained jobs. This is supported by good marketing management starting from planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating the marketing of graduates. The obstacle is when the parents of students do not want their children to get jobs in long distances. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi pemasaran lulusan dalam satuan pendidikan kejuruan, serta faktor pendukung dan penghambat pemasaran lulusan di satuan pendidikan kejuruan. Penelitian ini menggunakan model kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Dalam menganalisis data menggunakan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lulusan dari sekolah tersebut banyak terserap ke dunia kerja bahkan sebelum mereka lulus dari sekolah sudah memperoleh pekerjaan. Hal tersebut didukung dengan manajemen pemasaran yang baik mulai dari perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi pemasaran lulusan. Kendalanya adalah ketika orangtua peserta didik tidak ingin anaknya memperoleh pekerjaan dengan jarak yang jauh.

This research aims to find out the budgeting process of the National Amil Zakat Agency (LAZNAS) Nurul Hayat. The research data was obtained through the Nurul Hayat Foundation. The method used is a qualitative approach with a descriptive case study method. Data collection techniques using direct interviews. Interviews were conducted with the Director of Finance, Director of Operations, Director of Empowerment, and Director of ZIS. The analysis technique uses data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that LAZNAS Nurul Hayat is an institution that uses a mixed method; the budgeting process includes the stages of preparation, budget ratification, implementation, and evaluation reporting. The budget system used is in accordance with a non-profit legal entity in the form of a foundation as stipulated in Law Number 28 of 2004.Keywords: budgeting process, non-profit, Nurul Hayat

The background of this research is (1) the majority of students have gadgets, (2) students spend more time playing gadgets than reading the Qur'an, (3) students have various social media applications and games but rarely have Al-Qur'an applications' an digital, (4) lack of student awareness in reading the Koran, (5) the need for guidance and motivation by teachers in reading the Qur'an with digital applications. The purpose of this study is to analyze the application of digital Al-Qur'an applications to gadget addicted students and to analyze how to overcome students addicted to gadgets using digital Al-Qur'an applications. Furthermore, this study uses qualitative research using a case study approach. The research subjects were 10 students who were addicted to mobile phones in the learning process at SMP Negeri 3 Tanjung Batu. Data collection uses observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques using analysis refers to the concept of Miles and Huberman interactive models, namely: Data Collection, Data Reduction, Data Presentation and Drawing Conclusions. The results showed that the application of digital Al-Qur’an applications in the learning process of reading Al-Qur’an can help direct students to use their cellphones on positive things, and want to change to prefer using their cellphones to read Al-Quran.

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan prosesi dan esensi acara Mandi Bakumbo dalam pernikahan adat Melayu di Pekanbaru Provinsi Riau. Pendekatan yang digunakan untuk mengurai hasil penelitian adalah pendekatan seni, budaya dan esensi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskritif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan Observasi (dokumentasi) dan Wawancara (Interview). Teknik analisis data menggunakan model analisis data Miles dan Huberman yaitu Pengumpulan data, Reduksi data, Penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tradisi mandi bakumbo menjadi salah satu fokus kebudayaan yang keberadaannya diakui secara adat istiadat dan sebagai warisan budaya oleh masyarakat Kota Pekanbaru, selain itu tradisi ini memiliki makna dan nilai yang penting bagi masyarakat Kota Pekanbaru.  Kata Kunci: esensi, mandi bakumbo, tradisi Melayu.AbstractThis study aims to describe the procession and essence of the Mandi Bakumbo event in a Malay traditional wedding in Pekanbaru, Riau Province. The approach used to parse the results of research is the approach of art, culture and essence. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection is done by Observation (documentation) and Interview (Interview). Data analysis techniques using the Miles and Huberman data analysis models, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of the study showed that the tradition of mandi bakumbo became one of the focuses of culture whose existence was recognized in customs and as a cultural heritage by the people of Pekanbaru City, in addition this tradition had significance and value for the people of Pekanbaru City. This research aims to get the pattern of student management in Elementary Schools (SD) according to the Graduates Competency Standards (SKL). The study was conducted at Pertiwi Elementary School in Bogor city using qualitative methods with the type of case study research. Data collection techniques are carried out through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis uses the Miles and Huberman Model which consist of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and verification or conclusion. Examination of the validity of the data using triangulation. The results showed: (1) Management of students was carried out starting from planning, student admission, student orientation, grouping / placement of students, reporting of evaluation results, level and non-level systems, mutations and drop out of students, special services for students, disciplinary coaching of students, student organizations, and graduations and alumni. (2) Teachers become pioneers in the management of students because they have an agent role in the progress of students' development.

Abstrak: Secara umum penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang Manajemen Program Penguatan Pendidikan Karakter (PPK) di SMK Karsa Mulya Palangka Raya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan rancangan studi kasus. Melalui teknik purposive sampling ditetapkan sumber data dalam penelitian ini, meliputi: Kepala Sekolah, Tim Pengembang PPK, Koordinator Program PPK, Guru dan Tenaga Kependidikan. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan pola interaktif data, meliputi: pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pengabsahan data menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber dan metode. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan program PPK di SMK Karsa Mulya terlaksana dengan efektif dalam menumbuhkembangkan karakter peserta didik, dan menjadikan SMK Karsa Mulya sebagai salah satu sekolah kejuruan swasta rujukan dalam pelaksanaan program PPK di Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah. Abstract: In general, this study aims to describe the Management of Character Education Strengthening Program (PPK) at SMK Karsa Mulya Palangka Raya. This research is a qualitative research with a case study design. Through purposive sampling technique, the data sources in this study were determined, including: Principal, PPK Development Team, PPK Program Coordinator, Teachers and Education Personnel. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Data analysis used an interactive pattern of data, including: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Validation of data using triangulation of sources and methods. The results showed that the management of the PPK program at SMK Karsa Mulya was carried out effectively in developing student character, and making SMK Karsa Mulya as one of the referral private vocational schools in the implementation of PPK program in Central Kalimantan Province.
