Demand of construction of high-rise building is growing day by day in densely populated areas in India. In construction of tall building lateral load is main governing factor in design of tall structure. Tubular system is one of the common and popular systems. Framed tube and Bundled tube systems are commonly used systems in construction of high rise building. For designing these systems it requires accurate analysis. Here attempt has been made for 48 storey building structure using ETABS software in triangle tubes bundled system and square tubes bundled system.

In the recent years, people begin to concern more about the development of new energy source, because of the global economic development and more stringent environmental requirements. The wind power is rapidly developed for its low price and it’s friendly to environment and the wind energy and building integration also becomes a very important mode to develop new energy sources. The wind driven generator and high-rise building structure were integrated, and ANSYS was used to complete the static analysis of the equivalent dead load action of high-rise building with wind driven generator under six different wind pressure. By comparing the results of the calculations, the feasibility of the wind energy and building integration was initially verified.

In this paper, the contents, meaning and importance of conceptual design in the high-rise building structure design are explored from the following respects: structural system, facade layout and multi-channel seismic line. The dynamic property of a high-rise building structure and time-history analysis under earthquake were analyzed by using the finite element program ANSYS. A modal analysis of the tower was conducted and the first 20 frequencies and modal shapes were obtained. The displacements and inner force under the earthquake were calculated. The result showed that the structural stiffness was enough to sustain earthquake load; and the stiffness distributed equally. These results can provide reliable basis for structural design.

In the recent years, the wind energy building is rapidly developed world wide as a new kind of building style, for its low price and it’s friendly to environment. The wind energy building a combination of wind power and buildings, it could turn wind power into electric energy, which also could relieve the energy scarcity problem to some extent. The wind driven generator and high-rise building structure were integrated, and ANSYS was used to complete the analysis of the behaviors of structures with and without wind generator, under EI-Centro earthquake wave and Taft earthquake wave. By comparing the results of those two models, the feasibility of the wind energy and building integration was verified.
