One way of written communication is to send a message to the others. With the current technological developments, written communication can be supported by the computer and internet media so that messages sent can be delivered to target internet users in a short time and geographical distance is no longer a barrier of communication. In communicating between countries is often used in English, but that will be an obstacle when the language used to write the message was not understood by the other person and vice versa. Seeing this condition, then there needs to be an alternative media to overcome these obstacles. One of them is to design a bilingual (Indonesian-English) chat translator application. The system was created using Delphi 7 as a programming language and Oracle as Indonesian and English vocabulary storage database. Through this system, users can send messages using Indonesian or English and receive messages according to language used. The result from the design of this application indicates that the application is able to translate the text that is sent into the appropriate language which is controlled by interlocutors. So it can be a solution to communicate although with different language. However, the ability of the translator is very dependent on the current record in the dictionary table, so the translation can be developed in subsequent research to be more complete and better.

Children as part of citizens, they have the same rights as other citizens, which must be protected and respected by every citizen and State. Family is the first education in shaping a child's personality. The way of parenting and habits that are often done will be reflected in the child's personality. Rapid technological developments have the potential to make it difficult for people, especially children, to distinguish the real world virtual world. On this matter, this article wishes to discuss: 1) how are the conditions and behavior of children in Indonesia at this time? 2) how is the role of parents in supervising children in the use of internet media to realize the protection of children's rights, 3) and realize sustainable child protection. This study uses normative juridical research with a legislative approach. The current behavior conditions of children in Indonesia according to the latest data, at least 30 million children in Indonesia are internet users, and digital media is currently the main choice of communication channels they use, and many are misdirected in using the internet. When the use of social media and digital media is growing rapidly among young people, parental support and digital media integration in education are still lagging behind. So it's time to catch up with 9 recommendations. Sustainable child protection is the ideal of child protection laws, therefore child protection that is sustainable in accessing internet media should also be monitored.

AbstractEnumerations represented as bijections between the natural numbers and elements of some given type have recently garnered interest in property-based testing because of their efficiency and flexibility. There are, however, many ways of defining these bijections, some of which are better than others. This paper offers a new property of enumeration combinators called fairness that identifies enumeration combinators that are better suited to property-based testing. Intuitively, the result of a fair combinator indexes into its argument enumerations equally when constructing its result. For example, extracting the nth element from our enumeration of three-tuples indexes about $\sqrt[3]{n}$ elements into each of its components instead of, say, indexing $\sqrt[2]{n}$ into one and $\sqrt[4]{n}$ into the other two, as you would if a three-tuple were built out of nested pairs. Similarly, extracting the nth element from our enumeration of a three-way union returns an element that is $\frac{n}{3}$ into one of the argument enumerators. The paper presents a semantics of enumeration combinators, a theory of fairness, proofs establishing fairness of our new combinators and that some combinations of fair combinators are not fair. We also report on an evaluation of fairness for the purpose of finding bugs in programming-language models. We show that fair enumeration combinators have complementary strengths to an existing, well-tuned ad hoc random generator (better on short time scales and worse on long time scales) and that using unfair combinators is worse across the board.

The internet has become an important part of the interactive communication of the Indonesian people. Information exchange is becoming faster with the advancement of information technology because everyone can easily access and share the information they receive. The ease of sharing information on the other hand can have a negative impact if it turns out that the information received is not clarified in advance. There needs to be an effort and awareness from internet users to prevent the spread of hoaxes on the internet, namely cyberdakwah. Cyberdakwah is an amar ma'ruf nahi munkar activity using internet media. Da'iof cyberdakwah needs to master information technology as one of the main weapons because the target of its dakwah is internet users. Da’i of cyberdakwah
also needs to understand netiquette (internet ethics) besides also having to understand the ethics of da'wahbased on Islamic teachings. This is because in exchanging information there are ethics and values that generally become a common agreement even though the rule may not be written.

Abstract:The internet developed for the first time in Indonesia in the early 1990s. Starting from the pagayuban network, it is now expanding without boundaries anywhere. A survey conducted by the Indonesian Internet Service Providers Association (APJII) said that the number of internet users in Indonesia in 2012 reached 63 million people or 24.23 percent of the country's total population. Next year, that figure is predicted to increase by close to 30 percent to 82 million users and continue to grow to 107 million in 2014 and 139 million or 50 percent of the total population in 2015. million people. This matter also results in political communication with the internet media, or is often said to be cyber politics. Cyber politics in Indonesia has faced growth in recent years. There are many facilities that support the growth of cyber politics, such as Facebook, Twitter, mailing list, YouTube, and others. Keywords: Cyberpolitik, Internet Abstrak:Internet berkembang pertama kali di Indonesia pada awal tahun 1990-an. Abstract The Educator as a Manager. A Critical View In the following article tasks and motifs of the educator as manager are described. It is clear that there are other educator metaphors and associated behaviors. To some extent, the actions of the different educator metaphors overlap, but they differ in their purpose and perspective on the educational process and the person to be educated. First, a short time diagnosis is made, which describes the context of this metaphor of the educator as manager. Subsequently, on the one hand, the various motifs, tasks and objectives of an educator as manager are discussed. On the other hand, it is asked if it is possible in the current discourse to take a different perspective on the educational process.

Herein we describe the development and optimization of a two-step procedure for the synthesis of N-protected 1-aminomethylphosphonium salts from imides, amides, carbamates, or lactams. Our “step-by-step” methodology involves the transformation of amide-type substrates to the corresponding hydroxymethyl derivatives, followed by the substitution of the hydroxyl group with a phosphonium moiety. The first step of the described synthesis was conducted based on well-known protocols for hydroxymethylation with formaldehyde or paraformaldehyde. In turn, the second (substitution) stage required optimization studies. In general, reactions of amide, carbamate, and lactam derivatives occurred at a temperature of 70 °C in a relatively short time (1 h). On the other hand, N-hydroxymethylimides reacted with triarylphosphonium salts at a much higher temperature (135 °C) and over longer reaction times (as much as 30 h). However, the proposed strategy is very efficient, especially when NaBr is used as a catalyst. Moreover, a simple work-up procedure involving only crystallization afforded good to excellent yields (up to 99%).

The COVID-19 epidemic has revealed a shortage of basic knowledge and understanding of pandemics, especially regarding their dynamics and how to contain them. The results are a host of governments’ decrees and instructions, one replacing the other, often within the same week. It has further, in a truly short time, resulted in an overwhelming number of publications, many of them prioritising early publication over quality. This commentary addresses the concept of structured research related to disasters and how the use of endorsed guidelines will facilitate well-designed evaluation research with improved rigour and external validity, even if applied retrospectively. The outcome should be a solidified knowledge base. Further, the important role of public health efforts is to be highlighted, as their role has proved crucial during the COVID-19 pandemic.

AbstractIn this paper, we study “the ring of component functions” of SL(2, C)-representations of free abelian groups. This is a subsequent research of our previous work [11] for free groups. We introduce some descending filtration of the ring, and determine the structure of its graded quotients. Then we give two applications. In [30], we constructed the generalized Johnson homomorphisms. We give an upper bound on their images with the graded quotients. The other application is to construct a certain crossed homomorphisms of the automorphism groups of free groups. We show that our crossed homomorphism induces Morita's 1-cocycle defined in [22]. In other words, we give another construction of Morita's 1-cocyle with the SL(2, C)-representations of the free abelian group.

The clinical and bacteriological findings in two cows the udders of which became infected under natural conditions with hemolytic streptococci of the scarlet fever type are discussed. One of the cows was found in a herd supplying raw milk to a small town where a milkborne outbreak of scarlet fever had occurred a short time before. When small numbers of the streptococcus obtained from this case were injected into the udder of a normal cow severe mastitis accompanied by a well marked general reaction resulted. Evidence leads to the conclusion that a severe attack of mastitis due to this organism in one quarter does not sufficiently immunize the other quarters to protect them completely since the streptococcus can be readily implanted in them. The secondary infections were much milder than the original process.
