Academic institutions invest considerable resources in improving the website quality of their MBA courses, in the hope of increasing student retention and willingness to recommend the programs to others. Despite this investment, it seems that the old "keep it simple" rule is also true for e-learning. Data collected from students enrolled in a blended distance learning MBA program at the Open University of Israel, shows that the students were most satisfied with the simple and relatively inexpensive e-learning tools, which did not require their active participation. The paper discusses bounded rationality and attention economy as suggested theoretical explanations for this phenomenon, as well as practical implications for academic institutions and educators.

A fault is an error that has effects on system behaviour. A software metric is a value that represents the degree to which software processes work properly and where faults are more probable to occur. In this research, we study the effects of removing redundancy and log transformation based on threshold values for identifying faults-prone classes of software. The study also contains a comparison of the metric values of an original dataset with those after removing redundancy and log transformation. E-learning and system dataset were taken as case studies. The fault ratio ranged from 1%-31% and 0%-10% for the original dataset and 1%-10% and 0%-4% after removing redundancy and log transformation, respectively. These results impacted directly the number of classes detected, which ranged between 1-20 and 1-7 for the original dataset and 1-7 and 0-3) after removing redundancy and log transformation. The Skewness of the dataset was deceased after applying the proposed model. The classified faulty classes need more attention in the next versions in order to reduce the ratio of faults or to do refactoring to increase the quality and performance of the current version of the software.

Information technology can not be denied that it has proved to be very large in the advancement and improvement of the quality of education in this country. Development towards e-learning education is a must for the quality standards of education can be improved because e-learning is a use of digital technology that can deliver a wide range of information in learning. The availability of hardware, software and other supporting facilities such as the internet network at the Faculty of Public Health University Muhammadiyah Aceh can be used as much as possible so that the transformation of education from the conventional learning system into a digital learning system by using e-learning is based on information technology.The design of this study was quantitative and qualitative research with action research approach. The subjects in this study purposive sampling determined by the number of 33 people consisting of elements of the leadership, faculty, and students. Instrument research include guidelines for in-depth interviews, observation guides, brainstorming guides, questionnaires, field notes and other devices in accordance with the development course of study. Has developed a digital learning system using the Dokeos. From the aspect of technology has been supported for the hardware and software. Overall the respondents have used e-learning system and no major obstacles. The results of the evaluation of the degree of ease of reaching the average value of 4.25 with a range from 4.18 to 4.36, the willingness of the average utilization reached a value of 3.89 with a range from 2.29 to 4.75 and also the willingness to support an average of value of 4.83 with a range between 4.39 to 5.0. Thus, it can be seen that the whole has a value above the median number = 3, which means the respondents felt a satisfaction which is felt by the high compliance is expected.Keywords: E-Learning, Dokeos Platform, Information Technology, Education

The change in learning models from conventional to online due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic has changed the way of thinking, methods used, paradigms and learning approaches that prioritize independent learning online with internet facilities. Through the internet all information is available, but it still has to be shared and sorted according to the needs and information to be taught to students. For this reason, competent teachers are needed, not only pedagogically, socially and professionally, but also required to master learning technology. This training is conducted to train teachers in planning, designing, developing and operating webside-based e-learning in the learning process that will be carried out with their students. The training method is designed with an online training and face-to-face approach. The approach uses hands-on exercises, tutorials and follow-up consultations. The results of the training showed an increase in the knowledge and skills of teachers about learning media. Before the training, the average understanding of teachers about learning media got a value of 52, while after being given training it became 84. Then seen from the skills of making media, before training teachers could not create website-based media, but after being given training teachers could create and develop media webside based learning.

These tests measure the digital divide between academicians taking into account their academic qualifications, gender and departments.

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan LKS yang valid, praktis dan mempunyai efek potensial yang dibuat berdasarkan model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing dan berbantuan e-learning yaitu aplikasi blogspot. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah R&D (Research and Development) dengan model ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implement, Evaluate). Validasi dilakukan dengan 3 orang ahli yaitu ahli materi, bahasa dan desain.Berdasarkan hasil validasi aspek materi memperoleh nilai 88,66% dengan kategori sangat baik, aspek bahasa memperoleh nilai 86% dengan kategori sangat baik dan aspek desain diperoleh nilai 90,76% dengan katgori sangat baik. Hasil angket kepraktisan LKS memperoleh nilai 85,81% dengan kategori sangat praktis. Dan untuk efek potensialnya dalam meningkatkan pemahaman konsep dengan menggunakan rumus N-Gain memperoleh nilai sebesar 0,87 dengan kategori tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil data tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa LKS yang dikembangkan sangat valid dan praktis serta dapat meningkatkan pemahaman konsep pada siswa. Kata kunci : Pengembangan dan penelitian, LKS, inkuiri terbimbing, e-learning, pemahaman konsep ABSTRACT This research was aimed to produce worksheets that was valid, practical and have potential effects based on the guided inquiry learning model and assisted e-learning, namely the blogspot application. The research method used in this research was R&D (Research and Development) with the ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implement, Evaluate)  model. Validation was carried out with 3 experts, namely material, language and design experts. Based on the results of the validation of the material aspect, the score was 88.66% with the very good category, the language aspect got a score of 86% in the very good category and the design aspect obtained a value of 90.76% with the very good category. The results of the LKS practicality questionnaire obtained a score of 85.81% in the very practical category. And for its potential effect in increasing concept understanding using the N-Gain formula, it obtained a value of 0.87 with the high category. Based on the results of these data, it can be concluded that guided inquiry-based worksheets assisted by e-learning are very valid and practical Keywords : Development and research, worksheets, guided inquiry, e-learning, understanding concepts

Abstract The application of E-Learning types that correspond to the characteristics of the E-Learning system can be determined by the user by filling out a questionnaire about the characteristics of the E-Learning System. Many types of E-Learning that have been used by the institution. To determine the type of E-Learning that is appropriate to the characteristics of the E-Learning system can be done by the user by filling out the assessment questionnaire about the characteristics of the E-Learning System. The data processing results of the questionnaire to the application of the Neural Network with the Perceptron method. Neural network is an information processing system that has characteristics similar to a network of nerve biology. Perceptron is a simple network that is usually used to classify a particular type of pattern that is often known as a linear separation. From the calculations that researchers do manually or testing of the training data and test data in accordance with the training measures Perceptron defined in equation f (net) = t (yi), and error = 0 to determine kesusksesannya, then from training data and test data produces the correct target and in accordance with the expected results, which means that the method Perceptron applied were able to predict the type of E-Learning in accordance with the characteristics of E-Learning system is correct and produce the same target with the data results of the questionnaire from the user. Abstrak E-Learning adalah merupakan salah satu media pembelajaran yang memanfaatkan teknologi informasi yang didukung oleh perangkat elektronik serta jaringan internet. Banyak jenis E-Learning yang telah digunakan oleh lembaga pendidikan. Untuk menentukan jenis E-Learning yang sesuai dengan karakteristik sistem E-Learning bisa dilakukan penilaian oleh user dengan mengisi kuesioner tentang karakteristik sistem E-Learning. Pengolahan data hasil dari kuesioner tersebut bisa dengan penerapan Jaringan syaraf tiruan dengan metode Perceptron. Jaringan Syaraf Tiruan  adalah  sistem  pemrosesan informasi  yang  memiliki karakteristik  mirip  dengan jaringan  syaraf  biologi. Perceptron merupakan jaringan sederhana yang biasanya digunakan untuk mengklasifikasikan suatu pola tipe tertentu yang sering dikenal dengan pemisahan secara linear. Dari perhitungan yang peneliti lakukan secara manual atau pengujian terhadap data latih dan data uji yang sesuai dengan langkah-langkah pelatihan Perceptron yang sudah ditetapkan dalam persamaan f(net)= t(yi), dan error = 0 untuk menentukan kesusksesannya, maka dari data latih dan data uji menghasilkan target yang benar dan sesuai dengan hasil yang diharapkan, yang berarti bahwa metode Perceptron yang diterapkan mampu untuk memprediksi jenis E-Learning yang sesuai dengan karakteristik sistem E-Learning sudah benar dan menghasilkan target yang sama dengan data hasil kuesioner dari user. Abstract: This study aims to develop E-Learning of “Mata Kuliah Profesi Keguruan” to be Blended Learning subjects. The method used in this research is the development research method using the ADDIE (Analysis-Design-Develop-Implement-Evaluate) model. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that e-learning of “Mata Kuliah Profesi Keguruan” has met the validity criteria with a value of 97.093% from expert validators. The product trial results with students obtained a positive response that is equal to 90% with the criteria of "very good". Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan E-Learning pada Mata kuliah Profesi Keguruan  menjadi mata kuliah  Blended Learning. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode penelitian pengembangan dengan model ADDIE (Analysis-Design-Develop-Implement-Evaluate). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa e-learning mata kuliah Profesi Keguruan telah memenuhi kriteria kevalidan dengan nilai 97,093% dari validator ahli. Hasil uji coba produk dengan mahasiswa diperoleh respon yang positif yaitu sebesar 90% dengan kriteria “sangat baik”.
