This study is aimed at knowing the problematics of german education students who have never gotten german lessons in previous education levels. This study belongs to descriptive qualitative. The population in this study is German Education students of State University of Makassar, class of 2019. The samples in the study are students of the class of 2019 who have never learned German in previous education level. The data were collected from observation and questionnaires. The results of the study are problems faced in the learning process including internal factors and external factors. The internal factors are the ability to memorize teaching materials, explore memorized teaching materials, and learning habit. Whilst external factors are academic facilities and infrastructure, teaching staff assessment policies, and the social environment on campus. The main problems are: the lack of vocabulary, difficulties in sentences structure (grammar) and the lack of ability in pronunciation.

ABSTRACT Agricultural land has an important role as a medium to increase the income, standard of living, and welfare of farmers within. This study aims to 1) analyze the factors that influence the motivation of farmers in converting paddy fields, 2) analyze the social and economic impacts of land conversion in Subak Petangan, North Denpasar District. This research was carried out in the Subak Petangan Denpasar Utara which was chosen using  census with a population of 40 farm owner. The main instruments used in the data collection is questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used are factor analysis method and quantitative qualitative analysis. The study showed that land conversion are affected by internal and external factors. Internal factors are formed by the number of family member, level of education, life necessities (Maslow's hierarchy of needs), income from agricultural product. External factors are formed by lifestyle indicators, interest of the younger generation for farming, access to land management, availability of water irrigation. The sosial impact of land conversion are hampered on irrigation channels, the emergence of conflicts between farmers and owners of settlements, deterioration of cultural values in Subak Petangan, North Denpasar District and the economy impact are decreases in food source. All parties including the government as well as the subak member should be able to control and develop program or regulation to repress the land conversion's rate. Sosialy and economically, land conversion in Subak Petangan generate bad impact on the environment and culture around Subak Petangan rice field area.

Brutality motorcycle gang is due to the social phenomenon of metamorphosis and development of information technology then is not filtered and not accommodated komferhensip about how pencegahanya action , it is the analysis that the majority of gang members are children that have motors and often commit crimes and violate social norms there . As a result of the brutal and unlawful actions that ultimately the future of motorcycle gang members tend to be aged under child protection laws they are still called the future of their children because they have to face a bleak life in bars and deprived of their freedom of expression , it is different with children outside bars detainees who have the freedom to express and execute education as befits a normal child his age . Factors behind them consists of internal factors and external factors , internal factors such as for some is not healthy mental attitude of a motorcycle gang members , disharmony in the family , an outlet disappointment , the economy needs a boost , aberrant learning process , lack of attention and affection as well as low levels of education among them while external factors , namely the need for law enforcement officers to always take preventive actions in handling cases motorcycle gangs and local community participation in order to swiftly carry out preventive.measures.as.well. Transgender phenomena in the community get a variety of reactions. Many cases have sprung up that need to be addressed. In this study focused on the opinions and forms of social action carried out by a student against transgender existence. To answer the researchers used the theory of social action, Max Weber. Snowball is a technique used to determine the informant with the help to the informant. This research was conducted by means of qualitative description and choose a location in the area of Jombang, East Java. Data collected by means of in-depth interviews were then analyzed inductively. Based on the results of the study, presented on the causes being a transgender. Researchers found a uniform answer as to the cause of both informants about being transgender subjectively. It can be seen that transgender is a person were has a biological disorder for example born with two genitals and some were caused by some external factors as the influence of the social environment. In addition there are internal factors that have an instinct that is different from the original gender.

The purpose of the presented study is to understand and describe the mechanisms for generating social capital in the groups of devoted football supporters in Poland, by: (a) exploring those features of football supporters’ social structures that are essential for creating social capital and enabling them to maintain it within those groups; and (b) trying to identify the historical processes which foster emergence of these features in supporters’ social structures. The presented analysis is part of a wider research project on Polish football supporters’ social capital. It draws on a qualitative approach based on the triangulation of a variety of methods: on-going ethnography, participant observation, individual interviews and content analysis (internet forums, book biographies, magazines, zines and qualitative research materials from previous research). Drawing on Coleman’s concept, this study identifies the presence of specific forms of social capital ( appropriate social organization, obligations and expectations, norms and effective sanctions and information channels) and internal factors ( ideology, closure and stability) facilitating maintenance of this ‘source’ in the structures of devoted supporters’ groups in Poland. The results show also that social capital is created on the stands and then transferred to the other areas of social life. Furthermore, the social capital used in areas other than where it was first created can strengthen efficiency and trust in the original organization. Further, external factors like the co-production process and ‘war’ with the state are considered as variables fostering the emergence of social capital in the analysed structures. However, these same external factors also made those structures very exclusive.

Transendensi merupakan salah satu aspek yang ada dalam sastra profetik. Sastra profetik merupakan sastra yang menekankan pada sastra keagamaan yang mendalam sebagai wahana bertemunya dimensi sosial dan transendensi yang ada dalam cerita rakyat. Cerita rakyat mengandung bentuk, nilai dan etika transendensi. Tulisan ini mengupas tentang bentuk etika transendensi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bentuk dan faktor-faktor yang melatarbelakangi terjadinya etika transendensi. Adapun bentuk etika transendensi adalah raja’, qonaah, syukur, ikhlas, khauf, melakukan upaya mendekatkan diri pada Tuhan (tirakat, taat beribadah), mengakui adanya kekuatan supranatural, mengaitkan perilaku, tindakan, dan kejadian dengan ajaran kitab suci. Adapun faktor yang melatarbelakangi adalah faktor internal yang berhubungan dengan kejiwaan atau kepribadian tokoh. Sementara faktor eksternal yang ada meliputi keluarga, lingkungan, pendidikan, dan kondisi sosial kultural. Transcendence is one of the aspects of prophetic literature. Prophetic literature is a literature that emphasizes deep religious literature as a means of the social dimensions and transcendence meeting that exist in folklore. Folklore contains transcendental forms, values, and ethics. This paper explores the form of transcendental ethics and the factors behind the formation of transcendental ethics. The purpose of this research is to determine the form and factors that underlie the occurrence of transcendental ethics. The forms of transcendent ethics are raja', qonaah, gratitude, sincere, khauf, making efforts to draw closer to God (tirakat, obedient worship), acknowledge the existence of supernatural powers, linking behavior, actions, and events with the teachings of scripture. The underlying factors are internal factors related to the psychological or personality of the figure, while the external factors that include family, environment, education, and cultural social conditions.

<p><strong><em> ABSTRACT: </em></strong><em> </em><em>Amid the continuing increase in the number of taxpayers in Indonesia, it is </em><em>expected</em><em> that the amount of tax revenue for the state will continue to increase. The increase in the amount of revenue is aimed at optimizing tax functions, namely budgetary, distribution and stability functions. However, the success of this tax revenue is strongly influenced, one of which is the taxpayer compliance to fulfill its obligations. Apart from internal factors that come from individual taxpayers, external factors have an important role in shaping taxpayer compliance. Several studies still show different results on these external factors on their influence on Taxpayer Compliance. This study aims to explain and analyze the influence of tax and tax service advertisement socialization factors on taxpayer compliance in Jakarta. This research is a quantitative study using multiple regression analysis. The analytical tool used in this study is the Social Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS 25</em><em>.0</em><em>). The results of this study explain that taxpayer compliance is influenced by tax advertising socialization. In addition, the Taxpayer Compliance variable is also influenced by tax services. Simultaneously, tax </em><em>dissemination</em><em> and services also affect taxpayer compliance. With limitations on the specifications of the external factors used, this study also emphasizes the characteristics of taxpayers such as novice taxpayers, which is an interesting input to be carried out in subsequent studies. The level of tax knowledge for the group taxpayers will be closely related to the awareness of taxpayers in carrying out their obligations. Peningkatan jumlah penerimaan ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan fungsi-fungsi pajak yaitu fungsi <em>budgeter</em>, distribusi, dan stabilitas. Namun demikian keberhasilan penerimaan pajak ini sangat dipengaruhi salah satunya dari Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak untuk memenuhi kewajibannya. Selain faktor internal yang berasal dari individu wajib pajak, faktor eksternal memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk kepatuhan wajib pajak. Beberapa penelitian masih menunjukkan hasil yang berbeda pada faktor-faktor eksternal tersebut terhadap pengaruhnya pada Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan dan menganalisis pengaruh faktor sosialisasi iklan pajak dan layanan pajak terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak di Jakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Alat analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu <em>Social Package for the Social Sciences</em> (SPSS 25). Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak dipengaruhi oleh Sosialisasi iklan pajak. Selain itu, variabel Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak juga dipengaruhi oleh Layanan pajak. Secara simultan, Sosialisasi dan Layanan pajak turut mempengaruhi Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak. Dengan keterbatasan pada spesifikasi faktor eksternal yang digunakan, penelitian ini menekankan juga pada karakter-karakter wajib pajak seperti Wajib Pajak pemula menjadi salah satu masukan yang menarik untuk dilakukan pada penelitian berikutnya. Tingkat pengetahuan pajak bagi wajib pajak kelompok tersebut akan sangat berhubungan dengan kesadaran wajib pajak dalam menjalankan kewajibannya. Hal ini secara tidak langsung berdampak pada seberapa tinggi kepatuhan sebagai Wajib Pajak.</p><p><strong>Kata Kunci:</strong> kepatuhan wajib pajak, iklan, layanan</p>

The purpose of this study was to find out about ethnomatematics learning among students majoring in mathematics education at Yogyakarta State University, as well as to what extent students' understanding, especially in applying ethno-mathematics in a learning process in the classroom. This study used a qualitative approach with the type of case study, the object of research was one class of mathematics education students at Yogyakarta State University consisting of 31 students. The results of the study provide information that students understand ethnomatematics but are still constrained by the implementation of learning. Students are constrained in preparing lesson plans and teaching materials where they are still unable to integrate cultural material into the mathematics material.

ملخص البحث:إن عملية التعليم والتعلم عملية مستمرة، ومتطورة ما دامت الحياة التعليمية قائمة، وهي متطورة بتطور الحياة الاجتماعية، لذا نجد المهتمين بالتعليم يعكفون من وقت لآخر على دراسة المناهج، وما يرتبط بها من مواد تعليمية، وموارد بشرية وغيرها بغية تطويرها والرقي بها. وفي مجال تعليم اللغة بوصفها لغة ثانية  أو أجنبية فإن عملية تعليمها تحتاج إلى مراجعة ودراسة سواء أكانت على مستوى طرق التعليم ووسائله، أم في منهج التدريس وكتبه، أم هيئة التدريس والمسؤولين عنها، وزمن التعلم ومدته. ومن هنا وقع اختيار الباحثين على موضوع تقويم مدى قوة برنامج تعليم اللغة العربية للماليزيين الكبار وفعاليته. سعى هذا البحث عبر المنهج الوصفي الاستقرائي التحليلي إلى الإجابة عن السؤال الرئيس: ما مدى فعالية برنامج التعليم للمتعلمين؟ وقد طرح الباحثان استبيانا على عينة من الدارسين قدرها 42 دارسا، وقد أفضت الدراسة إلى نتائج متعددة من أهمها: أن البرنامج فعّال، والأمور التي يراعيها هذا البرنامج من زمن التدريس، ومكانه، وهيئة التدريس، وعدد المتعلمين في الفصول الدراسية، والمواد التعليمية، وطرق التعليم ووسائله، ورسوم التعليم تشبع حاجات المتعلمين وميولهم، ويقبلون على الدراسة بانشراح غير أن الباحثين يوصيان بإعادة النظر في بعض النواحي المتعلقة بطرق التعليم، واستخدام وسائله من أجل تطوير البرنامج.  الكلمات المفتاحية: الكبار- المواد- الوسائل- الطريقة- البرنامج.Abstract: Learning and teaching are continuous and progressive processes as long as there is education in life. It developed in tandem with the social life; therefore, educationists keep on reviewing periodically the syllabus and what relates to the teaching materials, the human resources and other relevant aspects for improvement and development. In the field of teaching Arabic as a second or foreign language, its process needs reviewing and studying either on the level of its teaching methods, syllabus, textbooks, the teaching staff, the policy makers and the period of teaching  or learning. The researchers of this paper chose to study the effectiveness of the program of teaching Arabic to adults. Through descriptive, deductive and analytical methods, this paper attempts to answer the primary question: What is the effectiveness of teaching Arabic to adults. A set of questionnaire was distributed and 42 respondents returned the survey. Among the most important conclusions: that the program was effective. Matters related to the program such as class time and period, venue, teaching staff, number of teachers, teaching materials, fees and teaching methods seem to satisfy the students and their interest. The reseachers recommend that there were rooms for improvement especially what relates to teaching methods in order to improve the program.Keywords: Adults– Materials– Methods– Approach– Program.Abstrak:Pengajaran dan pembelajaran merupakan satu proses yang berterusan dan berkembang selama mana pendidikan wujud dalam kehidupan, malah ia berkembang seiring dengan perkembangan masyarakat. Oleh itu, suatu yang tidak menghairankan apabila kita lihat ahli akademik sentiasa membuat kajian terhadap sukatan pelajaran, bahan pengajaran, tenaga pengajar dan semua aspek yang berkaitan dengan pembelajaran dari masa ke semasa supaya dapat mempertingkatkan kualiti pendidikan. Bagi Bahasa Arab sebagai bahasa kedua atau bahasa asing, proses pengajarannya memerlukan kajian lanjut dan penelitian semula sama ada melibatkan kaedah pengajaran, sukatan pelajaran, buku teks, tenaga pengajar, penggubal dasar atau tempoh pengajaran dan pembelajaran. Oleh yang demikian, dalam makalah ini penyelidik memilih untuk menilai dan mengkaji keberkesanan modul pengajaran Bahasa Arab untuk orang dewasa. Melalui pendekatan deskriptif, deduktif dan analisis, makalah ini berusaha untuk menjawab soalan utama: Sejauh mana keberkesanan modul pengajaran Bahasa Arab untuk orang dewasa? Borang soal selidik telah diedarkan kepada 42 orang pelajar dewasa bukan Arab sebagai responden. Dapatan kajian menunjukkan bahawa modul pengajaran Bahasa Arab untuk orang dewasa adalah efektif kerana perkara-perkara yang berkaitan dengan modul seperti tempoh dan tempat pembelajaran, tenaga pengajar, bilangan pelajar dalam satu kelas, bahan pengajaran, yuran dan kaedah pembelajaran didapati memuaskan hati mereka. Walau bagaimanapun, penyelidik mencadangkan agar penelitian semula dibuat terhadap beberapa aspek yang berkaitan dengan cara dan kaedah pengajaran supaya penambahbaikan dapat dilakukan.      Kata knci: Orang dewasa- Bahan pengajaran- Kaedah Pengajaran- Pendekatan- Modul.

The low quality of student learning outcomes is caused by two factors, namely internal and external factors. Internal factors are experienced and internalized factors that affect students' learning process and results include : attitudes toward learning, interest and motivation to learn, learning concentration, while external factors include such things as : the teacher as learning coaches, infrastructure and learning facilities, policies assessment, the social environment of students at school and at home as well as school curriculum . Learn something thatattracts attention, would be more readily accepted than in studying things that do not attract attention, learning this also can not be underestimated or not important. In the case of interest, of course, someone who took an interest in a certain field will be easier to learn the field. Learning course will culminate with school performance achieved which will illustrate the success and success in learning . To achieve good learning, a lot of things that influence it, among others, the learning method used by teachers. Learning achievements will be achieved best when all factors support, such as teaching methods, with an interesting method which can be a bridge to reach the competencies. Rendahnya kualitas hasil belajar siswa disebabkan oleh dua faktor, yaitu faktor internal dan eksternal . Faktor internal yang berpengalaman dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi proses belajar siswa dan hasil yang diinternalisasi meliputi: sikap terhadap belajar, minat dan motivasi belajar , konsentrasi belajar, sedangkan faktor eksternal meliputi hal-hal seperti : guru sebagai pelatih belajar, infrastruktur dan fasilitas belajar, kebijakan penilaian, lingkungan sosial siswa di sekolah dan di rumah serta kurikulum sekolah. Pelajari sesuatu yang menarik perhatian, akan lebih mudah diterima daripada dalam mempelajari hal-hal yang tidak menarik perhatian, belajar ini juga tidak bisa dianggap remeh atau tidak penting. Dalam kasus yang menarik, tentu saja, seseorang yang menaruh minat pada bidang tertentu akan lebih mudah untuk belajar lapangan. Belajar tentunya akan berujung dengan kinerja sekolah yang akan dicapai menggambarkan keberhasilan dan kesuksesan dalam belajar. Untuk mencapai belajar yang baik, banyak hal yang mempengaruhinya, antara lain, metode pembelajaran yang digunakan oleh guru. Prestasi belajar akan tercapai dengan baik ketika semua faktor mendukung, seperti metode pengajaran, dengan metode yang menarik yang dapat menjadi jembatan untuk mencapai kompetensi.
