Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Celebrity Endorser dan Product Quality terhadap Buying Decision serta dampaknya pada Satisfaction (survei pada konsumen produk Rossa Beauty di Kota Pontianak). Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kausalitas deskriptif. Sampel penelitian ini adalah responden yang pernah membeli dan menggunakan produk kosmetik merek Rossa Beauty selama 6 bulan terakhir sebanyak 100 orang yang diperoleh dengan purposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis) dengan bantuan SPSS 22.0.Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa (1) Celebrity Endorser berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Buying Decision (2) Product Quality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Buying Decision (3) Buying DecisionBerpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Satisfaction (4) Celebrity Endorser berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Satisfaction (5) Product Quality berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Satisfaction. Kata Kunci: Celebrity Endorser, Product Quality, Buying Decision, Satisfaction DAFTAR PUSTAKAAmbadar, et al. 2007. The purpose of the study were: (1) to develop a reliable and valid scale and model for sensory experience, (2) to empirically test the model using Roberts’ (2004) lovemarks theory by examining the effect of the two brand image dimensions on the lovemark experience (brand love and brand respect) and, (3) to examine the relationship among brand loyalty, brand trust and overall brand equity. The empirical results show that the model is found to be fit and the hypotheses are significant and the variables have a strong correlation with one another.

<p><span><em>As the retail market is still emerging on the last decade, naturally, the competition among </em><span><em>players becoming more challenging. Empowering all the resource of the organization as </em><span><em>added values would be the strategy to win the targeted market. Brand equity is one of </em><span><em>valuable assets of the company since its ability to gain market share against these rivals, and </em><span><em>the ability to keep customers by building brand loyalty which can in turn reduce marketing</em><br /><span><em>costs.</em><br /><span><em>The purpose of doing this study is to explore the interrelation of four brand equity components; </em><span><em>brand awareness, brand loyalty, perceived quality and brand image in modern store industry, </em><span><em>and improve the conceptualization of customer-based modern store brand equity.</em><br /><span><em>The research design used in this study is the hypotheses testing. Competition between the food and beverage industry, especially local souvenirs, is a challenge for every business actor to be able to maintain and develop his business. Repurchase decision is the stage where consumers form the intention to buy the most preferred product, where the consumer's decision to modify, delay or avoid is strongly influenced by the perceived purchase risk (Kotler and Keller, 2012: 188).Brand image can influence consumer behavior in buying a product. Brand image has an important position in buying behavior. Because one of the decisions in the purchase structure is a decision regarding the brand. Trust involves a person's willingness to behave in a certain way because of the belief that his partner will give what he hopes and a hope that is generally owned by someone that the words, promises or statements of others can be trusted (Daryanto, 2013: 279).Brand trust is one's belief in certain values that will influence behavior (Peter and Olson, 2013: 136). Brand loyalty reflects brand loyalty to certain brands. Brand loyalty is a condition where consumers have a positive attitude towards the brand, have a commitment to the brand, and have a tendency to continue their purchases in the future.Along with the development of the bread industry in Indonesia, there are also more players in the bread business so that competition in this market is getting tougher. The tight competition in the bread business can be seen from a number of bread business players in Indonesia, including bread with the brand Sari Roti, Lauw, Sharon, BreadTalk, Holland Bakery, and many more including the Lapis Kukus Pahlawan Bread. This study aims to analyze the effect of brand image and brand trust on purchasing decisions of the Lapis Kukus Pahlawan bread through brand loyalty.

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji pengaruh langsung brand experience terhadap brand image, brand satisfaction, dan brand loyalty. Populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa di Tarakan.  Sampel penelitian ini terdiri dari 128 responden yang ditarik dengan metode nonprobability sampling. Software yang digunakan untuk menguji validitas dan reliabilitas instrumen serta menguji hipotesis penelitian ini adalah SmartPLS 3.0 Professional. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa brand experience berpengaruh langsung secara positif dan signifikan terhadap brand image, pengaruh langsung brand experience terhadap brand satisfaction tidak signifikan, pengaruh langsung brand experience terhadap brand loyalty tidak signifikan, brand image berpengaruh langsung secara positif dan signifikan terhadap brand satisfaction, pengaruh langsung brand image terhadap brand loyalty tidak signifikan, dan brand satisfaction berpengaruh langsung secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Brandloyalty. Selain membahas hasil pengujian pengaruh langsung, peran brand image dan brand satisfaction sebagai variabel mediator juga dibahas dalam penelitian ini. Secara teoritis, hasil penelitian ini berkontribusi dalam pengembangan anteseden loyalitas pelanggan; sedangkan secara pragmatis, temuan penelitian ini dapat bermanfaat sebagai bahan dalam merumuskan strategi untuk meningkatkan loyalitas pengguna Smartphone

This research aims to find out the brand image and brand trust towards brand loyalty of AQUA product. The population of this research is the consumer of AQUA in Kuningan district and the data are collected by questionnaire technique. The��� purposive sampling technique is applied in this research while the sample of this research is 100 respondents using measurement scale of interval scale. The analysis method in this research is descriptive and verification with quantitative approach that cover validity and reliability, classic assumption test, hypothesis testing through F test, T test and determination coefficient (R2). The technique of data analysis is gained by the use of multiple regression linear. All tests on this research use a measured instrument in the form of computer program SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Science) version 21.0. Based on the result of this research, it is concluded that the brand image has positive influence and significant towards� brand loyalty ; brand trust has positive influence and significant towards� brand loyalty as well as both of brand image and brand trust have also positive influence and significant towards brand loyalty.�Keywords: Brand Image, Brand Trust, Brand Loyalty


In this chapter, the concepts of brand identity and brand image and the linkage between them, brand loyalty, are explored, and the way firms can enhance brand loyalty is explained briefly. The challenges that companies face in today's world are touched upon to give managers a better insight as to how different their efforts should be compared to the old days. This chapter also contains material on how to build brands, as a model is reviewed that can help in this regard. Different facets of brand identity are explained briefly, and concepts such as customer empowerment and co-creation of brands are described.
