The article highlights diagnostic and therapeutic approaches in the syndrome of hyperprolactinemia. General information about the secretion of prolactin, its isoforms, the issues of diagnostic and therapeutic tactics for different genesis of hyperprolactinemia, aspects of monitoring patients, including during pregnancy and breastfeeding, are presented. Infectious and inflammatory diseases of female genitals occupy a special place in structure of general morbidity on a planet. Their importance is caused first of all by the fact, that these illnesses involve organs and tissues concerning to reproductive system, and consequently have direct influence on reproductive function and continuation of a life in the world. In the first part of this clinical lecture ther are considered and are stated in details the modern aspects of a reproductive health problem.

In the clinical lecture contemporary possibilities of endoscopic surgery in diagnostics and correction of reproductive health disturbances in women are demonstrated. Wide range of indications for laparoscopy in case of different gynecological diseases is shown, relative contraindications are determined. The authors analyze the effectiveness of different endovideosurgical invasions applied for treatment of womens reproductive health dysfunction.
