To reveal the fault occurrence regularity during actual operation of transport vehicle, based on reliability, maintainability and optimization theory and method, and by the the technical means such as large sample testing, mathematical modeling and multivariate data analysis, after several years of follow-up research, we found that the occurrence of vehicle failts obey Weibull distribution, and given specific failt rate functions. Accordingly, we established a corresponding optimal mathematical model of vehicle maintenance cycle, and got the optimal solution of the model. The results of special organized verify test shows that the model solution is accurate and reliable. If transport vehicles perform the optimal vehicle maintenance cycle, the lowest unit mileage cost of vehicle detection, diagnosis and maintenance would be got.

In order to monitor and forecast rockburst, and analyze the source and magnitude,a set of microseismic monitoring rockburst technology was developed,combining with the actual situation in Dongtan coal mine.The technique used SOS microseismic monitoring system to determine failure points,record rockburst moments,the size of epicenter,the epicenter pressure drop and vibration mechanism,infer coal and rock stress state and destruction,and evaluate and monitor rockburst danger degree in accordance with changes of microseismic activities,focal position and activities tendency. The optimization microseismic monitoring network was layoutted in monitoring areas.The seismic geophone picked up microseismic signals and recorded in the rockburst figure,and the rockburst occurrence regularity and development trend were studied based on statistical analysis results of microseismic datas.Then by using VB6.0,the rockburst monitoring results were compounded in the mining drawing with concentration analysis.The rockburst events were statistical processed partitionedly to obtained vibration frequency,maximum vibration energy and total shock energy.The rockburst can be monitored and predicted through the rockburst events reflected by the datas.

In order to study the occurrence regularity of early-age plastic shrinkage cracking, a series of indoor and outdoor experiments have been done in this paper. The synthesized discriminant index which is used to discriminate the situation that whether the early-age plastic shrinkage cracking happens or not has been put forward in this paper. It includes the index of unit volume accumulated evaporation besides the index of evaporation rate. Meanwhile, using Bayes Discriminant Method, based on the former indexes, the critical figure which is in connection with given environment conditions has been obtained and it can be used to detect whether early-age plastic shrinkage cracking happens or not by plotting the sense data which comes from the check specimen. The precision of prediction results that whether early-age plastic shrinkage cracking happens or not has been raised substantially by using this kind of discrimination method. The theory and method are useful for engineering application.
