Abstract Transylvania is a multiethnic society that was part of the Hungarian legal space for centuries. Still, after the WWI, this territory became part of Romania, alongside with a significant number of Hungarian-speaking minority population. What happened with Hungarian as a legal language after the annexation of Transylvania to Romania? The article deals with the history and current status of Hungarian legal language in Romania, emphasizing the frequent contradictions between legal texts and realities, the importance of political context, and fluctuations in the minority rights. The focus is on two problems: the language of legal education and the language of the court proceedings. There are arguments brought to prove the conditionality between these two at the intersection of history of legal education and minority rights.

The fate of Chinese legal scholarship appears to have been closely linked to the chronological development of legal education in China. The periods of incubation of legal scholarship covered nearly three decades of internal strife and political turmoil from 1949 to 1978. The rebirth of Chinese legal scholarship did not take place immediately upon China's return to the United Nations (in 1971). This return, however, marked the first sign of a change of policy towards legal scholarship.The author briefly describes the history, development and current status of (Chinese) legal scholarship and attitude towards international law in China.

<p align="JUSTIFY">If law students at the formative stage of their career are exposed to legal aid services, they become motivated to deliver the service when they enter into professional life. The purpose of the present article is to examine the current status of the Bangladeshi legal education with regard to the integration of legal aid activity in law school curriculum from international human rights perspective. The article also compares the Bangladeshi legal education with the Indian practice. The article indicates that the Bangladeshi students are not adequately motivated, through academic exercise, to use the law for the poor people. As a result, they learn to become mere lawyers to fight legal cases without acquiring adequate service-mindedness to serve the poor people of the community. The article finally recommends that legal education in Bangladesh is required to explore the potentials of clinical legal education with a compulsory component of legal aid programme. Moreover, Bangladesh can learn from the standard practices of the Indian law schools.</p>

An examination of some specialized lunar and planetary ephemerides has revealed inconsistencies in the adopted planetary masses, the presence of non-gravitational terms, and some outright numerical errors. They should be considered of temporary usefulness only, subject to subsequent amendment as required for the interpretation of observational data.

Solid state x-ray sensing systems have been used for many years in conjunction with scanning and transmission electron microscopes. Such systems conveniently provide users with elemental area maps and quantitative chemical analyses of samples. Improvements on these tools are currently sought in the following areas: sensitivity at longer and shorter x-ray wavelengths and minimization of noise-broadening of spectral lines. In this paper, we review basic limitations and recent advances in each of these areas. Throughout the review, we emphasize the systems nature of the problem. That is. limitations exist not only in the sensor elements but also in the preamplifier/amplifier chain and in the interfaces between these components.Solid state x-ray sensors usually function by way of incident photons creating electron-hole pairs in semiconductor material. This radiation-produced mobile charge is swept into external circuitry by electric fields in the semiconductor bulk.
