Objective: The presented study was conducted with aim to determine the relation between marital satisfaction and parenting stress of mothers with efficacy in students with visual impairment. Method: this plan carried out in the area of descriptive studies in the form of causal-comparative study. The target formed the population included all male students with visual impairment living in Tehran and Karaj. For this purpose sixty (N =60) Students (age range 22-12, with average age: 18.2) were selected by available sampling method .Data collection was used on survey methods to assess index of parenting stress, marital satisfaction and self-efficacy questionnaire work by Schafer (response rate = 93%), Enrich (response rate = 90%) and general self-efficacy (response rate = 89%). Data collected were used with the help of Pearson correlation test, F-test and regression analysis. As well as qualitative data were analyzed obtained from the assessment coding demographic and qualitative data analysis tool Atlas.ti-5.2. Results: Data analysis showed that amount of stress between parenting stress and marital satisfaction with self-efficacy of children is significant. In this regard, parenting stress of mothers was determined by three variance levels of academic self-efficacy (r=-0.35), Social (r=-0.27) and emotional (r=-0.28). The results showed that women share of parenting stress in mothers in define of self-efficacy students was higher than the share of marital satisfaction. Conclusion: As the research literature shows, the results reflect the tension between the components of marital satisfaction; styles of parenting and students’ self-efficacy, the findings also offer preventive implications that could be important in the area of applications.

Marriages being a legal union between a man and a woman that is supposed to produce a satisfactory relationship in which the couple involved can experience marital satisfaction. This study sought to determine the relationship between self-efficacy and marital satisfaction of married teachers in Anambra state. Three research questions were formulated to guide the study while one null hypothesis was tested at 0.05 level of significance. Correlational research design was used in conducting the study. A sample size of 1,344 married teachers was drawn from a population of 6,987 married teachers in Anambra state public secondary schools. A multi-stage sampling procedure was followed selecting the sample. Two instruments: General Self-efficacy Scale and Index of Marital Satisfaction (IMS) were adopted and used for data collection. The instruments are standardised measures and have the following reliability coefficient; 0.96 for IMS, 0.87 and for GSS. Data was collected through direct delivery approach. Data collected were analysed using SPSS version 23. Pearson correlation coefficients and regression analysis were used to answer research questions and test the hypotheses. Findings of the study showed among others that there is very low or no relationship existing between married teachers’ Self-efficacy belief and their marital satisfaction. Based on the findings of the study, it was recommended, among others that counselors interested in marriage therapy should empower married teachers to follow behaviour and activities that foster marital happiness through occasional lectures and counselling sessions. <p> </p><p><strong> Article visualizations:</strong></p><p><img src="/-counters-/edu_01/0796/a.php" alt="Hit counter" /></p>

Objectives: Parental attachment is effective on parents’ feelings of commitment toward infant care and increases maternal efficiency. Given that the parity is considered as the main factor and moderator of the mother-infant interaction, the present study aimed to investigate the relationship between marital satisfaction with mother-infant attachment and breastfeeding self-efficacy and its comparison in primiparous and multiparous women. Materials and Methods: This descriptive-correlational study was carried out using a random sampling method. A total of 420 mothers having 4-6 months children were randomly selected from health centers in Ahvaz and enrolled in the study. The required data were collected using a demographic questionnaire, ENRICH marital satisfaction scale, Müller’s mother-infant attachment inventory, and Denis’s breastfeeding self-efficacy questionnaire. Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS, version 20. Results: The findings revealed that the mean scores of marital satisfaction, mother-infant attachment, and breastfeeding self-efficacy was 136.57±19.76, 100.82±4.604, and 13.148±135.75 in primiparous women and the values of the same variables were 127.65±18.67, 9±95.31, and 138.66±13.889 in multiparous women, respectively. In addition, the Pearson correlation test showed that marital satisfaction was significantly correlated with mother-infant attachment in two groups of primiparous and multiparous mothers, as well as breastfeeding self-efficacy in multiparous mothers (P<0.05). Conclusions: In general, multiparous mothers are often neglected since most of the training and counseling services provided during the perinatal period focus on new mothers. Thus, this research supports the need for educating and informing parents regarding the importance of spousal support and its effect on improving family functions.

- Self-efficacy beliefs are an important basis for action: to analyze physicians' and patients' communicative self-efficacy perception is the first step to understand how they relate. However, in the literature, there aren't specific studies on the subject. In light of this background a survey was conducted, which aims to explore specific issues within doctor-patient relationship, in the eyes of hospital doctors, with the aim of investigating their communicative self-efficacy beliefs and the role they attribute to communication. Twenty hospital doctors working in five public Campanian hospitals were interviewed. Through a computerassisted qualitative data analysis the contents of the transcripts of the interviews were analysed. The results of this study contribute to bring new conceptual topics to the research on the subject and to outline the methodological framework against which to build an instrument for assessing doctor's communicative self-efficacy; finally, in a operational dimension, they will encourage the creation of targeted trainingKey words: doctor-patient communication, communication self-efficacy, hospital, interview, computer assisted qualitative data analysisParole chiave: comunicazione m-p, percezioni di autoefficacia comunicativa, ospedale, intervista, analisi del testo software-assistita
