This paper proposes a design of intelligent control system power windows based on POWERLINK bus by introducing features and advantages of POWERLINK bus technology. The system implements the real-time communication between each control unit and central controller through the POWERLINK bus, largely enhancing the coordination of window lift control, improving security features such as anti-pinch and has good scalability and portability.

This paper describes a systematic, consistent approach to control design developed over years of theoretical design and field testing. The Gas Turbine Generator Set control (with some Hover-craft Lift control variations) is discussed both as an example of the design method and as a project on its own merit. This control ideology is not dependent on implementing hardware, high level languages. It is an organic method based on an example of “human” organization, the corporation. The Gas Turbine control is an interactive corporate team; member personalities and duties are the logic. The rationalized I-T-E (if-then-else) method of defining and programming the control (corporate) personalities is used by the turbine and controls engineers to efficiently produce the final turbine and machinery control algorithms. A simple integrated software/hardware scheme facilitates recording and executing these algorithms. Last but not least, reliable control performance must be achieved through an inherently fail-safe “systems” approach.

The central control system, as a very important device of computer-assisted instruction, has been applied generally in all different level of schools. However, due to all kinds of reasons, teachers and teaching administrators have long experienced the inconvenience on operating the projector and screen. The main device of common CAI system consists of computer, projector and screen which can actually solve such main problems such as the projector control and the lift control of screen. Since the projector is operated most often via the remote controller in the school, and under the circumstance that teachers familiarize the equipment operation by different levels, the operation and application can be incredibly inconvenient. The central control system aims to promote the control of CAI System up to a new level in the way that changes the operating methods of operators and simplifies the operating process. For the reasons and situations listed above, a high-efficient, simplified and low-cost management and application of teaching equipment is needed, and as a result of it, we develop and design the Central Control System for Multimedia Instruction Window.
