AbstrakKemajuan era globalisasi saat ini, membuat persaingan antar individu bahkan antar perusahaan semakin ketat, sehingga mereka berlomba � lomba membangun kekuatan dengan banyak cara. Salah satu caranya adalah dengan menggunakan sebuah sistem berbasis smartphone untuk meningkatkan rating qualitasnya.Sebuah sistem yang dengan itu perusahaan dapat terasa lebih dekat dengan para konsumen. Sistem yang membuat perusahaan juga mampu mengelola data para konsumen, sehingga perusahaan dapat membuat kebijakan � kebijakan selanjutnya demi meningkatkan kepuasan para konsumen.Pemakaian sistem ini pun juga baik untuk diterapkan pada perusahaan kecil, sebagai contoh apotek. Dalam proses bisnis apotek sebelumnya adalah menggunakan komponen kertas sebagai pendataan data pasien dan resep obat pasien sehingga bila terus berlanjut maka apotek akan mengeluarkan banyak pengeluaran kertas dan tetap tidak meningkatkan kenyamanan pasien.Maka dengan melihat proses bisnis yang masih berjalan ini, penulis berniat menjadikannya sebagai bahan untuk tugas akhir. Dalam tugas akhir ini akan dibuatkan sebuah aplikasi yang dapat membantu apotek meningkatkan keuntungan serta pengelolaan data dengan baik sehingga dapat membuat kebijakan � kebijakan untuk memajukan apotek.�Kata kunci� Aplikasi, Android, Pengelolaan Data, Pasien, Apotek.��Abstract�The globalitation era make competition between personal or company getting closer, so that each other compete gain the power with many ways. One of the ways is take a basic system of smartphone to increase quality rating. The system make a company looks like near with the consumen and be managing data of them. That will be company is easy to get a good decision for improve satisfaction of consumen. Usage system can too be apply on the small company as simple pharmacy. The proceses business pharmacy is also use papper on record data and recipe of patient before, so if that always on can make lot consumption of paper and not to be increase comfort patient. Then after view the process bisuness work, writer want be this cause as stuff to be final project. Accounting is information or, to be specific, accounting system. Accounting  System has important role in a company where the success of an accounting system depends on the human behavior as respond giving user. Therefore, there should be a necessary consideration regarding behavioral aspect in running an accounting system whereas be behavioral accounting is focusing on accountant’s and auditor’s decision making wether the system is run according to the company’s procedure and their objective as well. This research is aimed to analize the effect of behavioral aspect on accounting system run by PT Sinar Galesong Prima in Manado as a trading company. The method of analysis applied is multiple linear regression. The result of the conducted research shows that behavioral aspect (Attitude, Motivation, Perseption, Emotion) is not significantly affected the accounting system run by the company. It is expected that the company would give more concern, particularly to the behavioral aspect in applying the existing system so that in the future, the accounting system in the company could run effectively and efficiently according to the company’s objective.Keywords : Accounting System, Behavioral Accounting, Attitude, Motivation, Perpseption, Emotion.

This Business Communication Final Project (BCFP) is made for PT. Aneka Indo Makmur (AIM), one of the biggest biscuits manufacturers in Indonesia. The background of the study is the fact that the company has a hard time getting new partners or distributors. PT. AIM does not have a right promotional tool that can convince the partners to work together with the company. Because of this problem, the company cannot develop the business. Thus, PT. Abstract Modern controlling is an interdisciplinary field that allows management to manage properly, thereby creating the basis for good decision-making. Logistics operations in smart companies need to be not only properly set up, but also properly controlled and improved. The purpose of the article is to analyze the controlling environment in a selected company and point out possible improvements in logistics activities and devices, with a view to preventing different types of problems. For this purpose, observations of the internal logistics processes in a selected company were used and quantified to assess its internal state. On the basis of the data, controlling measures are put forward to improve the management of the company’s logistics activities. The results of the research highlight the opportunities that exist through controlling activities to collect and analyze information about the logistics activities of a company. By doing so, employees can be given greater responsibility for the fulfilment of their tasks and contribute to the streamlining of logistics processes. For managers, the implementation of controlling represents a change in the way of thinking and managing a company.

Abstract The paper examines systems integration and its main levels at higher levels of control. At present, the systems integration is one of the main aspects participating in the consolidation processes and financial flows of a company. Systems Integration is a complicated emotionconsuming process and it is often a problem to choose the right approach and level of integration. The research focused on four levels of integration, while each of them is characterized by specific conditions. At each level, there is a summary of recommendations and practical experience. The paper also discusses systems integration between the information and MES levels. The main part includes user-level integration where we describe an example of such integration. Finally, we list recommendations and also possible predictions of the systems integration as one of the important factors in the future.

In a leveraged buyout, a company is acquired by a specialized investment firm using a relatively small portion of equity and a relatively large portion of outside debt financing. The leveraged buyout investment firms today refer to themselves (and are generally referred to) as private equity firms. We describe and present time series evidence on the private equity industry, considering both firms and transactions. We discuss the existing empirical evidence on the economics of the firms and transactions. We consider similarities and differences between the recent private equity wave and the wave of the 1980s. Finally, we speculate on what the evidence implies for the future of private equity.

Perhaps more than ever in the European Union many groups and associations of companies and institutions are trying, in different ways, to play an active role in the economic scene of the Union. We verified, on the basis of information obtained, that the studies which precede the decision of a Financial Corporation to initiate the launching of a public offering on a certain economic unit/company or to acquire the shares of a Public Limited Company to take over control, are based on numerical mathematics, adapted mainly to the study of the future hypothetical profitability of the group resulting from the merging process or fusion. We present a proposal based on combinatorial pretopology that leads to an algorithm capable of solving our objective adequately.
