В статье исследуется проблема формирования понятийного аппарата нового раздела педагогики — эргономики образования. Актуальность обусловливается необходимостью обеспечить комфортность и безопасность процесса обучения, что достижимо посредством формирования эргономической образовательной среды. Целью является теоретическое обоснование процесса формирования эргономической образовательной среды, обеспечивающей развитие личности и сохранение здоровья при наличии образовательного потенциала. Рассматриваются разработки отечественными и зарубежными авторами терминологической структуры эргономической образовательной среды. В работе в качестве методологического выступает эргономический подход, а также применяется анализ и обобщение научных исследований по проблеме формирования эргономической образовательной среды в системе образования. Исследуя формирование эргономической образовательной среды, мы выявляем, что данный феномен в педагогике не изучен. Лишь фрагментарно представлены положения педагогической эргономики как раздела педагогики. Нами сформулировано несколько понятий: «эргономическая образовательная среда», «эргономическая образовательная система», «эргономичность», «эргономическое образовательное пространство», «эргономизация». Раскрыта их сущностная характеристика и наполняемость, дана характеристика эргономической компоненты образовательной среды, отмечены этапы, принципы, параметры, требования и показатели процесса формирования эргономической образовательной среды, а также указан компонентный состав технологии создания и применения комфортной среды в образовательном процессе. Делается вывод, что при формировании эргономической образовательной среды на основе эргономического подхода учет учебной деятельности обучающихся и трудовой деятельности педагога обеспечит развитие личности и сохранение здоровья. The article investigates the issue of creating the conceptual apparatus of a new branch of pedagogy, namely educational ergonomics. The relevance of the research is accounted for by the necessity to ensure comfortable and safe education, which can only be achieved through an ergonomic educational environment. The aim of the research is to provide a theoretical substantiation of the necessity to create an ergonomic educational environment which ensures learners’ harmonious development and health preservation coupled with learners’ educational potential. The article investigates Russian and foreign scholars’ works devoted to the investigation of terminology related to educational ergonomics. Having researched the formation of ergonomic educational environments, we can maintain that the phenomenon is largely underinvestigated. Pedagogical ergonomics is only treated as a branch of pedagogy. We have formulated a number of notions such as ergonomic educational environment, ergonomic educational system, ergonomics, ergonomic learning space, ergonomization. The article characterizes the essence and the content of the notions, characterizes the ergonomic components of educational environments, speaks about the stages, principles, parameters, requirements and indices of the process of ergonomic educational environment formation. It also discusses the components of the technology of creating a comfortable learning environment. The author concludes that when an ergonomic educational environment is created, the analysis of teachers’ and learners’ academic activities can ensure both personality development and health preservation.

Mobbing and described it as «psychological terror», which includes the systematic recurrence of hostile and unethical behavior of one or more people, directed against another person. According to experts, the most significant characteristic of the phenomenon of mobbing is that it is determined onlywhen there are multiple, but systematic, regular repetitions in behavior and attitude.

Product dissection has been highlighted as an effective means of interacting with example products in order to produce creative outcomes. While product dissection is often conducted as a team in engineering design education, the research on the effectiveness of product dissection activities has been primarily limited to individuals. Thus, the purpose of this study was to investigate the impact of the type(s) of product dissected in a team environment on encouraging creative design outcomes (variety, novelty, and quantity) and the underlying influence of educational level and dissection modality on these effects. This was accomplished through a computational simulation of 14,000 teams of noninteracting brainstorming individuals generated by a statistical bootstrapping technique using a design repository of 931 ideas generated by first-year and senior engineering students. The results of the study highlight the importance of educational level, dissection modality, and the number of products dissected on team design outcomes. Specifically, virtual dissection encouraged the exploration of more novel solutions across both educational levels. However, physical dissection encouraged the exploration of a larger variety and quantity of ideas for senior teams while virtual dissection encouraged the same in first-year teams. Finally, dissecting different types of products allowed teams to explore a larger solution space. The findings presented in this study can lead to a better understanding of how to deploy product dissection modules in engineering design education in order to drive creative design outcomes.

The design methodology developed by Pahl and Beitz (P&B) is one of the most widely taught design methodologies. However, this methodology is not easy to correctly exercise for non-experienced designers such as students. At TU Darmstadt in Germany, a method was developed to make students to realize the background philosophy of P&B, to reduce misunderstanding and misuse of the method, and to help them to arrive at creative design. At TU Delft in the Netherlands, an experienced designer who works on designing mechanical medical devices developed a method to generate creative designs. Although independently developed, these two methods share some commonality and have a potential to improve design education towards creative design. This paper is an attempt to give a theoretical explanation why these two methods facilitate creative design based on General Design Theory.

В статье рассматриваются вопросы, связанные с разработкой концепции и инструментария, синтезирующих когнитивные и нейротехнологии в учебной техносоциальной среде, как правило, включающей в себя сетевое цифровое учебное пространство в виде учебных ситуационных центров; обосновывается гипотеза возникновения единого креативного поля команды как следствие синтеза когнитивных и нейротехнологий на основе социоэмпатии в команде. Предлагаемые методики синтеза позволят повысить качество решений, разрабатываемых в процессе дополнительного профессионального обучения. В заключении статьи сформулированы вопросы, которые следует учитывать при исследовании проблем нейрокогнитивного синтеза. The article deals with issues related to the development of concepts and tools synthesizing cognitive and neurotechnologies in a technosocial educational environment, which usually includes a network digital learning space in the form of educational situational centres; the hypothesis of the emergence of a single creative team field as a consequence of the synthesis of cognitive and neurotechnologies based on socioempathy in the team is substantiated. The proposed synthesis methods will improve the quality of solutions developed in the process of additional professional training. In the article’s conclusion, the questions that should be taken into account when studying the problems of neurocognitive synthesis are formulated.
