Abstract Security situation in the world, in each territory and generally in each asset, continuously changes with time, and therefore, there is formed new safety culture that takes into account actual knowledge and experiences with interdependences among the public assets leading to extreme social crises. With regard to the historical development at present there are lots of management types that differ by aims and by assets that they respect. Consecutively in present human society there are groups that shielded by individual management type aims fight against each other, and at the same time all of them goes on good human existence. The paper deals with the relation between human system safety management and environmental management.

Participants in joint venture operating agreements in Australia are potentially liable for environmental offences under State environmental statutes as well as Petroleum (Submerged Lands) Acts and State Petroleum Acts. In addition, adverse environmental impacts can affect an array of other commercial factors, including the future costs of obtaining finance, insurance cover and access to new acreage. The nature of potential risks and liabilities are such that environmental management must be regarded as an on-going risk management activity, integrated into all planning and day-to-day operations in the same way that health and safety management is now being widely incorporated in petroleum industry activities. Joint venture participants generally pay considerable attention to the calibre of the technical (geological and engineering) advice provided by the operator. It follows that they should also place considerable importance on the calibre of environmental management expertise provided by the operator and its contractors.A successful system of management should be modelled on a due diligence defence, which requires that those who are directing joint venture activities exercise due diligence, requiring the establishment of a proper system to prevent violations of the law and the effective operation of that system, including supervision, maintenance and improvements in business methods.

The main goal of my paper is to implement safety management system into theoretical and practical MCC training. I was inspired for finishing this paper by my own integrated ATPL training at University of Žilina. Work is divided into three main parts. The first part of the paper is theory of safety management system, safety in aviation, loss of control and controlled flight into terrain. Five air accidents are characterized and analyzed in the next section. This part contains air accident Air Dubnica of two aircraft L410 in Dubnica nad Váhom, Air Accident OSSR An-24 Aircraft in Košice, Aviompanija Tatarstan accident in Kazan, accident of cypriot airline Helios and Pakistan International Airlines accident in Karachi, Pakistan. In the last part of the paper is designed implementation of the safety management system into MCC training.

System safety is a discipline of applying engineering and management principles, criteria, and techniques to achieve acceptable or tolerable risk within the constraints of operational effectiveness, suitability, time, and cost throughout all phases of the system life. System safety engineering is the program to identify hazards, and to eliminate hazards or reduce the associated risks when the hazards cannot be eliminated. System safety management involves plans and activities taken to identify hazards; assess and mitigate associated risks; track, control, close, and document risks encountered in the design, development, test, manufacturing, installation, operation and maintenance, and the disposal of systems, subsystems, and equipment. In this paper, the concept and principle of system safety in the transit system is discussed. The paper also introduces the safety standards, safety life-cycle, Safety Integrity Levels (SILs), safety analysis techniques and safety cases etc.
