Farmers' perception toward a program is the primary basis for their willingness to participate in the program. The objectives of the research are: (1) to know the perception level of farmers in the palm oil plantation cooperatives, (2) to analyse the correlation between internal and external factors with farmers perception. The study was conducted on May 2018 in Kongbeng Sub District of East Kutai District. The sample size is 66 farmers who are a member of a cooperative and cultivate palm oil on his land. The analysis used is descriptive statistics and Rank Spearman correlation. The results showed that the perception of farmers about the existence of cooperatives in community palm oil plantations in the form of cooperative benefits and the implementation of cooperatives are in a good category. Internal factors are significantly related to the perception of farmers only at the level of formal education in the benefits of cooperatives. Other internal factors have no relationship with the perception of farmers. Most of the external factors are highly correlated with farmers' perceptions of partnership support, farmer group support, extension support, and local government support.

This study aims to identify internal and external factors faced by the Koto Jaya Daily Market in Mukomuko, determine the optimization strategy of the market utilization. The data used in this study are primary data obtained from traders at the Koto Jaya Daily Market in Mukomuko in 2018 using a SWOT analysis tool.The results of the SWOT analysis can be concluded that internal factors in optimizing the utilization of the Koto Jaya Daily Market in Mukomuko are; 1) Strength Factors (land availability, location, supporting facilities, trader organizations, merchant composition, infrastructure, price information); 2) Weakness factors (rental prices, utilities, location access, market conditions, budget constraints, trader awareness), for external factors in optimizing the utilization of the Koto Jaya Daily Market in Mukomuko are; 1) Opportunity factors (population, community response, government support, technological development); 2) Threat factors (other market competitors, natural disasters, thuggery, government policies, economic crisis). The strategy that must be applied in this condition is the WT (Weaknesses-Threats) strategy, namely; 1) Implement a kiosk and booth rental price strategy; 2) Improve the quality and service quality of the Koto Jaya Mukomuko Market; 3) Optimizing existing facilities and infrastructure; 4) Maintain market security and comfort

ABSTRAK: Permasalahan yang dikaji dalam Penelitian ini adalah; 1) apakah penyebab anak putus sekolah di Desa Lambelu Kecamatan Pasikolaga Kabupaten? 2) bagaimana upaya mengatasi anak putus sekolah di Desa Lambelu Kecamatan Pasikolaga Kabupaten Muna? Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan tahapan-tahapan sebagai berikut; 1) Observasi 2) wawancara 3) Dokumentasi. Tinjauan pustaka dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan konsep teori perubahan sosial, konsep pendidikan, konsep pendidikan formal, konsep putus sekolah, dan faktor-faktor penyebab anak putus sekolah. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa; 1. penyebab anak putus sekolah yang terjadi di Desa Lambelu yaitu faktor internal dan faktor eksternal. a. Faktor internal yang berasal dari diri anak  yaitu; kurangnya minat anak untuk sekolah dan rendahnya motivasi anak merupakan penyebab anak putus sekolah di Desa Lambelu Kecamatan Pasikolaga Kabupaten Muna. b. Faktor eksternal yang berasal dari luar diri anak yaitu; Kondisi ekonomi orang tua, lingkungan pergaulan yang kurang baik, dan Perkawinan Usia Muda. 2. upaya mengatasi anak putus sekolah di Desa Lambelu Kecamatan Pasikolaga Kabupaten Muna dalam penelitian ini adalah : 1) Adanya upaya orang tua dalam memberikan motivasi bagi anaknya untuk melanjutkan pendidikan, 2) Adanya upaya dari sekolah untuk memperhatikan pendidikan siswa dan bahkan diayomi atau mendekatkan diri dan memberikan arahan serta dukungan akan arti pentingnya pendidikan dan upaya pemerintah yaitu dengan memberikan bantuan PIP dan BOS serta bekerja sama dengan pemerintah desa untuk memberikan pemahaman kepada masyarakat, orang tua siswa tentang pentingnya pendidikan. Kata Kunci : Upaya, Penyebab, Metode, Anak putus sekolah ABSTRACT: The problems examined in this study are; 1) what is the cause of children dropping out of school in Lambelu Village, Pasikolaga District, Regency? 2) how to deal with school dropouts in Lambelu Village, Pasikolaga District, Muna Regency? The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive approach with the following stages; 1) Observation 2) interview 3) Documentation. Literature review in this study is to use the concept of social change theory, the concept of education, the concept of formal education, the concept of dropping out of school, and the factors causing dropouts. The results of this study indicate that; 1. causes of school dropouts that occur in Lambelu Village are internal and external factors. a. Internal factors originating from the child, namely; lack of children's interest in schooling and low motivation of children are the causes of school dropouts in Lambelu Village, Pasikolaga District, Muna Regency. b. External factors originating from outside the child, namely; The economic condition of parents, unfavorable social environment, and Early Marriage. 2. efforts to overcome dropout children in Lambelu Village, Pasikolaga District, Muna Regency in this study are: 1) There is an effort by parents to provide motivation for their children to continue their education, 2) There is an effort from schools to pay attention to the education of students and even protect them or get closer and provide direction and support for the importance of education and government efforts, namely by providing PIP and BOS assistance and working with village governments to provide understanding to the community, students' parents about the importance of education. Keywords: Efforts, Causes, Methods, Children dropping out of school

The objectives of this research are (1) to identify the profile and management system of tourism object in Pati Regency, (2) to identify the internal and external factors of tourism development in Pati Regency, (3) Prepare the development strategy of tourism object in Pati Regency. Data analysis technique using SWOT. The result of the research shows that (1) the tourism object profile in Pati Regency has great potential to be a tourist place that can bring many visitors with management system that need to be improved in order to establish good relationship between the Tourism Office and the management of the tourism object. (2) Internal factors that are owned by tourism object such as tourist attraction, hospitality, facilities, promotion and capital. While the external factors that are owned by tourism are competitiveness of tourism object, community life style, government support, innovation, and accommodation. (3) Strategy of tourism development in Pati Regency based on SWOT is the development of potential in each tourism object, maintenance and addition of facilities in tourism object, as well as increasing cooperation with private parties and investors. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah (1) mengidentifikasi profil dan sistem pengelolaan obyek wisata di Kabupaten Pati, (2) Mengidentifikasi faktor internal dan eksternal pengembangan obyek wisata di Kabupaten Pati, (3) Menyusun strategi pengembangan obyek wisata di Kabupaten Pati. Teknik analisis data menggunakan SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) profil obyek wisata di Kabupaten Pati memiliki potensi yang sangat besar untuk dijadikan tempat wisata yang mampu mendatangkan banyak pengunjung dengan sistem pengelolaan yang perlu ditingkatkan agar menjalin hubungan yang baik antara Dinas Pariwisata dan pengelola obyek wisata. (2) Faktor internal yang dimiliki obyek wisata antara lain daya tarik wisata, keramahtamahan, fasilitas, promosi dan modal. Sedangkan faktor eksternal yang dimiliki obyek wisata adalah daya saing obyek wisata, gaya hidup masyarakat, dukungan pemerintah, inovasi, serta akomodasi. (3) Strategi pengembangan obyek wisata di Kabupaten Pati berdasarkan SWOT adalah pengembangan potensi di masing-masing obyek wisata, pemeliharaan dan penambahan fasilitas di obyek wisata, serta meningkatkan kerjasama dengan pihak swasta maupun investor.

The objectives of this research were to portray the influence of internal and external factors to the competencies of the agricultural extension agents. The individual characrterization of the agricultural extension agents were the internal factors which assumed to influence in creating the competencies, and those other i.e the non formal education (diklat), the milieu, and the extension organization structure were the external factors. The respondents were selected by the random and purposive sampling method in the three regency as research area. Data analysis was done by using descriptive and Linear Structural Relationship (LISREL) program 8.72 by Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) models. The results of the research showed that the internal factors were influenced positively and significantly to the competencies of the agricultural extension agents both before and after the autonomy, but those other were not.

Thisresearch is based on the importance of strategies in increasing business and consumerloyalty to products sold.Strategies to increase business and consumer loyalty can bedone with a SWOT analysis. Place of this research is the "Henvian" shop that sellstypical Rejang lebong food. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative.Informants in this study were people who were considered to know for certain about theHENVIAN Specialty Food Store in Curup City, Rejang Lebong Regency. The dataanalysis technique used in this study is a SWOT analysis to determine the strengths,weaknesses, opportunities and threats in a typical Rejang Lebong food business.By using SWOT analysis techniques that consist of strengths (weakness), weaknesses(weakness), opportunities (opportnity) and threats (threath). The results of this studycan be concluded that the internal factors that are the strength of the marketing strategyare the quality of the product that is good at a price affordable to the public andtourists, service that is friendly and responsive to consumer needs, as well astechnological advancements that facilitate the promotion of business. Internal factorsthat are a weakness are often lack of stock, there are some products that do not meet thestandard packaging, the product shelf life is short, employees do not use uniforms.External factors that become opportunities are a fairly high economic community,abundant raw materials while external factors that are a threat are the manycompetitors, an unstable economy, the price of basic needs increases. One alternative to reduce the unemployment rate in Indonesia is to foster entrepreneurship in college students because this is expected to be an educated young entrepreneur who is able to start his own business, and be able to open up jobs for others. The formulation of the problem include: what are internal factors (income, self-esteem, motivation) and whether external factors (family environment, surrounding environment, education, and opportunities) influence the interest in entrepreneurship of STAI Muhammadiyah Tulungagung students ?. This study aims to determine internal factors (income, self-esteem, motivation) and external factors (family environment, surrounding environment, education, and opportunities) affect the entrepreneurial interest of STAI Muhammadiyah Tulungagung students. The approach used is a quantitative approach to the type of associative research. The population and sample in this study were students of STAI Muhammadiyah Tulungagung which consisted of 50 students who had taken Entrepreneurship courses and students who had been entrepreneurs. Sampling using a purposive sampling technique. The data source is primary data. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires. The measurement uses a Likert scale. The next stage, the results of the questionnaire were analyzed with multiple linear regression which serves to prove the research hypothesis. The data that has met the validity test, reliability test, and the classic assumption test are processed to produce a regression equation. Based on the results of the study showed that internal and external factors partially had a positive and significant effect on the entrepreneurial interest of STAI Muhammadiyah Tulungagung students. With an adjusted R2 value of 0.407 so the magnitude of the influence of internal and external factors on entrepreneurial interest is 40.7% while the remaining 59.3% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.Keywords: Factors, Interests, Entrepreneurship, STAI Muhammadiyah Tulungagung

This article discusses the problem of choosing the correct and effective organizational structure of enterprise management for its correct functioning. The existing types of organizational structures of enterprise management, which are used in practice today, are analyzed, and their positive, negative sides and the type of enterprises for which they can be used are revealed. Along with this, this article discusses and describes methods for choosing an organizational structure for an enterprise. Also, during the study, internal and external factors were identified that affect the choice of an organizational structure. Based on the analysis, a methodology for choosing the most effective type of organizational structure for enterprises was drawn up. The question of choosing an organizational structure is acute for every manager at the very beginning of the operation of an enterprise, because the quality of performance of functions, both of individual divisions and of the entire enterprise as a whole, directly depends on this. Among many types of organizational structures in this study, the types of organizational structures that are most adaptable to changes in external and internal factors are identified. This study provides methods and tools for selecting the appropriate organizational structure for any enterprise. At the moment, some methods, be it goal structuring or computer modeling, are not widely used, which in turn makes it difficult to choose an effective organizational structure for enterprise management. The choice of an effective organizational structure is an extremely urgent problem today for every entrepreneur, who is interested in the stable economic activity of his or her enterprise.

Peat fire prevention activities conducted by farmers as a form of they role in realizing sustainable agriculture. Sustainable agriculture can be run as to maximizing internal factors such as age, formal education, income, land area, land status, distance of land location and exsternal factors such as interaction with instructor or instructor instructors, community leaders, involvement in farmer groups, information media, and government roles. Using SPSS 25 with validity in order test to test the level of relationship and validity, validity by looking at r count > r table which called then valid and if r count < r table then called invalid and reliability tests to know reliable, if the reliability coefficient is Alpha Cronbach is more than 0.70 (ri> 0.70) and should not be more than 0.90 (ri <0.9). Result of research shown that The Internal and external factors still have a relatively low level connection, because the facilities and infrastructures are not maximized to support sustainable agricultural development. Meanwhile internal factors that have a real relationship are age and formal education while external factors that have a real relationship are involvement in farmer groups, information media, and communication and the role of government. Key words: exsternal factors, internal factors, peat fire prevention, sustainable agriculture

This study aims to identify internal factors and external factors of UD Betris, as well as to determine the strategy for developing the business of bamboo batik handicraft industry UD Betris. Betris in Meras Village. This research was conducted from April to June 2018. The data used were primary data and secondary data. Primary data is obtained through observation and interviews which are divided into two parties, namely internal parties (business owners and labor) and external parties (local government and consumers) with 8 (eight) respondents. Meanwhile, secondary data was obtained from literature studies. Analysis of the data used is by using a SWOT analysis. The results showed that internal factors include: raw materials, quality of raw materials, price of raw materials, product uniqueness, business spirit and craftsman skills, product prices, product durability and quality, not having financial records, traditional production equipment, product arrangement that has not been arranged neat, promotion is not efficient, does not have a special place of business, and there is no parking space. external factors include: high market opportunities, government support, opportunities for training, opportunities to participate in exhibitions, plastic substitute goods, interest in business successors, and the existence of competitors using modern production tools. Based on the SWOT diagram, the chosen strategy is a combination of SO, namely: 1) Maintaining product quality and continuing to develop products by innovating to create bamboo handicraft products with new designs. 2) Continue to work with the government and related agencies to develop and expand marketing areas so that products are better known to local and foreign communities through training and exhibition events. *jnkd*.

Murder is an inhuman crime, where the perpetrator of the crime kills with the intention of being planned in advance because it will kill other people's lives for a specific purpose, this crime is a crime of enmity between individuals and groups so that the victim is helpless, so the police investigator reveals his identity. Carefulness is needed. The problems discussed are what are the factors causing the crime of murder and how are the efforts to overcome the crime of murder. The research method used is normative juridical research. Data collection is based on literature study, based on the results of the research that the author has done, the factors that cause murder are internal and external factors. Internal factors, namely internal factors, and external factors, namely economic, environmental, and family factors. Efforts to tackle the crime of murder, namely penal and non-penal measures, are efforts to reduce the space for movement and opportunities for the committing of crimes. The suggestion in this research is that there is a need for cooperation between legal institutions and the government through police and military officers to prevent and cope with future premeditated murder, prosecutors and judges are requested to be able to prosecute and impose the maximum possible punishment on the perpetrators of the murder guided by the Criminal Code.
