This study aims to determine the effect of privacy, security, trust, and experience the internet on the intention to transact online. The study subjects were 200 students from various colleges in the city of Yogyakarta. The research method was a questionnaire survey instrument. Analysis of the data used is test convergent validity, discriminant and composite reliability test. Results showed that :There is the influence of trust and perceptions of risks to attitude. There is influence between security, trust and privacy to the perception of risk. There is the influence of attitudes and perceptions of risk on the intention to transact online. There is a relationship between the experience of using the internet and subjective norm on the intention to transact online. There is a positive effect between behavioral control on the intention to transact online. Keywords : Privacy, Security, Trust, Internet experience, Intention, and online transactions

The present study has an exploratory nature and aims to analyze the perception of managers on the efficiency, access importance, use as a communication tool, benefits and difficulties of Internet use in Brazilian hotels and also its effects according to the facilities rank and property size plus managers’ age and experience time. It has been used as a questionnaire to collect data from the managers of 35 hotels in the city of Natal, RN, Brazil. By using analysis of variance (ANOVA) and the Tukey test, results showed that there is almost no significant difference on the perception of managers on the impact of Internet use in hotels. However, those variables that were different show that for younger and less experienced managers and luxurious hotels with more than 50 rooms, there is a more favorable perception on the impacts of the Internet.

The bath soap market is constantly changing and competition is getting tougher with the emergence of bath soaps that have a clearer positioning, such as beauty soap, whitening soap, family soap to health soap. Increasing lifestyles of people in Indonesia and changing habits where bathing is no longer just using soap, but by adding fragrance and comfort when wearing it. The higher purchasing power of consumers for a product encourages companies to further improve the quality of their products. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of Integrated Promotion and Positioning Excellence on Purchasing Decisions in Lux Bath Soap. The population in this study are consumers in the city of Ambon who use Lux bath soap. The sample in this studywere 100 people who bought lux bath soap taken by purposive sampling. The data collection is done by using a questionnaire. The data analysis method used is SPSS version 16.The results of multiple regression analysis namely Y = 0.501 X1 + 0.218 X2 The most influential independent variable on the dependent variable is the integrated Promotion variable (0.501), followed by the Positioning Excellence variable (0.218). T test results show that all independent variables, namely (integrated promotion and positioning superiority) have a significant positive effect on the dependent variable (purchasing decisions) where all independent variables obtain a t value greater than t table with a sig level of less than 0.05. And the coefficient of determination (R Square) obtained by 0.309 this means that 30.9% of purchasing decisions can be explained by integrated promotion variables and positioning excellence, while the remaining 69.1% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The purpose of this study was to find out the antecedents of the intention to buy the face shop environmentally friendly cosmetic products in the city of Denpasar. This research was conducted in Denpasar City. The number of samples taken was 100 samples using the purposive sampling method. Data collection was done by questionnaire with a 1-5 Likert scale. The analysis technique used is the analysis of Multiple Linear Regression. Based on the results of the analysis it was found that customer value had a significant positive effect on attitudes, attitudes had a significant positive effect on purchase intention, subjective norms had a significant positive effect on purchase intention and behavioral control had a significant positive effect on purchase intention. The face shop should build good relationships with consumers by becoming a listener and providing solutions to consumer cosmetic needs. The strategy that can be applied to the face shop to increase the intention to buy consumers is to be able to carry out promotions into customer specific targets every month or use vouchers. The development of business through internet media is increasing, along with the increasing of Internet users in the world especially in Indonesia. Advertising is a factor that is quite important in attracting the Purchace interest of the consumer in this research is Tokopedia in the city of Palembang. Advertising is any form of non-personal communication and promotion of ideas, products or services that are paid for by certain sponsors or that have not yet been identified in order to create consumer buying interest. While buying interest is the tendency of consumers to buy a brand or take actions related to the purchase. In this research, the object of research is Tokopedia consumers in Palembang. The sampling method uses accidental sampling. The data used are primary data by distributing questionnaires directly to Tokopedia application users in the city of Palembang. the number of samples was 349 respondents. The test is carried out in three stages, namely the validity and reliability test, the classic assumption test and the hypothesis test The results of this research indicate that advertising has a positive effect on consumer buying interest of Tokedia in Palembang, it can be seen from the regression test results Y = 4,571 + 0.821 + e. If seen from the coefficient of determination (R2) of 80% consumer buying interest can be explained by advertising. While 20% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research such as discounts, brand image, price, availability of goods and others.

This study aims to examine the effect of supervisor support on work life balance and job satisfaction. The criteria of the respondents are married hotel employees. The reason is that hotel employees have more complex life dynamics than those who are not married. This research was conducted in Yogyakarta. Indicators of research variables are measured by adapting previous studies. Measurement of variables using a Likert scale with 5 choices. Characteristics of respondents were analyzed using crosstabs. While the influence between variables was tested using PLS-SEM. This study uses the SmartPLS program. The parameters used to test convergent validity are loading factor and AVE. For reliability using composite reliability. As for evaluating the structural model using the R-square value criteria and significance. The results of the structural model evaluation show that supervisor support has a positive effect on work life balance and job satisfaction. In addition, work life balance has a positive effect on job satisfaction. Keywords: supervisor support, work life balance, job satisfaction ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh dukungan atasan terhadap keseimbangan kehidupan kerja dan kepuasan kerja. Kriteria responden adalah karyawan hotel yang sudah menikah. Alasannya adalah bahwa karyawan hotel memiliki dinamika kehidupan yang lebih kompleks daripada mereka yang belum menikah. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Yogyakarta. Indikator variabel penelitian diukur dengan mengadaptasi studi sebelumnya. Pengukuran variabel menggunakan skala Likert dengan 5 pilihan. Karakteristik responden dianalisis menggunakan tabulasi silang. Sedangkan pengaruh antar variabel diuji menggunakan PLS-SEM. Penelitian ini menggunakan program SmartPLS. Parameter yang digunakan untuk menguji validitas konvergen adalah loading factor dan AVE. Untuk keandalan menggunakan keandalan komposit. Adapun untuk mengevaluasi model struktural menggunakan kriteria nilai R-square dan signifikansi. Hasil evaluasi model struktural menunjukkan bahwa dukungan pengawas memiliki efek positif pada keseimbangan kehidupan kerja dan kepuasan kerja. Selain itu, keseimbangan kehidupan kerja memiliki efek positif pada kepuasan kerja. Kata kunci: dukungan atasan, keseimbangan kehidupan kerja, kepuasan kerja

Purpose - This study aims to determine the effect on employee performance spatial planning.Design/methodology - The analysis conducted on four private company covers 30-500 samples are employees of private companies in the city of Palembang. Testing the hypothesis in this study will be conducted using Structural Equation Model (SEM).Findings – The results showed that the performance can be explained by the variable furniture and the preparation of the physical environment. The individual test results showed that there are two variables : the preparation of the furniture and the physical environment positive effect on performance.

Abstract. The cube construction task represents a novel format in the assessment of spatial ability through mental cube rotation tasks. Instead of selecting the correct answer from several response options, respondents construct their own response in a computerized test environment, leading to a higher demand for spatial ability. In the present study with a sample of 146 German high-school students, we tested an approach to manipulate the item difficulties in order to create items with a greater difficulty range. Furthermore, we compared the cube task in a distractor-free and a distractor-based version while the item stems were held identical. The average item difficulty of the distractor-free format was significantly higher than in the distractor-based format ( M = 0.27 vs. M = 0.46) and the distractor-free format showed a broader range of item difficulties (.02 ≤  pi ≤ .95 vs. .37 ≤  pi ≤ .63). The analyses of the test results also showed that the distractor-free format had a significantly higher correlation with a broad intelligence test ( r = .57 vs. r = .17). Reasons for the higher convergent validity of the distractor-free format (prevention of response elimination strategies and the broader range of item difficulties) and further research possibilities are discussed.

Yamaha Vixion Club Bandung (YVCB) was formed on July 7, 2007 in the city of Bandung, as a place of friendship between Yamaha Vixion motorcyclists. In its organizational structure, YVCB has a Human Resource Development (HRD) division. Until now, there are more than 800 Yamaha Vixion Club Bandung members. This software is made to facilitate the work of the Yamaha Vixion Club Bandung HRD Division in processing member data. Created using Microsoft Webmatrix as an editor with the PHP programming language. The database uses MySQL with PHPMyAdmin as the software. The method used in making this software is prototyping so that between developers and customers can understand each other what the customer wants. The purpose of making web-based member data management software is that in terms of managing member data it can be done anytime and anywhere by just accessing the internet. In the use of the program, the author chose to use PHP, because PHP is the best and easiest to use in website programming language. Based on the last paragraph, the author intends to make aplication based computerized attendance so that become effective and efficient in terms of time.
