Abstract Objectives: To identify and reclassify the patients in the LN cohort, and to further analyze the prominent clinical features and clinical significance of each cluster of patients. Methods: This is a cross-sectional study of a cohort of 635 LN patients from the Rheumatology Department of Xiangya Hospital of Central South University. Demographic data, laboratory findings and clinical evaluation system include physician’s global assessment and the SLICC/ACR Damage Index were collected. Using two-step cluster analysis, patients with similar clinical property were identified and compared. Results: Among the 635 LN patients, 599 patients (94.3%) were female. The mean age of the patients were 33.8 ± 10.4 years. Three subgroups were identified by two-step cluster analysis. Cluster 1 included 130 (20.5%) patients, Cluster 2 included 132(20.8%) patients and Cluster 3 included 373 (58.7%) patients. Cluster 3 was the largest group of mild disease activity, patients in this cluster had lower white blood cells, neutrophils, lymphocytes and mean SDI scores compared to those in the other two clusters. Cluster 1 was the smallest group of severe damage, patients in this cluster had multiple positive auto-antibodies, higher SDI scores and lower complement level. Patients of cluster 2 had the highest levels of granulocytes, but the results of other laboratory tests were roughly between the cluster 1 and cluster 3.Conclusions: This study reclassified three groups of LN patients in a large cohort. Our research shows that the multiple positive ANA antibody may be related to the high SDI score of LN patients. Clinicians can identify patients at different stages through cluster analysis to better implement prognosis.

Urban rail transit project is a kind of typical operating public project. Adopting the PPP model can alleviate local financial pressure and improve capital use efficiency. However, many existing urban rail transit PPP projects have fallen into the dilemma of cost overrun, schedule delay, and poor product quality. The lack of reasonable project performance evaluation is considered as an important cause. This research first clarifies the meaning and characteristics of project performance evaluation by comparing and analyzing several basic concepts and relationships. Secondly, an operation performance evaluation system based on urban rail transit PPP project of a three party is constructed from a multistakeholder perspective. Finally, the best worst method and large-scale group evaluation technology are used based on the comparison of multistakeholder evaluation application scenarios and evaluation methods. A quantitative model is constructed to evaluate the operating performance of urban rail transit PPP projects and is tested and explained by a specific case study. Most current studies generally focus on the earlier stage of project performance, and this article mainly discusses and researches the operation performance of PPP projects. There, suggestions are provided for the operation performance evaluation theory and urban rail transit PPP project practices. This article focuses on the operation performance evaluation of PPP projects.

Pharbitidis Semen is a traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) with a long history for treatment of edema and fullness, fecal and urinary retention, phlegm and retained fluid, and abdominal pain due to parasitic infestation. Since Pharbitidis Semen is distributed throughout the country, the quality of the medicine from different origins may be varied. Moreover, the reported method could not control the quality comprehensively. In this article, a fingerprint of Pharbitidis Semen has been established based on a high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method. In addition, the contents of the 2 main effective components were determined simultaneously. The reference HPLC fingerprint was obtained according to the chromatograms of test samples. The similarity values were calculated by the Similarity Evaluation System for Chromatographic Fingerprint of TCM (2004 A edition). Cluster analysis of 10 batches of samples was performed using statistical software (SPSS 20.0). The HPLC fingerprints of 10 batches of Pharbitidis Semen showed 25 well-resolved common peaks in each chromatogram. Two of these peaks were assigned to protocatechuic aldehyde and caffeic acid. As a result, HPLC fingerprint similarities of 10 batches of samples were more than 0.99. Pharbitidis Semen from different habitats could be divided into 3 or 2 groups. The results of cluster analysis showed that samples classified into 1 group were associated with their habitats and breeds. At the same time, quantification results showed that the contents of protocatechuic aldehyde and caffeic acid were in the range of 0.026-0.088 and 0.019-0.053 mg/g−1 respectively. HPLC fingerprint combined with multicomponent quantification and data analysis techniques can be an efficient and useful method for monitoring the quality of Pharbitidis Semen. This study also provides a practical strategy for overall quality evaluation and control of traditional Chinese medicines.

The article selected 55 typical dress fabrics to study the sharp style of half-circle skirt. The skirts were simulated by using 3D virtual try-on tool. With emphasis on objective evaluation parameters of half-circle skirt sharp style selection and application of factor analysis, cluster analysis to establish appropriate evaluation system, providing a basis for half-circle skirt fabric selection.

The efficacy of a consensus based group-evaluation system was examined using a reversal design. Two groups of students with disabilities served as subjects. The group-evaluation system involved: (a) dividing the groups into teams; (b) having each team agree on a common rating for the group's behavior during a specified time period; (c) comparing each team's rating to the teacher's rating; and (d) delivering reinforcement to each team based on the group's behavior and the team's accuracy in rating the group's behavior. Results indicated that the group-evaluation system was an effective strategy for modifying classroom behavior.

The fierce competition in tourism has brought a string of problems, such as the homogeneous development of regional tourism resources and the escalation of regional competition. One key issue in urban tourism today is how to identify competitors, recognize own advantageous resources, and clarify the direction of development. This paper evaluates the competitiveness of regional tourism in three steps: setting up an evaluation system, calculating niche and niche overlap, and conducting synthesis and cluster analysis. Firstly, a comprehensive evaluation system of urban tourism niche was established, which includes such four dimensions as tourism resources, tourism market, social economy, and eco-environment, and the weight of each index was calculated by entropy method. Next, regional niche and niche overlap were computed by niche theory. Taking the mean of niche overlap and that of composite niche as the references, the authors drew an overall distribution map of regional tourism niche. After that, a cluster analysis was carried out with the four-dimensional niche and composite niche of regional tourism. Finally, an empirical analysis was performed on the tourism competitiveness in ten prefectures of Shaanxi Province, using the data in 2010–2018. The results show that the prefectures differed greatly in tourism development and competed fiercely against each other.

Structuring and measurement of eco-civilization construction is an important part of researching on eco-civilization construction theory, which possesses the practical significance of measuring eco-civilization construction level and guiding the eco-civilization construction practice. The evaluation system of eco-civilization construction level could be structured from five aspects of the quality of ecological economy and society, the development of ecological base, ecological saving, ecological protection and ecological harmony. Analyzing the main parts of five aspects by use of factor analysis method, the ecological economy and society quality played the key role in the evaluation model of eco-civilization construction level. Based on the cluster analysis on the data of inland provinces and municipalities in the year of 2012, the eco-civilization construction level of inland of China could be clustered as different categories with obvious imbalance among different areas.
