For the increasingly demanding of real-time temperature monitoring in industrial and, agricultural production, a data collection box based on wireless communication module NRF24L01 is, designed, temperature is collected by a high-precision temperature sensor AD590.Design method of hardware and software of the system is described in detail, the configuration method of NRF24L01 is given., The application of this design in wireless temperature collection system is discussed.The experimental result shows that the design has realized two real-time monitoring on temperature of two points, it can display the, value in different environment, a sounder is equipped in the design to alarm for over-temperature.

Design using MSP430 microcontroller core, control GSM wireless communication module implements remote car alarm warning systems, from system components, as well as hardware and software design works done in detail, the system triggers an alarm through the sensor module, enter through the microcontroller to TC35i AT command so that it can promptly send a short message to alert the owner, breaking the traditional alarm distance limitations, with good market prospects.

The VRLA (valve-regulated lead-acid) battery is an important part of a direct current (DC) power system. In order to resolve issues of large volume, complicated wiring, and single function for a battery monitoring system at present, we propose to build a novel intelligent-health-monitoring system. The system is based on the ZigBee wireless communication module for collecting voltage, temperature, internal resistance, and battery current in real-time. A general packet radio service (GPRS) network is employed for interacting data with the cloud-monitoring platform. The system can predict the remaining capacity of the battery combined with the software algorithm for realizing real-time monitoring of the battery’s health status and fault-warning, providing a basis for ensuring the safe and reliable operation of the battery. In addition, the system effectively integrates most of the circuits of the battery status collector onto one chip, which greatly reduces the size and the power consumption of the collector and also provides a possibility for embedding each VRLA battery with a chip that can monitor the health status during the whole life. The test results indicate that the system has the characteristics of real-time monitoring, high precision, small-volume, and comprehensive functions.

This task is based on the control of the MCU. In order to make it work, the first and foremost thing is to configure the interface among the MCU, display device and the wireless communication device with reason. In detail, the hardware design concludes the MCU control system, display circuit as well as the design of the wireless one. As for the software design, there are the initialization of the MCU and the display component. The programmer for the control of the display part and wireless part are also concluded.

The terminal uses data acquisition module to collect antenna parameters of the base station, data is processed by S3C2440 core module and transmitted to management system by wireless communication module. This introduces hardware and software design solution of the terminal. The intelligent terminal can measure coordinates, altitude, azimuth and tilt of base station.

With the convenience to add or replace sensors, to maintain and extend, a new solution of wireless sensor network based bridge health monitoring system for long-span bridges was proposed, which includes advanced and low power-consumption sensors, wide-range short-distance wireless communication module, high-speed long-distance wireless communication module, efficient and practical management software. 433 MHz industrial wireless module was selected for short-distance wireless communication among nodes and between nodes and gateways. 3G WCDMA was chosen for long-distance wireless communication between gateways and the control centers. Whole process controlled management software was specially developed.

Abstract The study aims for the development of a wireless weather station composed of two modules, the outdoor module that takes the temperature and humidity from the environment through the DHT22 sensor and transmits the information through the n24RFL01+ communication module to the indoor module. The indoor module takes the temperature and humidity from the environment and displays it on a 3.5” TFT display along with the information received from the outdoor module, also the date and time are displayed. The development boards used for the weather station are Arduino Mega 2560 for the indoor module and Arduino Nano for the outdoor module. The n24RFL01+ wireless communication module, depending on the model, can transmit data at a distance of 800+ m and the DHT22 sensor is very accurate. The programming code used for the development of the weather station is made in Arduino IDE. Arduino IDE is an open-source software that is used to write and upload code to the Arduino developing boards.

<span>Recently, communication via the wireless systems become promising, since the wireless communication system provides several benefits such as the disposal of the wire usage, provides long-distances communication, and the disposal of periodic maintenance of data transmission lines. In robotic science, the wireless system unit is the main part of the mobile robot. Whereas, only wireless communication module responsible for transmitting commands from the transmitter (e.g. mobile or PC) to the receiver (i.e. robot brain) and vice versa. With the increase in population growth and the construction of the urban, fires have become widely spread. It is worth mentioning here that the lives of firefighters are in permanent danger where they may be exposed to the combustion or inhalation of toxic gasses associated with the combustion process. Therefore, become necessary to find effective ways to reduce these risks. In this paper, a rover tank robot is implemented for fire extinguishing in closed areas based on the Arduino microcontroller, flame sensor, and motion sensor. The robot has a small water pump installed on a servo motor to pump water, the first flame sensor placed on the right of the robot's front and the second to the left of the robot's front. When a fire is explored through a flame sensor, the water pump sprays water to the location of the fire. The robot is driven wirelessly utilising the Bluetooth HC-06 module and the Wi-Fi camera utilised for driving purposes. Besides, a passive infrared (PIR) sensor is used to detect the presence of any living organism inside the fire site to alert the robot driver that an organism requires a rescue.</span>
