The improvement of the quality of people's life , not only make the development of tourism industry rapid, but also promote the development of mountain tourism towns. As a basis for the construction of mountain tourism town , the architectural design has a strong demand to integrate into the regional architectural culture. Therefore, to explore the fusion of mountain tourism urban construction design and regional architectural culture is particularly important. This paper takes a designer's point of view and takes the connotation of the regional architectural culture as a starting point. It makes a brief analysis of the present situation and development trend of the building design of mountain tourism town. Through the analysis of present situation and the demand of Shennongjia scenic spot, it takes Shennongjia as a microcosm of the mountain tourism resources. And it takes the design practice of the Shenlin Hotel in Muyu town as an example, to explore the strategies and methods of integration of architectural design of mountain tourism town and regional architectural culture. And it puts forward that to integrate the regional architectural culture into architectural design, is not only the culture of architecture, but also a designer's responsibility.

At present steel industry is obtained a rapid development in China. More and more steel slag is accumulated. How to deal with steel slag becomes a hot problem. In this paper, the source, composition and characteristics of steel slag are introduced firstly. Then the methods of comprehensive utilization on the steel slag are summarized. Finally the problems are put up and the development trend of steel slag utilization is prospected according to the present situation of comprehensive utilization of steel slag.

2011 is at the beginning of the twelfth five-year plan (the twelfth five-year plan of national economy and society development in the People’s Republic of China), so it is necessary to review the situation of China’s construction industry and make its development trend forecast, which will be useful to guide China’s construction industry and the macro-economic control. According to the scale of fixed assets investment and the result of difference method, there is a proper evaluation of current China’s construction industry. The 4 billion investment plan had a huge impact on the China’s construction industry in the period of the eleventh five-year plan.This paper is to forecast the output and the added value of China’s construction industry in the period of the twelfth five-year plan by the use of time series analysis, based on the data from 2001 to 2010. The results show that China’s construction industry will get a rapid growth yet in the period of the twelfth five-year plan.
