The purpose of this study was to: 1) To know and analyze the mechanisms of electronic deed made by the notary. 2) To analyze the obstacles faced by the notary in the manufacture of electronic certificates. The method used in this empirically is sociological juridical data used in this study are primary data and secondary data, primary data obtained by conducting interviews with Indonesian Notary Association, and secondary data obtained by reviewing book. Found of data analysis concluded that: 1) the Indonesian Notary Association until now was not serious to realize implementation electronically authentic deed. With electronic media, notaries become more efficient administration. 2) Barriers cyber Notary the notary system management. Managed the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia or the Indonesian Notaries Association organization. Because the office of notary is an independent, preferably Indonesian Notary Association has its own system that will manage the cyber Notary and can be used by all notaries Indonesia. Harmonization Act as a way out for the development of cyber Notary in Indonesia. Keywords: Deed Electronics; Cyber Notary; UUJN.

This study aims to determine the impact of permissiveness in the management control system. Management control system cannot be implemented because of permissiveness that gives looseness in management control system. Problems occur are in the form of attendance and attendance of employees, punishment is less applied with firm, tolerance in recruit employees. Writing this thesis is included in applied research where the author hopes with the writing of thisthesis can assist in providing recommendations and suggestions related to management control system in Sinar Motor. The research method used is by interview, observation and data analysis. At this writing will be discussed about the management system of the company's management Sinar Motor include action control, result control, personnel control and cultural control. However, the management control system has not been able to perform well due to permissive generated from the nature of the owner who did not bear, pity and trust. To minimize the problem, the authors provide recommendations in the form of a limitation of tolerance that can be done by the owner for each problem. With some recommendations are expected to improve management control systemUD Sinar Motor.

The research, conducted from December 2009 through January 2010, aims at evaluating the training model for staff of Education Offices in Riau Islands Province to improve the implementation quality of institution accountancy system (IAS). The method used in this research was survey covering 45 staff members of Education Offices. Data were collected by questionnaire and interview and analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively. Data analysis concludes that the existing training model suffers from weakness in its system, management, and evaluation. Further, it is recommended an alternative training model to be developed on the basis of staff's need in improving knowledge, skills, and attitude on the SAI implementation.

Schizophrenia is a serious mental disease whose pathogenesis has not been fully elucidated. Its clinical evaluation and diagnosis still highly depend on the clinical experience of doctors. It is of great scientific value and clinical significance to study the inducing factors and neuropathological mechanism of schizophrenia. Based on the four research problems of schizophrenia, this paper analyzes the data types that need to be stored in clinical trials and scientific research, including basic information, case report data, neuropsychological and cognitive function evaluation, magnetic resonance data, electroencephalogram (EEG) data, and intestinal flora data. Through the demand analysis of the system, including the data management part, data analysis part, the functional demand of the system management part, and the overall nonfunctional demand of the system, the overall architecture design, functional module division, and database table structure design of the system are completed. Adopting Browser/Server (B/S) architecture and front-end and back-end separation mode and applying Java and Python programming language, based on spring framework and database, a multidimensional information management system for schizophrenia is designed and implemented, which includes four modules: data analysis, data management, system management, and security control. In addition, each functional module of the system is designed and implemented in detail, and the software operation flow of each module is illustrated with the sequence diagram. Finally, the multidimensional data of schizophrenia collected in our laboratory were used for system test to verify whether the system can meet the needs of clinical big data management of schizophrenia and the multidimensional information management system of schizophrenia can meet the needs of clinical big data management. The information management system helps schizophrenic researchers to carry out data management and data analysis. It also has advantages that are easy to use, safe, and efficient and has strong scalability in data management, data analysis, and scalability. It reflects the innovation of the system and provides a good platform for the management, research, and analysis of clinical big data of schizophrenia.

It is well established that unique physiological information can be obtained by rapidly freezing cells in various functional states and analyzing the cell element content and distribution by electron probe x-ray microanalysis. (The other techniques of microanalysis that are amenable to imaging, such as electron energy loss spectroscopy, secondary ion mass spectroscopy, particle induced x-ray emission etc., are not addressed in this tutorial.) However, the usual processes of data acquisition are labor intensive and lengthy, requiring that x-ray counts be collected from individually selected regions of each cell in question and that data analysis be performed subsequent to data collection. A judicious combination of quantitative elemental maps and static raster probes adds not only an additional overall perception of what is occurring during a particular biological manipulation or event, but substantially increases data productivity. Recent advances in microcomputer instrumentation and software have made readily feasible the acquisition and processing of digital quantitative x-ray maps of one to several cells.

Purpose The purpose of this study was to explore the perceptions of special education practitioners (i.e., speech-language pathologists, special educators, para-educators, and other related service providers) on their role as communication partners after participation in the Social Communication and Engagement Triad (Buckley et al., 2015 ) yearlong professional learning program. Method A qualitative approach using interviews and purposeful sampling was used. A total of 22 participants who completed participation in either Year 1 or Year 2 of the program were interviewed. Participants were speech-language pathologists, special educators, para-educators, and other related service providers. Using a grounded theory approach (Glaser & Strauss, 1967 ) to data analysis, open, axial, and selective coding procedures were followed. Results Three themes emerged from the data analysis and included engagement as the goal, role as a communication partner, and importance of collaboration. Conclusions Findings supported the notion that educators see the value of an integrative approach to service delivery, supporting students' social communication and engagement across the school day but also recognizing the challenges they face in making this a reality.
