<em>Sleeping stocks are the stocks that are not actively traded in a certain period. The aim of this is to analyze performance of the companies whose stocks are “sleeping” in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Employing purposive sampling technique, 66 stocks were selected. The analysis of the companies’ performance was done by using market capitalization and the financial ratios that consist of return on asset ratio, return on equity and earnings per share, during 2010-2012. The result of this study showed companies with small capitalization and poor perfomance tend to have sleeping stocks.</em>

This study aims to analyze the effect of return on assets, debt to equity ratio, and return on equity to earnings per share. This study took as many as 41 companies in the basic and chemical industry sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2014-2018 period determined by purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was performed using the robust least square (RLS) method. The results of the study prove that partially return on assets and return on equity have a significant effect on earnings per share, but the debt to equity ratio has not been able to provide a significant effect on earnings per share. This finding also proves that simultaneous return on assets, debt to equity ratio and return on equity have a significant effect on earnings per share. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh return on assets, debt to equity ratio, dan return on equity terhadap earnings per share. Penelitian ini mengambil subjek yaitu sebanyak 41 perusahaan sektor industri dasar dan kimia yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dalam periode 2014-2018 yang ditentukan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode robust least square (RLS). Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa secara parsial return on assets dan return on equity berpengaruh signifikan terhadap earning per share, namun debt to equity ratio belum mampu memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadan earnings per share. Temuan ini juga membuktikan bahwa secara simultan return on assets, debt to equity ratio dan return on equity berpengaruh signifikan terhadap earning per share.

The study of this research is to determine the effect of returning shares in manufacturing companies. This study uses the financial ratios contained in the company's financial statements. The financial ratios used in this study are the current ratio, return on equity, and earnings per share to stock returns in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange in 2010-2019. This type of research used in this research is quantitative and the analytical method used is purposive sampling using SPSS 21 as many 10 manufacturing companies in the food, beverage, textile, rubber goods (tires), fisheries, and agriculture sectors. Data collection techniques are used by retrieving data through the website www.idx.co.id. The results showed that Current Ratio (CR) has a positive and significant effect on Stock Returns, Return On Equity (ROE) has a positive and significant effect on Stock Returns, and Earning Per Share (EPS) has a negative and significant effect on Stock Return.

ABSTRACT The research objective is to prove and explain the effect of earnings per share, debt to equity ratio, interest rates and inflation on the price to book value (corporate banking in Indonesia in 2007-2012. The sampling technique in this research is purposive sampling. The data required in research this is obtained of Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD), Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and Bank Indonesia (BI). the method of data analysis used is multiple linear regression. the study concluded that there is influence of earning per share, debt to equity ratio, interest interest and inflation to price to book value in banking in Indonesia Stock Exchange. ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian adalah membuktikan dan menjelaskan pengaruh earning per share, debt to equity ratio, suku bunga dan inflasi terhadap price to book value (perusahaan perbankan di Indonesia tahun 2007-2012. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. Data yang diperlukan dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD), Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) dan Bank Indonesia (BI). Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh Earning per Share, Debt to Equity Ratio, Suku Bunga dan Inflasi terhadap Price to Book Value pada Perbankan di Bursa Efek Indonesia. This study aims to determine the effect of Return On Equity, Change In Total Assets on Price Book Value with Debt To Equity as an intervening in metal sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study is an associative study with documentation data collection techniques, the population in this study This amounted to 16 companies and samples taken amounted to 14 companies. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling technique. The analytical method used is path analysis. The results showed that Return On Equity had a positive and significant effect on Debt To Equity, Return On Equity had a positive and insignificant effect on Price Book Value, Growth Assets had a positive and insignificant effect on Debt To Equity, Growth Assets had a positive and insignificant effect on Price Book Value, Debt to Equity has a positive and insignificant effect on Price Book Value, Debt to Equity as a mediation on Return On Equity and Price Book Value has a negative and insignificant effect, Debt to Equity as a mediation on Growth Assets and Price Book Value has a negative and negative effect not significant.

This study discusses the effect of the dividend per share, retained earnings per share, return on equity, and lagged <br />price per share to the market price per share on manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). <br />The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling. Samples are 33 companies listed in the <br />Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for five years from 2010 to 2014. The dependent variable in this study is the market <br />price per share, while the independent variable is the dividend per share, retained earnings per share, return on <br />equity, and lagged price per share. The method used in this research is multiple regression. The results show that <br />there are positive influence between the dividend per share, retained earnings per share, return on equity and lagged <br />price per share to the market price per share.

This study aims to determine the effect of financial ratios such as current ratios, debt to assets ratio, gross profit margin on changes in earnings in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population of this research is food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique was using purposive sampling method. Based on purposive sampling from 40 companies, it was obtained a sample of 19 companies that met the criteria. The research data is secondary data obtained from the Indonesian Stock Exchange (www. Idx.co.id) and ICMD 2016-2017. Testing the research hypothesis used multiple linear regression analysis techniques (Multiple Regression Model), with the application tool SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions). The results of this study indicate that there is no significant effect between Current Ratio, Debt to Assets Ratio and Gross Profit Margin on partial changes in earnings, so it can be concluded that the first hypothesis is rejected. Likewise, the simultaneous test of Current Ratio, Debt to Assets Ratio, Gross Profit Margin simultaneously or together is unable to explain changes in the dependent variable, namely changes in earnings.

Stock returns are very important and become the main reason or objective for investors in investing. This study studies the effect of market capitalization and financial ratios on corporate stock returns. The independent variables used in this study are market capitalization to symbolize a company's market value and financial ratios such as earnings per share, debt to equity, return on assets, and current ratio. While the dependent variable is stock returns. The objects used in this study are property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2012-2017 period. The samples used in this study were collected using non-probability methods with purposive sampling techniques. Researchers use multiple regression models to examine the effect of independent variables that affect stock returns. The results showed that market capitalization had a positive effect on stock returns. While earnings per share, debt to equity, return on assets, and current ratio have no effect on stock returns

<p><em>The purpose of this study is to determine the partial and simultaneous influence of Corporate Growth, Company Size, Capital Structure and Return On Equity Against Dividend Policy. The population of this study is a manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2013 until 2015 as many as 131 companies. Sampling was done by purposive sampling technique so that resulted 22 company. Data analysis used is multiple regression analysis. The result of the research shows that company growth does not influence Dividend Policy, while Company Size, Capital Structure and Return on Equity influence to dividend policy.</em></p><p>Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial dan simultan dari Pertumbuhan Perusahaan, Ukuran Perusahaan, Struktur Modal dan <em>Return On Equity</em> Terhadap Kebijakan Dividen. Populasi penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2013 sampai tahun 2015 sebanyak 131 perusahaan. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik <em>purposive sampling</em> sehingga dihasilkan 22 perusahaan. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pertumbuhan Perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kebijakan Dividen, sedangkan Ukuran Perusahaan, Struktur Modal dan <em>Return on Equity </em>berpengaruh terhadap Kebijakan dividen.</p>

The objective of this research is to find out the effect of the growth of earning per share, deviden per share, return on investment and return on equity of stock return on registered companies in the LQ 45. The populations of this research are companies in Indonesian Stock Exchange. The sampling technique in this research uses by purposive sampling with the available data in 2005 – 2006, registered in the LQ-45 period 2006 – 2010 respectively, announced a profit and distributing dividends in a row, so that the sample used amounted to 15 companies. The statistical method used is multiple regresion to test a classical assumtion first. T statistical test show that the growth of Earning Per Share effect on stock return H+3, growth Dividend Per Share effect on stock return in the H-5 and H+4, growth of Return On Investment effect on stock return in return H+1, whereas Return On Equity effect on stock return H+3

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak rasio keuangan terhadap harga saham sepuluh bank terkemuka di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling untuk sepuluh bank yang go public di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2013-2014 dengan kriteria berikut : (1) memiliki aset dengan jumlah terbesar pada tahun 2013-2014 (2) memiliki informasi rasio keuangan pada tahun 2013-2014 (3) tidak terjadi pemecahan saham pada tahun 2013-2014 (4) hasil pengolahan data statistiknya memenuhi uji asumsi klasik. Berdasarkan kriteria itu, maka jumlah bank yang terpilih adalah Bank Central Asia Tbk, Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk, Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, Bank Permata Tbk, Bank Pan Indonesia Tbk, Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk, Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk dan Bank International Indonesia Tbk. Variabel tidak bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah harga saham, sementara variabel terikat adalah Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Non Performing Loans (NPL), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) and Return on Equity (ROE). Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisa regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel bebas (LDR, NPL, CAR, and ROE) secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham. Secara parsial, LDR, CAR dan ROE berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham. Sementara, NPL tidak berpengaruh terhadap harga saham.This research is to determine the impact of financial ratios on the stock price of ten leading banks in Indonesia. This research using a purposive sampling method for the ten banks that listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in the years 2013-2014 with the following criteria : (1) has assets with the largest number in the years 2013-2014 (2) has information about financial ratios in the years 2013-2014 (3) a stock split does not occur in the years 2013-2014 (4) the results of the processing of statistical data meets classical assumption. Based on the criteria, the then banks selected are Bank Central Asia Tbk, Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk, Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, Bank Permata Tbk, Bank Pan Indonesia Tbk, Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk, Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk and Bank International Indonesia Tbk. The dependent variable in this research is the stock price, while the dependent variable are Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Non Performing Loans (NPL), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) and Return on Equity (ROE). Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the independent variables (LDR, NPL, CAR, and ROE) simultaneously significant effect on the stock price. Partially, LDR, CAR and ROE have a significant effect on the stock price. Meanwhile, NPL has no effect on the stock price.
