ABSTRAKJawa Barat memiliki keanekaragaman seni dan budaya, salah satunya ialah kriya nusantara berupa batik yang ada di Kabupaten Cianjur. Motif batik Cianjur disesuaikan dengan keadaan alam dan kearifan lokal yang ada dan hal ini menjadi pendukung bagi Kabupaten Cianjur sebagai salah satu destinasi wisata di Jawa Barat. Motif batik Cianjur selain memiliki nilai estetik juga memiliki nilai pendidikan, sehingga bisa dijadikan sebagai media pedagogi estetik bagi masyarakat,. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, metode studi kasus, dengan tujuan untuk mendapatkan gambaran komprehensif mengenai proses pedagogi estetik melalui kriya nusantara batik Cianjur.Kata kunci: pedagogi estetik, kriya nusantara, batik Cianjur  ABSTRACTLocal Wisdom-based Aesthetic Pedagogy through Indonesian Archipelago Craft: Cianjur Batik. Variations may occur in the speech community that has two or more languages. Variations of these languages is the diversity of language and reflect the cultural diversity in the area Majenang. Of course, the diversity of language variation contained in Majenang background underlying the occurrence of a Varied language. Variations in language that will be displayed in this study is the language variation that occurs in the realm of social market, a market in which there Majenang. The purpose of this study is to describe the background of the realm of language variation terjadiya social Majenang said. This study is a qualitative approach to social and use the case study method. Collecting data in this study is observation, interview, tapping techniques, and study the documents. Variasi bahasa yang akan dipaparkaan dalam penelitian ini merupakan variasi bahasa yang terjadi dalam ranah sosial yakni pasar, pasar yang terdapat di Majenang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan latar belakang dari terjadiya variasi bahasa ranah sosial masyarakat tutur Majenang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan sosiolinguistik dan mengggunakan metode studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah teknik observasi, wawancara, teknik sadap, dan studi dokumen. Validitas data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan 3 triangulasi, yakni triangulasi sumber, metode, dan teori.Kata Kunci : Latar Belakang, Variasi Bahasa, Ranah Sosial, Majenang

<p>Fotografi dan pariwisata saat ini dianggap tidak dapat dipisahkan. Secara umum, tren yang terjadi dalam fotografi serta teknologinya telah berubah secara signifikan dan telah menjadi jauh lebih kompleks dan berbasis <em>online</em><em> media</em>. Media sosial dan beberapa jejaring sosial telah muncul sebagai suatu fenomena yang sebagai sumber informasi online baru yang dibuat, diinisiasi, diedarkan dan digunakan oleh konsumen yang bermaksud untuk mendidik satu sama lain tentang produk, merek, layanan, kepribadian, dan masal. Pembahasan dalam penelitian ini adalah tentang <em>travel selfie</em> sebagai media alternatif promosi destinasi wisata. Obyek penelitian ini berdasarkan fenomena kebun bunga di sepanjang pinggir Jalan Jalur Lintas Selatan(JJLS) Desa Srigading, Kecamatan Sanden, Kabupaten Bantul, Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Data yang akan dianalisis adalah hasil <em>interview</em> pengunjung dan pemilik kebun bunga. Juga dilakukan pengamatan foto-foto yang muncul di media sosial untuk melihat respon terhadap obyek wisata tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kategori paling populer terhadap suatu citra destinasi, dan selanjutnya analisa deskripsi dilakukan untuk mendapatkan model bahwa <em>travel selfie</em>dianggap sebagai elemen yang lebih penting untuk media alternatif destinasi wisata.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Kata Kunci: </strong>travel selfie, social media, destination image</p><p> </p><p> </p><p align="center"><strong><em>ABSTRACT</em></strong><strong><em>:</em></strong><em></em></p><h5><em>Photography and tourism are now considered inseparable. In general, trends in photography and technology have changed significantly and have become much more complex and online-based media. Social media and social networks have emerged as a phenomenon as a new source of online information created, initiated, circulated and used by consumers who intend to educate each other about products, brands, services, personalities, and the masses. The discussion in this study is about travel selfie as an alternative media promotion of tourist destinations. The object of this research is based on flower garden phenomenon along the edge of Jalan Jalur Lintas Selatan (JJLS) of Desa Srigading, Kecamatan Sanden, Kabupaten Bantul, Yogyakarta. This research uses qualitative approach with case study method. The data to be analyzed is the result of interviews of visitors and flower garden owners. Also observed photographs appearing on social media to see the response to these attractions. Abstract West Java is one of the provinces in Indonesia that possesses the most critical land area, approximately 714,000 of 911,000 hectares (ha) in total. So that to deal with that severe issue, the Forestry Office of West Java has established an eminent program named “Gerakan Tanam dan Rawat 50 Juta Pohon (The Movement of 50 Million Trees Planting and Caring)”. This research aims to analyze the reforestation program in West Java Indonesia viewed from an agile governance perspective. The study employed the qualitative approach with the descriptive case study method. In addition, in-depth interviews and literature studies were utilized in collecting the data. Moreover, to ensure validity, this study uses the triangulation technique. This study showed that the Planting and Preserving 50 million Trees Program carried by the stakeholders has applied agile governance. The government has made the program in collaboration with various media and technology. However, several activities must be fulfilled more appropriately among multiple parties, especially the government, which is the leading sector.

The objectives of this research is to find out self esteem and aggressivity of illegal motorcycle racing that are: profile of illegal motorcycle racers who always make agressivity, factors which cause illegal motorcycle racers do the activities of illegal motorcycle racing, self esteem of illegal racers who always make agressivity, and the impact of self esteem towards illegal motorcycle racers. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method of two illegal motorcycle racers who have ten years experience in doing illegal motorcycle racing. This case study was conducted in Bekasi, West Java and Special Jakarta Province starting from 22 October until 22 December 2012. Data was gained through observation and indepth interview. The data was triangulated through crosscheck with all information from other sources before it was analysed qualitatively, i.e. classification of data, coding, examining of the hypothesis, interpretation, and conclusion. The findings of the research are: 1) both illegal racers have two self esteem and aggressivity eventhough they have different indicators, 2) factors causes illegal motorcycle racers who do the illegal motorcycle racing in order to be famous, more respectful and not despiced by other people, have a support from friend, as a kind hobby, and interested in doing challenge referring to the adrenalin, 3) self esteem of illegal motorcycle racers caused their aggresivity due to their self defend, and 4) the impactof self esteem of illegal motorcycle racers is that arise aggressivity, and damaging themselves, society, and other illegal motorcycle racers.

The West Java Province has for the past several years been awarded as the best performing national provincial government. One of its successes was in implementing reforms in the management of civil servants. This study uses a qualitative approach that is carried out by the case study method. The implementation of the reform of the management of Civil Servants in the West Java Province is already underway but there are still problems that must be resolved immediately so that the implementation of reforms runs more effectively. It is hoped that this research can provide suggestions for improving the practice of reforming the management of civil servants in the Government of West Java Province, Indonesia.Key Word: cicil servants reform, administratif reform, cicil servants management.

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan sistem dakwah Pondok Pesantren At-Tawazun ditinjau melalui sistem terbuka mulai dari tahap input, conversion, output, feedback, hingga environment dalam upaya mengatasi problematika santri yang dipengaruhi oleh perkembangan zaman. Penelitian yang dilakukan ini menggunakan metode studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan spesifikasi penelitian field research (penelitian lapangan). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa keberadaan pondok pesantren At-Tawazun dirasakan cukup besar manfaatnya oleh orang tua maupun masyarakat. Lembaga dakwah dan pendidikan ini telah ikut berkontribusi dalam menanggulangi masalah sosial dan kenakalan remaja yang semakin rumit, sehingga mampu memberikan lulusan santri yang brakhlak, berbudi luhur dan mampu mengamalkan ilmunya di masyarakat. Lebih dari itu, kehadiran pondok pesantren At-Tawazun diharapkan dapat mengatasi akulturasi budaya yang menyimpang di era sekarang ini. Sehingga semangat generasi muda kita dapat disalurkan terhadak hal-hal positif, untuk kemajuan Agama dan Negara. This paper aims to describe the da’wah system of At-Tawazun Islamic Boarding School through an open system starting from the input, conversion, output, feedback, and environment stages in an effort to overcome the problems of santri that are influenced by the times. This research uses case study method with qualitative approach and field research specification (field research). The results of this study indicate that the existence of the At-Tawazun Islamic Boarding Scool was felt to be of considerable benefit by parent and community. This da’wah and education institution has contributed to tackling social problems and juvenile delinquency that are increasingly complicated, so as to be able to provide graduates who are morally, virtous and able to practice their knowledge in the community, moreover, the presence of the At-Tawazun Islamic Boarding School is expected to overcome the deviant cultural acculturation in the present era. So that the spirit of our young generation can be channeled suddenly to positive things, for the advancement of Religion and the state.

Perum Perhutani Divisi Regional Jawa Barat dan Banten merupakan perusahaan atau instansi yang melaksanakan Human Relations melalui kegiatan informal, kegiatan informal tersebut dilakukan oleh Unit Seksi Humas dan Protokoler pada Bidang Ekspert Madya Komunikasi dan Pelaporan. Peneliti tertarik melakukan penelitian ini dengan tujuan untuk menetahui bagaimana gambaran impelementasi Human Relations melalui kegiatan informal di Perum Perhutani. Paradigma yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah konstruktivisme yang bertujuan untuk memaknai makna-makna yang diungkapkan informan. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk memahami fenomena yang dialami oleh subjek penelitian secara utuh. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kasus, karena penulis ingin mengetahi aspek “how” dan “why”yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik setiap manusia dengan cara berinteraksi secara langsung dan mendalam. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi Human Relations melalui kegiatan informal tersebut menggunakan konsep POAC yaitu perencanaan (Planning), pengorganisasian (Organizing), pelaksanaan (Actuating), dan pengawasan (Controling), sehingga dalam kegiatan informal di Perum Perhutani menerapkan atau mengimplementasi Human Relations melalui kegiatan informal tersebut dengan sebaik mungkin. Implementasi yang tercipta di Perum Perhutani dapat menciptakan kenyamanan, merasa dihargai dalam melaksanakan setiap pekerjaan, sehingga dapat dipahami pula bahwa implementasi Human Relations melalui kegiatan informal di Perum Perhutani telah dilaksanakan dengan baik sehingga dapat menciptakan serta meningkatan produktivitas dalam bekerja. Perum Perhutani Regional Division of West Java and Banten is a company or agency that carries out Human Relations through informal activities, informal activities are carred out by the Public Relations and protocol section unit in the field of experts in intermediate communication and reporting. Researchers are interested in doing this research with the aim to find out how the descripyion of Human Relations implementation through informal activities in Perhutani Public Division West Java and Banten Regional Division through the concept of POAC from planning, organizing, implementing to monitoring (controlling) the activity. The paradigm used in this study is contructivism which aims to interpret the meanings expressed by informants. The approach used is a qualitative approach that aims to understand the phenomenon experienced by the research subject in its entirety. The method used in this study is a case study, because the author wants to know the “how” and “why” aspects that aim to find out the caracteristics of each human being by interacting directly and deeply. Based on the results of the study showed that the implementation of Human Relations throught informal activities using the consept of POAC namely planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling, so that in informal activities in the Perhutani public corporate to implement Human Relations throught informal activites as well as possibl. The implementation created in Perum Perhutani can create comfort, feel valued in carrying out every job, so that it can be understood also that the implementation of Human Relations throught informal activites in Perum Perhutani has been carried out properly so as to create and improve productivity in work.

Amil zaka in zaka institutions has the right as one of eight ashnaf. Their rights are usually used by zaka institutions as operational cost. However, not all of the intitutions which manage zaka take amil’s right, one of them is Yayasan Nurul Hayat. This institution does not take amil’s right and it is independent in its operational cost. To support this operational cost, Yayasan Nurul Hayat establish business unit with utilize its profit.This study aimed to discover the capability of business unit in supporting operational cost of Yayasan Nurul Hayat. This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive case study method. The selections of informant are using purposive sampling method. Data collection was conducted by semi-structured interviews and documentation. This data is analyzed using descriptive method.The result of this study shows that Yayasan Nurul Hayat Employments’ Salary is taken from business unit’s profit. It is also used to give bonus for employments and grow the business unit of Yayasan Nurul Hayat up. From the result of this study, it can be concluded that the business unit which is developed has great capability to support operational cost of Yayasan Nurul Hayat.

Branch of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) in Tanjung Perak is one of the institution body that appointed by the Government to carry out the collection and remittance of WAPU VAT according to PMK No. 85 / PMK.03 / 2012 (amended by PMK No. 136 / PMK.03 / 2012). WAPU VAT collection and deposit system are inefficient because it requires a lot of time and effort when it comes to input the data entry of tax invoice, printing Tax Deposit and sent it to Bank Perception. Three steps activities need to be done more than once. Therefore, Branch of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) in Tanjung Perak need the collection and remittance of the WAPU VAT system that sufficient to improve the efficiency of tax suboffices performance.This research aims to design the accounting information system for collecting and depositing process WAPU VAT. WAPU VAT Deposit using e-tax payment application are expected to overcome the problems that will arise in the WAPU VAT system deposit.Exploratory qualitative approach with case study method chosen in order to dig up the real problem occurs and find a solution. This research are expected to contribute significantly towards Branch of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) in Tanjung Perak as a research subject. In addition, the implementation of draft e-tax application payment system are expected to improve efficiency process of collection and remittance of WAPU VAT. Keyword : System Design, Wapu VAT, Efficiency, e-tax payment

Franchise is a business license from the franchisor to the franchisee. The franchise business industry continues to show an increasing trend every year. One of the food franchise businesses that has successfully developed and has outlets in various cities in Indonesia is ChiFry. ChiFry has been established since 2015 and now has 27 outlets throughout Indonesia. This study aims to determine the relationship strategy of the franchisor with the franchisee in the ChiFry food business, where ChiFry within 4 years succeeded in opening 25 franchise branches. The research is based on customer relations theory because the franchisee is a customer of the franchisor. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with the case study method. The results of this study indicate that all elements of the relationship strategy at ChiFry such as commitment, communication, trust, respect, mutual understanding, confidentiality, and mutual exchange work well, thus encouraging customer satisfaction. This research also shows that when the franchisor meets aspects of customer satisfaction such as quality perception, perceived value, and handling complaints, it will create loyalty from the franchisee. Loyalty is manifested in the form of not breaking the contract of cooperation with the franchisor.Keywords : Customer Relations, Franchise, Relationship Strategy, Customer Satisfaction, Customer Loyalty
