Methodology for Assessing the Level of Modern Teaching Staff Competitiveness
In modern economic (market) conditions, the factor of ensuring high competitiveness of teachers, as one of the most popular professions in society, is of particular importance. This explains the relevance of the study. However, scientific publications do not pay enough attention to the development of meth-ods for assessing the level of competitiveness of teachers, and the available publications are usually descriptive. In the paper, the authors propose a methodology for assessing the level of competitive-ness of teachers, based on a number of mathemati-cal methods. The developed methodology can be used for quantitative assessment and self-assessment of teachers, as well as in the course of work of commissions for the certification of teach-ers in higher education system. It seems that the material will be useful for both beginners and expe-rienced teachers, as well as all those who are con-nected with the issues of modern pedagogical sci-ence and practice.
