The analysis of the requirements which are made to a specialist in the professional code shows that, as a rule, they can be conditionally erected to two groups of standards: the first group is requirements to the quality, content and results of professional activity; the second group is the requirements for the personality of a professional. Among the requirements that belong to the requirements of the personality of a future teacher of physical culture, there is possession of his pedagogical skill. With a positive attitude towards people, towards themselves as a person, with a developed interest in communication and cooperation with people, the chances of developing this important personal characteristic increase significantly. The analysis of the curricula for physical education teachers’ training showed that value ideas about future profession of students begin to be formed only at the end of the second year. In order to find out the possibilities of developing pedagogical skills in the educational process, we clarified the content of normative and elective disciplines of the educational and professional program, which allow to form self-determination, self-identification of the personality at a future teacher of physical culture: understanding of yourself and others, adequate self-assessment and assessment of environmental reality, to make own attitude to professional pedagogical activity. After studying a discipline, students should be able to determine ways to form and implement pedagogical skills; self-evaluation of personality qualities, plan own self-improvement (keep a diary of professional formation); use individual features of mimics, pantomimics and other non-verbal means of communication to improve pedagogical technology, increase efficiency, educational process; to possess acting skills, to carry out the presentation and etc.

The theoretical study reveals professional training as a dynamic process in which the goals of education and the formation of competencies, application of the received social experience are realized. In this aspect, education involves the creation of a holistic system of lifelong learning, development and upbringing of a person that provides training in various spheres of educational activity in accordance with the educational needs of the subjects of the pedagogical process. The training of the specialist, in particular a teacher, has its own peculiarities depending on the chosen specialty. Therefore, it is appropriate to consider the peculiarities of the preparation of the future teacher of physical culture at the pedagogical institution of higher education. The contents of the preparation of the teacher of physical culture for professional activity in a comprehensive educational institution, that is, the implementation of the holistic pedagogical process of upbringing the physical culture of the person, is based on the expanded interpretation of the content of pedagogical education. In the structure of readiness for the professional activity of the future teacher of physical education, we distinguish the motivational, theoretical and practical-creative components, each of which has specific target functions and in this sense relatively independent. This structure of the components of professional preparedness provides its containing basis, which determines the possibility of implementing various types of vocational and pedagogical activities in full.

The article deals with the problem of professional training of future specialists of preschool education to professional activity, features of the value aspect in the process of professional training of the future teacher of preschool educational institution are highlighted, peculiarities of using poetic word as a means of formation of value orientations of future educators in the process of their vocational and pedagogical preparation are substantiated. The content of concepts "value orientations", "poetic word" is revealed. It is proved that despite modern advances in the field of science, technology and the realm of culture, along with innovations, in the arsenal of educational means a significant role belongs to the poetic word.

In the conditions of education digitalization, the educational environment changes, technologies become not only the instrument. They transform education in accordance with the requirements of the information society, infl uencing educational process organization, teaching methods and education content. The article deals with the transformation of approaches to the concept of the educational environment, its place and role in the modern educational process. The authors analyze the main approaches to the defi nition of the modern educational environment depending on the purposes of its projecting. Educational manual is devoted to the organization of physical education with students of part-time Department. The manual provides brief information on human anatomy, physiology, theory and methodology of physical education, provides material for independent practical work aimed at mastering the methods and means of physical culture and sports activities and self-control, for the acquisition of personal experience in the use of physical culture and sports, the formation of professional and life skills. Physical culture is the key to active professional activity. It is the result of education and training in relation to a person's health, physical abilities and abilities, in the way of life and the construction of the necessary socio-cultural comfortable environment. Within the framework of classical University education, physical culture and sports are activities aimed at achieving personal maturity. The Olympic Charter says: "Olympism is a philosophy of life, exalting and combining in a harmonious whole dignity of the body, will and mind." The student after mastering the program of this discipline in accordance with the GEF VPO should: know: the basics of physical culture and a healthy lifestyle; be able to: apply methods and means of knowledge, learning and self-control to maintain their health, moral and physical self-improvement; methodically it is correct to use means and methods of physical education, health promotion for achievement of the due level of physical readiness providing full-fledged social and professional activity. Own: a system of practical skills that ensure the preservation and strengthening of health, development and improvement of psychophysical abilities and qualities (with the implementation of the established standards for General physical and sports and technical training); personal experience in the use of physical and sports activities to improve their functional and motor capabilities, to achieve personal life and professional goals. It is important to distinguish between sports activities that are built around officially organized competitive interactions of individuals and physical activity, which is based on the deliberate use of physical exercise (physical activity) to achieve certain goals (health promotion, recreation, rehabilitation, etc.) and which is also often organized in the form of competitions. Mastering this subject should change and make people's lives better.

Отрасль «Физическая культура и спорт» в настоящее время находится в стадии активного реформирования. Происходит модернизация системы, пересматриваются подходы к организации трудовой и учебно-тренировочной деятельности, а также физкультурно-массовой работе с различными группами населения. Специфика профессиональной деятельности в данной сфере становится все более очевидной и требует наличия у специалистов соответствующих особых профессиональных компетенций. В условиях реформирования особую актуальность имеет подготовка квалифицированных управленческих кадров, обладающих необходимыми знаниями и практическими умениями в области организации и управления деятельностью государственных (муниципальных) и общественных физкультурно-спортивных организаций. Действующие федеральные государственные образовательные стандарты по направлению подготовки (бакалавров, магистров) «Педагогическое образование» предусматривают необходимость формирования у выпускников готовности к решению задач профессиональной деятельности не только педагогического, но и организационно-управленческого типа. Рассмотрены результаты исследований, направленных совершенствование профессиональной подготовки студентов – будущих педагогов по физической культуре и спорту на основе повышения их компетентности в вопросах государственного и муниципального управления. На основе анкетирования государственных (муниципальных) гражданских служащих, осуществляющих управление в области физической культуры и спорта, выявлен перечень профессионально значимых знаний, умений и навыков, необходимых специалисту для эффективного выполнения организационно-управленческих функций в данной сфере с учетом современных социально-экономических условий. Приведены методические рекомендации по формированию у студентов профессионально значимых знаний, умений и навыков, необходимых для эффективного выполнения функций государственного (муниципального) управления в сфере физической культуры и спорта в современных условиях. The Physical culture and sport branch is currently in the stage of active reforming. The system is being modernized. Approaches to the organization of labor and educational-training activities, as well as physical-mass work with various population groups are being revised. The specifics of professional activity in this area is becoming more and more obvious and requires specialists to have appropriate special professional competencies. In the context of reforming, the training of qualified management personnel with the necessary knowledge and practical skills in organizing and managing the activities of state (municipal) and public physical and sport organizations is particularly relevant. The current federal state educational standards in the direction of (bachelors, masters) «pedagogical education» consider the need to form graduates’ readiness to solve problems of professional activity not only of pedagogical, but also of organizational and managerial type. The article gives the results of studies aimed at improving the professional education of students, that are future teachers in physical culture and sports on the basis of increasing their competence in matters of state and municipal administration. Based on a questionnaire survey of state (municipal) civil employees in charge of management in the field of physical culture and sports, there was made a list of professionally significant knowledge, skills and abilities necessary for a specialist to effectively perform organizational and managerial functions in this area, taking into account modern socio-economic conditions. The article represents methodological recommendations for the formation of professionally significant knowledge, skills and abilities necessary for the effective fulfillment of the state (municipal) management functions in the field of physical culture and sports under modern conditions.
