This study aims to describe the process of adjective formation in the Minangkabau language in Nanggalo Subdistrict, Padang City. This type of research is qualitative research using descriptive methods. The data of this study are the adjectives used by the people in Nanggalo Subdistrict, Padang City. The methods and techniques of data collection are carried out through two stages simultaneously, namely the smak method and proficient methods with detailed description techniques. The technique of analyzing data is done by identifying and classifying data based on groups, namely the process of forming adjectives. Based on the results of research and discussion, conclusions can be drawn as follows. The process of forming Minangkabau language adjectives in Nanggalo Subdistrict, Padang City is as follows: (1) affixed namely (a) prefix, (b) confix, and (c) combination of affixes, (2) duplicated namely (a) repeating all (dwilinga) and (b) confix R + infix, reset all + an, (3) compound namely (a) coordinative and (b) sub-coordinative, and (4) combined prefixes namely (a) A + R and (b) R + A.Keywords: Adjectives, Word-forming, Minangkabau Language

This article discusses the poem "Sajak Pertemuan Mahasiswa" by W.S. Rendra. The discussion of this poem is motivated by efforts and efforts to apply the concept of poetry structure put forward by Lévi-Strauss. The description of the structure of this poem aims to display the structure of the poem consisting of the outer structure (surface structure) and the inner structure (deep structure). The outer structures that will be discussed are forms of text, diction, and sound, while the inner structures that will be discussed are imagery, compounds, and themes. The method used in this study is descriptive of analytics with a type of qualitative research, namely placing the text of poetry as the object and research data. Data collection techniques are done by identifying, classifying, and recording. Data anlysis is done by meaning direct and directed content. Analysis is done by discussing the structure of poetry consisting of text, diction, and sound, imagery, compounds, and themes. The results showed that the structure of Lévi-Strauss poetry can determine the overall meaning and message of poetry. The use of blank verse, simple diction, dominance of vocal sounds /a/, thought imagery, and metaphorical-rhetorical majas refers to the theme of "openness". This theme can be interpreted very broadly, namely openness to justice, education, employment, income, and livelihood. This openness is tried by students as agents of change and a bridge between the government and the people.

This research was descriptive qualitative research aimed to describe the sewing training implementation for heterogeneous learning citizens methods and techniques of learning. Participants in this study were heads of administrative sub-sections, instructors and sewing training citizens learning. This research was conducted at UPTD Bengkulu Work Training on 10 to 31 March 2020. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observations and documentation. The data were analyzed and validated using triangulation data validity technique. From research results, the sewing training instructors apply lecture learning methods, question and answer learning methods, discussion learning methods, demonstration learning methods, group teaching learning methods and individual teaching learning methods. The instructional methods applied by instructors to heterogeneous learning citizens was different, namely by applying group teaching methods with participatory coaching learning techniques. Keywords: sewing training, learning citizens, heterogeneous.

The movement of people from one area to another can improve the structure of community settlements and socio-economic structures. This paper aims to determine the background of the settlement of the Bajo people from Masudu Island to the coast of Liano Village, the process of relocating the Bajo Community from Masudu Island to the coast of Liano Village, the settlement pattern of the Bajo Community, the socio-economic life of the Bajo community. Data collection consists of three types of study documents, interviews, and observations. The collected data is verified by two stages, namely: verification of internal data, and verification of external data. The next stage is the stage of interpretation which consists of analysis and synthesis. The results showed that the background of the movement of the Bajo people in Liano Village was a factor in the damage to houses due to strong winds and tides, the government policy of inadequate Bajo community income. The process of moving the Bajo community was carried out in stages, starting with the people who lived in the western part of Masudu Island in 1999, by crossing the sea and some people carrying home tools on Masudu Island. The pattern of settlement of Bajo people in the neighborhood Liano village is linearly following the highway with the distance between houses close together. The socio-economic life of the Bajo community in Liano Village is the creation of interactions with other communities on the land and the availability of infrastructure for the Bajo people so that they facilitate activities. ABSTRAK Perpindahan penduduk dari satu daerah ke daerah lainnya dapat memperbaiki struktur pemukiman masyarakat dan struktur sosial ekonomi. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui latarbelakang perpindahan pemukiman Masyarakat Bajo dari Pulau Masudu ke pesisir pantai Desa Liano, proses perpindahan pemukiman Masyarakat Bajo dari Pulau Masudu ke pesisir pantai Desa Liano, pola pemukiman Masyarakat Bajo, kehidupan sosial ekonomi masyarakat Bajo. Pengumpulan data terdiri dari tiga jenis yaitustudi dokumen, wawancara, dan observasi. Data yang telah dikumpulkan tersebut dilakukan verifikasi yang terdiri dari dua tahap yakni: verifikasi data internal, dan verifikasi data eksternal. Tahapan selanjutnya adalah tahap interpretasi yang terdiri dari analisis dan sintesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa latar belakang perpindahan masyarakat Bajo di Desa Liano adalah faktor kerusakan rumah akibat angin kencang dan pasang air laut, kebijakan pemerintah penghasilan masyarakat bajo yang kurang mencukupi. Proses perpindahan masyarakat Bajo dilakukan secara bertahap yang diawali masyarakat yang tinggal di bagian Barat Pulau Masudu pada tahun 1999, dengan menyebrangi laut dan sebagian masyarakat membawa perkakas rumah yang ada di Pulau Masudu. Pola pemukiman masyarakat Bajo di Lingkungan Desa Liano berbentuk linear mengikuti jalan raya dengan jarak antara rumah saling berdekatan. Kehidupan sosial ekonomi masyarakat Bajo di Desa Liano adalah terciptanya interaksi dengan masyarakat lain yang ada di darat serta tersedianya prasarana bagi masyarakat Bajo sehingga mempermudah mereka dalam berbagai aktivitas.

<div class="translate-tooltip-mtz hidden"><div class="header"><div class="header-controls"><em>The people of Gunung Meriah still find many addictions to drinks that can be intoxicating, such as drinking tuak. Therefore, this study aims to find out how the supervision of the government and the community in minimizing wine drinkers and sellers in Gunung Meriah District and Islamic views on the law of drinking tuak, as well as how to sanction those who drink it. To complete this research, the writer uses qualitative research. The techniques used in data collection are observation and in-depth interviews with informants. The result of the research shows that some of the people of Gunung Meriah like to drink tuak, both from officials and ordinary people. 25% of Mount Meriah people are addicted to this tuak drink, it is drunk on certain occasions such as parties or other days. The government does not pay much attention to the problem of tuak drinks, which can be seen from the lack of cases of drinkers and sellers of wine being appointed and given appropriate punishments, only a few people have reached the stage of punishment. Likewise, the community does not interfere too much in dealing with the problem of tuak drinkers and sellers, even though this problem is very serious. Drinking tuak, in the perspective of Islamic law, is a drink that is prohibited because it is intoxicating.</em></div></div><div class="controls"> </div></div>

This study aims to see the extent to which the impact of the development of oyster beach tourism objects on the economy of the Tapakis village community carried out by the tourism and sports office of Padang Pariaman district and to find out what are the obstacles that occur when developing oyster beach tourism. This research is based on the existence of problems in the tourism object of the Tapakis oyster beach such as development that has not been maximized and tourist facilities that are not well managed. This research uses qualitative research using descriptive methods. The informants in this study in this study, namely the Tourism Development Sector, the Promotion and Creative Economy Sector, the Wali Nagari Tapakis, the Tourism Awareness Group and Community Figures.The data of this research are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques are carried out by means of interviews and documentation studies, as well as testing the validity of the data by using triangulation techniques and using reference materials. The data analysis technique in this study was carried out by summarizing the records that were found in the field and assisted by data collection tools such as cellphone recorders with informants while in the field, after which a conclusion was obtained. The results of this study indicate that the impact of the development of oyster beach tourism objects on the economy the community of Tapakis village, Padang Pariaman district. The youth tourism and sports office as well as Pokdarwis members have carried out promotions such as placing advertisements, billboards, magazines, newspapers, browsers, Facebook and Instagram. Currently, the facilities at Oyster Beach are adequate, but these facilities have not been well managed at this time and from an environmental perspective it is still not clean enough. the level of visits to tourist objects has started to increase now compared to previous years as well as the economic income of the people around oyster beach tourism has started to improve as well today.

In responding to the corona virus outbreak, each region has a different way. Aceh, which is identical to Islamic law, also has a different way of dealing with the Corona Virus Outbreak. One of the ways that the Acehnese people do is to revive the Tulak Bala tradition. This study aims to examine how an outbreak is in the historical perspective of the Acehnese people and how the Tulak Bala Tradition is carried out by the people of Aceh in dealing with the Corona Virus. This type of research is qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. Data collection was carried out by means of observation, documentation and interviews and data presentation was carried out descriptively. The results showed that an epidemic was not something new for the people of Aceh. The epidemic has occurred since the 2nd Dutch aggression with the spread of a cholera epidemic that killed many people. The Tulak Bala tradition carried out by the people of Aceh is a tradition that has been passed down from generation to generation to its predecessors. This tradition does not believe that it can prevent and eliminate all forms of plague and calamity. The people of Aceh believe that the plague is an offering of Allah SWT so that to be able to deal with it, they must ask for help from the Creator.Keywords: Aceh Community, Tradition, Tulak Bala, and Corona Virus.

The purpose of this research is to find out how the Responsibility of Village Fund Allocation in Tambat, Tanah Miring District, Merauke Regency. Theoretical Benefits, as reference material for research in the field of future accountability. In discussing and reviewing the issue of implementation, the accountability of village fund allocation in Tambat Tanah Miring District Merauke Regency the author uses a qualitative research method, namely data collection can be from interviews, observation notes, photo taking, audio and video recording. This type of descriptive research is a research that is sought to observe problems systematically accurate funds regarding the facts and characteristics of certain objects, with the number of informants as many as 13 people.The results of this study indicate that the accountability of village fund allocation in the implementation of village funds in Tambat, Tanah Miring District, Merauke Regency, runs well but there are still a number of problems that occur, planning, realization of the program and not in accordance with the details and calculations in the RAB. Kampung, Implementation of Village Fund Allocation conducted by Kampung Tambat Officials has not gone well and has not been carried out in accordance with the procedure because the village head of Tambat was considered not transparent regarding Village Fund Allocation to the people of Tambat Village, Reporting indicators, Village Fund Allocation has not been implemented properly due to reports what has been made is not maximal with what is done in Tambat and indicators, the accountability of the village head regarding the Village Fund Allocation also does not work with planning, implementation and reporting, this is evidenced by the making of the first report and the answer to ADD ADK, PROSPECTS made by other parties not by village officials have not been implemented with the reality that happened at Tambat.

Abstract accountability are characteristics of Good Governance. Accountability are very important in managing an entity, especially for entities that carry out the mandate of the people and manage public funds such as BUMDes. BUMDes that have the mandate of capital, have large roles and duties, BUMDes must be able to account for and report the results of their financial management as a form of accountability to the government and society. This study aims to determine how the financial management of BUMDes To analyze the level of accountability of BUMDes Mekar Lestari’s financial management in 2019. This type of research is a qualitative research using descriptive analysis. The data collection methods used were interview and documentation techniques. The results showed that: The financial management of BUMDes Mekar Lestari consists of planning, implementation, administration, reporting and accountability and supervision stages. Some indicators for the financial management accountability of BUMDes Mekar Lestari in 2019 have also not been fulfilled as regulated in the Banyuwangi Regency Regional Regulation No. 13 of 2015 and Banyuwangi Governor Regulation No. 17 of 2019

The problem in this study is about the perception of pinokalan village community regarding the assistance of Kota Tanpa Kumuh Program (KOTAKU) where they are concerned about the inability of the opportunity to receive this assistance and the purpose of this research is to know and describe the perception of pinokalan village community in the implementation of KOTAKU program. In this study using qualitative research method with observation and interview data collection techniques. And the results of this study show that the perception of the people of Pinokalan Village that we do not receive assistance kotaku program from the government when our environment is organized and not worth our stay because of the densely populated conditions and only a few residents of our village who get assistance in the form of home improvement, roads and drainage but it is an assistance from PNPM not from KOTAKU and the government only chooses milih residents for i kut in socialization therefore we as other pinokalan community do not know and only know from others that socialization has been implemented about KOTAKU in Pinokalan Village. In the PROGRAM KOTAKU Pinokalan village is used as a companion village when compared to other villages that get assistance from KOTAKU Pinokalan Village can be said to be more eligible to get assistance from this KOTAKU program

<p class="E-JOURNALHeading1"><em>Palm vinegar is one of the processed products from a type of plant from the Arecaceae family, namely Arenga pinnata. </em><em>Arenga</em><em> vinegar is used by the people of the Kuta traditional village as a traditional medicine to treat a disease or prevent disease, this is based on folk knowledge, experience and ancestral traditions passed down from generation to generation in using plants as medicine. However, their utilization practices have not been published, identified and documented. Therefore, this study aims to describe the stages of making </em><em>arenga</em><em> vinegar and the practice of using it as a traditional medicine in Kuta Traditional Village. This research was conducted in Kuta Traditional Village, Tambak Sari District, Karangpaningga</em><em>l</em><em> Village, Ciamis Regency, in January-February 2021. This research is qualitative research </em><em>study </em><em>using </em><em>the</em><em> phenomenological </em><em>method</em><em>, the data collection technique used in this study </em><em>are </em><em>passive participation and active participation</em><em> observation</em><em>, semi-structured interviews with 4 people, </em><em>namely</em><em> 3 men and 1 woman</em><em>, and</em><em> document studies</em><em> were carried out</em><em>. The results showed that the </em><em>arenga vinegar making stages</em><em> in Kuta Traditional Village includes the process of lodong</em><em> sterilizer</em><em>, tapping </em><em>arenga juice</em><em>, filtering </em><em>arenga juice, </em><em>storing and fermenting</em><em> arenga juice</em><em>. As for its use, </em><em>arenga </em><em>vinegar is believed to be a traditional medicine such as types of fever, aches, liver, diabetes, stomach acid and external wounds.</em></p>
