This research aimed to formulate the business innovation strategy of LRT in Palembang. The type of this research was qualitative descriptive. The population used in this study was all users of the LRT. The sampling technique was accidental sampling with a total number of 200 respondents consisting of the LRT’s users and the local communities. This sample also included 5 informants who served as employees of LRT Palembang. The data were collected from both primary and secondary sources. The data were then processed using a SWOT analysis. The results showed that the analytical value of the internal factors was 2.80, and the analytical value of the external factors was 2.3, meaning that the right business innovation strategies for the LRT were strategies with the nature of Strenght Threat (ST). The forms of innovation strategies that can be developed include conducting service promotion, establishing cooperation with other companies, building connectivity with other modes of transportation through government support, and maximizing infrastructure and facilities to create support services or other business units.

This research aims to create an integrated promotional strategy to maintain relationships with tourists in kuta tourism area in the new normal era. The strategy was formed using a reference from Customer Relationship Marketing (CRM). Customer Relationship Marketing (CRM) is a marketing activity that aims to find, establish and maintain relationships with customers. Data collection techniques are carried out through documentation, literature studies, observations and interviews. The sampling technique used is Purposive Sampling. The data obtained is analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. Based on the research that has been done formed several strategies that can be used to maintain good relationships with tourists or customers. The strategies are grouped into 4 categories. The four categories are trust, commitment, communication and problem handling. In these circumstances maintaining a relationship with a traveler or customer is very important. The right strategy is needed so that when the tourism gate has reopened, then tourists or customers will not be reluctant to come visit. This study aimed to determine the marketing activities of pilgrim package tour that have been performed by PT. Dongan Sahuta Tour and Travel, develop strategies and also marketing programs that can be implemented by the company. Data collection by observation, interviews, questionnaires and literature study. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis, analysis of the Likert scale and SWOT analysis approach. The results obtained there are four teen indicators of strengths, weaknesses of tree indicators, four indicators of opportunities and four indicators threats. Marketing strategies that can be implemented by the firm such as 1)create and develop a quality product, 2)provide rebates to customers who have used the services of PT. Dongan Sahuta Tour and Travel several times.The advice given are more active in the promotion by giving rebates, conduct marketing activities as E-commers, expand cooperation with business trips or individuals.

The policy of issuing Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages is the basis for allocating funds for development and empowerment of villages, which are the basis of society and the nation at the lowest level of government called Gampong. The funds allocated for the Gampong come from the APBN, Provincial APBD or Regency / City APBK. Through this policy, it is hoped that the Gampong will develop into an independent Gampong that is able to organize and take care of itself. The allocation of Gampong funds is directed to finance government activities, development and community empowerment. Specifically for the economic sector in Gampong, the government established a Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMG) which is a strategic business driver for collective economic development in order to improve the quality of life and create a prosperous society. BUMG is a form of Gampong economic independence with financial support through APBK as a capital to move strategic and potential business units based on local wisdom, with the final hope that there will be a transformation from a helpless village to a more capable and government driven village to a capable independent village organize and take care of itself. BUMG must be able to compete in today's global era with the right strategy, and BUMG must act as a social entrepreneur who not only prioritizes profit but pays more attention to the welfare of the community. To determine the potential business berkearifan riel local businesses, conducted through a SWOT analysis with a focus on internal factors BUMG ie Strength (Strength) and weakness (Weakness) owned and external factors that are Opportunities (Opportunities) and Challenge (Threats).With a SWOT analysis, it finally makes it easier to apply the concept of a plan as a step to develop a future BUMG model.

ABSTRAKBelum banyaknya masyarakat mengenal dan beminat untuk berkunjung ke desa wisata Puspoardi dengan ikon-ikon wisatanya yang menarik. Hal ini berdampak pada menurunnya semangat pengelola untuk mengembangkan destinasi agar lebih optimal. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk merumuskan alternatif strategi pengembangan daya tarik yang mendukung kegiatan promosi untuk mendatangkan wisatawan ke desa wisata Puspoardi. Metode penelitian dalam riset ini adalah diskriptif kualitatif yang didukung dengan metode SWOT analysis untuk merumuskan strategi sesuai tujuan penelitian. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan metode analysis yang digunakan menunjukkan bahwa perbandingan bobot score antara kekuatan dan kelemahan adalah kelemahan lebih besar dari pada kekekuatan. Sedangkan perbandingan antara bobot score peluang dan ancaman adalah peluang lebih besar dari pada ancaman. Dengan hasil analysis ini strategi pengembangan daya tarik wisata yang relevan untuk diterapkan pada desa wisata Puspoardi adalah dengan memanfaatkan kelemahan dan peluang (weakness and oppurtinities), dengan rumusan strategi antara lain : menjalin kerjasama dengan pihak lain seperti perguruan tinggi untuk mendapatkan pendampingan dan pelatihan dalam menyusun strategi informasi dan promosi dengan tehnologi yang ada saat ini, meningkatkan peran serta masyarakat khususnya pengelola desa wisata untuk mengembangkan alat promosi yang relevan dalam versi cetak maupun online, memanfaatkan dukungan pemerintah untuk pembangunan fasilitas pokok yang belum tersedia.Kata Kunci : Strategi, daya tarik, promosi, wisata ABSTRACTNot many people know and are interested in visiting the Puspoardi tourist village with its attractive tourist icons. This has an impact on decreasing the enthusiasm of managers to develop destinations to be more optimal. The purpose of this research is to formulate an alternative strategy to develop attractiveness that supports promotional activities to bring tourists to the Puspoardi tourist village. The research method in this research is a qualitative descriptive supported by the SWOT analysis method to formulate strategies according to the research objectives. The results of the study based on the analysis method used indicate that the comparison of the weight score between strengths and weaknesses is weakness greater than strength. While the comparison between the weight of the opportunity and the threat score is a greater opportunity than the threat. With the results of this analysis, the strategy for developing a tourist attraction that is relevant to the Puspoardi tourist village is to take advantage of weaknesses and opportunities, with strategic formulations including: collaborating with other parties such as universities to get assistance and training in preparing information and promotion strategies with existing technology, increase community participation, especially tourism village managers to develop relevant promotional tools in print and online versions, take advantage of government support for the construction of basic facilities that are not yet available.Key Words: Strategy, Attraction, Promotion, Tourism

This research was conducted on the coastal regions in Seririt sub-district. This research aimed to: 1) Describing the potential of coastal resources on Coastal Villages in Seririt sub-district, 2) Analyzing the strategy of developing coastal regions in the Seririt sub-district.  The method of this research were interview and observation. A purposive sampling technique is used for sampling.  The data analysis of this research were qualitative descriptive analysis and SWOT analysis. The results showed: 1) Coastal resources on Coastal Villages in Seririt sub-district include: (1) biological resources, there are: the potential of fisheries, coral reefs and turtles, (2) non-biological resources, there are: sand and sea water, (3) artificial resources, there are: canoes, canoe engines and fishing equipments. (4) environmental service resources, there are: marine tourism (canoeing), diving or coral reef's snorkeling, turtle release activity and dolphin attractions. 2) Strategies of developing coastal regions in Seririt District for fish cultivation, preservation of coral reefs and turtles, training for improving tourism services, providing marketing centers for fish, providing training to the communities on conservation of coral reefs, turtles and handicraft production, capital procurement for the communities efforts in producing handicrafts, law enforcement by create awig-awig along with sanctions, providing restrictions for fisheries products from outside the regions, preparing capital or special funding for tourism.

This research was conducted in the West coast of Buleleng Regency with the aim of describing the potential of coastal resources for the welfare of fishing communities. The method used in this research is a survey supported by the observation method. Sampling with purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was carried out using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques and SWOT analysis. The results showed that the West coast resources in Buleleng Regency were in the form of biological resources, namely fishery potential and coral reefs. This research aims to analyze the internal and external environment, formulate development strategies, and determine the priority strategies of KUD Mina Teluk Semangka. This research uses a case study method. Respondents involved 13 people consisting of administrators and members of cooperatives, experts and regulators. Data analysis methods used are qualitative descriptive analysis, SWOT analysis, and QSPM. The results indicated that internally, cooperatives have the main strength on its business units that are complement each other and suitable to the needs of members, while the main weakness is on the absence of processing.to add value of the products Externally, cooperatives face great opportunities on high level of demand on fish and face the main threat on lack of public awareness in working together. The priority strategies that can be used in developing cooperatives are as the following: utilizing and enhancing the ability of members to diversify their products using fishery product processing technology, collaborating with the government and other parties in creating tourism-based business unit, utilizing trained human resources to overcome limitations in keeping up with technological developments, and increasing awareness of the community in cooperation and members in paying mandatory savings.Key words: cooperative, fisheries, SWOT analysis, QSPM

The purpose of this research is to find out the communication strategies at the Culture and Tourism Office in promoting Banggai Regency tourism objects, while the communication strategies that have been carried out at the Culture and Tourism Office in promoting Banggai Regency tourism objects through print, electronic and online media, but not yet innovative so that messages that reach the public and tourists are not optimal in disseminating information relating to attractions. The method that will be used in this research, namely the qualitative descriptive method, uses qualitative data analysis interactive models that begin with data collection, then performs data reduction, presents data by drawing conclusions and verifies then SWOT analysis, analyzes based on the strength of factors Internal factors include strengths and weaknesses, while external factor include opportunities and threats. While the population observed was all employees of the Banggai Regency Tourism Office numbering 49 people, where the determination of the sample in this study used a purposive sampling technique, with informants totaling 12 people. The results of this study, using a SWOT analysis matrix of internal and external factors, that the strength that can be utilized lies in the management of new attractions based on environmental sustainability (green investment), and the use of more innovative media. While the opportunity lies in recruiting civil servants in the fields of culture and tourism, improving the quality of human resources, increasing the operational budget in the promotion of tourism, by maximizing this it can avoid the threat.Tujuan dalam penelitian ini, yakni untuk mengetahui strategi komunikasi pada Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata dalam mempromosikan objek wisata Kabupaten Banggai, adapun strategi komunikasi yang telah dilakukan pada Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata dalam mempromosikan objek wisata Kabupaten Banggai melalui media cetak, elektroknik, dan online, namun belum inovatif sehingga pesan yang sampai ke masyarakat dan wisatawan tidak optimal dalam menyebarluaskan informasi yang berkaitan dengan objek wisata. Adapun metode yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini, yakni dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif, menggunakan analisis data kualitatif model interaktif yang diawali dengan pengumpulan data, kemudian melakukan reduksi data, penyajian data dengan menarik kesimpulan dan melakukan verifikasi kemudian dilakukan analisis SWOT, menganalisa berdasarkan kekuatan faktor-faktor internal yang meliputi kekuatan dan kelemahan, sedangkan eksternal meliputi peluang dan ancaman. Sedangkan populasi yang diamati adalah seluruh pegawai kantor Dinas Pariwisata Kabupaten Banggai berjumlah 49 Orang, dimana penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling purposive, dengan informan berjumlah 12 orang. Hasil penelitian ini, dengan menggunakan matriks analisis SWOT dari faktor internal dan eksternal, bahwa kekuatan yang dapat dimanfaatkan terletak pada pengelolaan objek wisata baru yang berbasis kelestarian lingkungan (green invesment), dan penggunaan media yang lebih inovatif. Sedangkan peluang terletak pada perekrutan PNS bidang kebudayaan dan pariwisata, peningkatan kualitas SDM, peningkatan anggaran operasional pada promosi pariwisata, dengan memaksimalkan hal ini maka dapat terhindar dari ancaman

The suitable framework will enable schools to perform Adiwiyata in the best way based on their local potentials. The aim of this research was to get better knowledge about the conditions of schools awardedAdiwiyataas well as to analyze the specific strategies to create sustainabledevelopment of those Adiwiyata schools in Sintang district. This qualitative descriptive researchusedpurposive sampling technique in which the participants were SDN 7 Sintang, SMPN 3 Sungai Tebelian, and MTsN Sintang. The data was collected through questionnaire, in-depth interview, and field observation. The data gained were analized using SWOT. The results indicated that the all Adiwiyata schools achieved outstanding scores (73.15 for SDN 7 Sintang,70.40 for SMPN 3 Sungai Tebelian, and 68.13 forMTsN Sintang). Based on the SWOT analysis, the specific strategies to develop Adiwiyata schools in Sintang district were by utilizing of local unique including planting local plants, developing local culture and tradition on mutual collaboration with surrounding community, and increasing partnership with environmental agencies and the other third parties in building human resources who were reliable in maintaining environmental school program.The suitable framework will enable schools to perform Adiwiyata in the best way based on their local potentials. Community empowerment has wide meaning from various point of view. Community empowerment is the emphasis on the behavior of self-sustaining local communities as a system that breaks down themselves. Communities have the right to determine strategies for empowerment strategies according to their strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. Analysis of empowerment strategies through SWOT analysis for strategies that can be in accordance with the characteristics of society. This research was conducted at the priority location of Community Based Settlement Environment (PLPBK) program of Kelurahan Suryatmajan with number of informant 30 people and sampling technique using snowball sampling to find an information. From the analysis result, based on aformentioned reasons there are 4 segments of community empowerment point in the priority areas, namely handicraft and food industry, eco-green area, green open space area, and river arrangement. The determination of community empowerment strategy is the initial stage of overall empowerment activities, because the initial stage can determine the category of society and the pattern of empowerment to be undertaken
