We have completed this paper as per rulebook of kart racing competition. It involves 5 different departments which are Transmission, Roll cage, Brake, Steering, Wiring. This karting has no suspension and differential. It is generally recognized as small scale or economic way of motor sport. Transmission is the most important system in any vehicle. In go kart, there is no differential therefore we have to transmit power directly to shaft. Braking is a system which is used to stop transmitting power at instant. This involves stopping revolving transmission shaft by applying force on pedal.

Considerable resources have been invested in examining the game design principles that best foster learning. One way to understand what constitutes a well-designed instructional game is to examine the relationship between gaming characteristics and actual learning. This report discusses the lessons learned from the design and development process of instructional simulations that are enhanced by competition and storyline gaming characteristics and developed as instructional interventions for a study on the effects of gaming characteristics on learning effectiveness and engagement. The goal of the instructional simulations was to engage college students in learning the statistics concepts of standard deviation and the empirical rule. A pilot study followed by a small-scale experimental study were conducted to improve the value and effectiveness of these designed simulations. Based on these findings, specific practical implications are offered for designing actual learning environments that are enhanced by competition and storyline gaming elements.

Abstract To overcome the drawbacks of using supervised learning to extract fault features for classification and low nonlinearity of the features in most of current fault diagnosis of air-conditioning refrigeration system, sparse autoencoder (SAE) is presented to extract fault features that are used as the input to the classifier and to achieve fault diagnosis for air-conditioning refrigeration system. The SAE structure is tuned by adjusting the number of hidden layers and nodes to build the optimal model, which is compared with the fault diagnosis model based on support vector machine. Results indicate that the indexes of the model combined with SAE, such as accuracy, precision and recall, are all improved, especially for the faults with high complexity. Besides, SAE shows high generalization ability with small-scale sample data and high efficiency with large-scale data. Obviously, the use of SAE can effectively optimize the diagnosis performance of the classifier.

This paper presents a small-scale variable flow refrigeration system for data cabinets, taking server’s CPU cooling plate on heat dissipation effect of liquor evaporative cooling and variable flow control system, to analyze the possibility of implementation of variable flow cooling scheme. The experimental results showed that: variable flow cooling of server’s CPU cooling plate effect is obvious, CPU operating temperature is more stable, the temperature inside the cabinet is more evenly distributed. This method is not only conducive to heat dissipation of more than one server chassis, but also in small-scale data cabinets. With workstation consumption analysis, the relative energy consumption of air-conditioned room reduced a lot.
