Comparative analysis of the effectiveness of monolithic and cyclic noise protective codes built on "Ideal Ring Bundles" (IRBs) as the common theoretical basis for synthesis, researches and application of the codes for improving technical indexes of coding systems with respect to performance, reliability, transformation speed, and security has been realized. IRBs are cyclic sequences of positive integers, which form perfect partitions of a finite interval of integers. Sums of connected IRB elements enumerate the natural integers set exactly R-times. The IRB-codes both monolithic and cyclic ones forming on the underlying combinatorial constructions can be used for finding optimal solutions for configure of an applicable coding systems based on the common mathematical platform. The mathematical model of noise-protective data coding systems presents remarkable properties of harmonious developing real space. These properties allow configure codes with useful possibilities. First of them belong to the self-correcting codes due to monolithic arranged both symbols "1" and of course "0" of each allowed codeword. This allows you to automatically detect and correct errors by the monolithic structure of the encoded words. IRB codes of the second type provide improving noise protection of the codes by choosing the optimal ratio of information parameters. As a result of comparative analysis of cyclic IRB-codes based with optimized parameters and monolithic IRB-codes, it was found that optimized cyclic IRB codes have an advantage over monolithic in relation to a clearly fixed number of detected and corrected codes, while monolithic codes favorably differ in the speed of message decoding due to their inherent properties of self-correction and encryption. Monolithic code characterized by packing of the same name characters in the form of solid blocks. The latter are capable of encoding data on several levels at the same time, which expands the ability to encrypt and protect encoded data from unauthorized access. Evaluation of the effectiveness of coding optimization methods by speed of formation of coding systems, method power, and error correcting has been made. The model based on the combinatorial configurations contemporary theory, which can find a wide scientific field for the development of fundamental and applied researches into information technolodies, including application multidimensional models, as well as algorithms for synthesis of the underlying models.

This paper explores the comparative analysis of the financial controlling, who is a result from the common controlling concept and the financial management. In the specialized literature, financial controlling is seen as an innovative approach to financial management. It is often presented as the most promising instrument of financial diagnostics. Generally speaking, financial controlling is seen as a process of managing the company`s assets which are valued in monetary measures. The difference between the financial management and the financial controlling is that the second covers all functions of management, analysis and control of finances, aiming at maximizing their effective use and increasing the value of the enterprise. Financial controlling is often seen as a function of the common practice of financial management. Its objective is to preserve the financial stability and financial sustainability of enterprises operating in a highly aggressive business environment.

В статье рассматривается вопрос совершенствования системы управления параллельно-работающими насосными агрегатами с целью повышения энергоэффективности их работы. Проведено сравнение и выявление недостатков существующих методов решения рассматриваемой проблемы. Предложена идея нового подхода на базе онлайн оптимизации. The problem under consideration is improvement of the energy efficiency of a control system of parallel-running pump units. Known methods used to solve this problem are considered. Their advantages and disadvantages are shown. Finally, the idea of a new approach, which is based on online optimization, is proposed.

Abstract Use of mathematical optimization methods for synthesis of path-generating mechanisms has had only limited success due to the very complex nature of the commonly used Structural Error objective function. The complexity arises, in part, because the objective function represents not only the error in the shape of the coupler curve, but also the error in location, orientation and size of the curve. Furthermore, the common introduction of timing (or crank angle), done generally to facilitate selection of corresponding points on the curve for calculating structural error, has little practical value and unnecessarily limits possible solutions. This paper proposes a new objective function, based on Fourier Descriptors, which allows search for coupler curve of the desired shape without reference to location, orientation, or size. The proposed objective function compares overall shape properties of curves rather than making point-by-point comparison and therefore does not requires prescription of timing. Experimental evidence is provided to show that it is much easier to search the space of the proposed objective function compared to the structural error function.

Внедрение стандартов цифровой радиосвязи в гражданской авиации происходит практически без взаимодействия с международными организациями по стандартизации в области телекоммуникаций. При этом цифровая связь используется в первую очередь для обеспечения безопасности полетов воздушных судов. По радиоканалу в вещательном режиме каждое воздушное судно передает информацию о своем местоположении, обеспечивая таким образом ситуационную осведомленность экипажей других судов и диспетчеров. Поскольку число пассажирских и грузовых судов растет, а кроме того, в последнее время многократно возросло число беспилотных судов,которые должны быть интегрированы в общее воздушное пространство, то назрела необходимость рассмотреть существующие стандарты цифровой авиационной связи и провести сравнительный анализ их параметров. В данной работе выполнен сравнительный анализ физического и канального уровней стандартов VDL mode 4 и 090ES,а также представлены критерии качества передачи данных с помощью технологии автоматического зависимого наблюдения-вещания. Сравнение проведено по результатам моделирования работы стандартов в условиях высокой загруженности воздушного пространства. Digital communication standards implementation in civil aviation is now performed practically without collaboration with international telecommunications standardization organizations. At the same time, digital communication is primarily intended to ensure the safety of aircraft flights. Each aircraft transmits its position report messages over a radio communication channel in a broadcast mode, thus providing situational awareness for other aircrafts and the air traffic control staff. Since the number of passenger and cargo aircrafts grows, and in addition, the number of unmanned aircraft that must be integrated into the common airspace has recently multiplied, it is time to consider the existing digital aviation communication standards and perform a comparative analysis of their parameters. In the article, a comparative analysis of the physical and link levels of the VDL mode 4 and 1090ES standards was carried out. The ADS-B data transfer quality evaluation criteria are proposed. The VDL mode 4 and 1090ES standards modeling results in conditions of high airspace congestion are compared.

AbstractWe present an efficient and reliable algorithm for determining the orientations of noisy images obtained fromprojections of a three-dimensional object. Based on the linear relationship among the common line vectors in one image plane, we construct a sparse matrix, and show that the coordinates of the common line vectors are the eigenvectors of the matrix with respect to the eigenvalue 1. The projection directions and in-plane rotation angles can be determined fromthese coordinates. A robust computation method of common lines in the real space using aweighted cross-correlation function is proposed to increase the robustness of the algorithm against the noise. A small number of good leading images, which have the maximal dissimilarity, are used to increase the reliability of orientations and improve the efficiency for determining the orientations of all the images. Numerical experiments show that the proposed algorithm is effective and efficient.

The common methods of cam induction hardening are discussed at present. By analyzing the basic motion law of conjugate cam, a new induction hardening mechanism is designed. The motion controlling mathematical model is built on the basis of the kinematic relationship of the transmission of the induction hardening mechanism. Through the mathematical model calculation, we can get angular velocity of the workbench, then realize that single axis on NC machine controls the inductor to make isometric uniform motion relative to the cam surface, so that the cam hardening depth distribution is uniform.

The realization that the directors occupy important position in corporate governance, and as business men and women, cannot be prevented from having dealings with the company, demand a close scrutiny of corporate transactions in which they are directly or indirectly involved or have an interest to ensure that such interest is not placed above their duty to the company. One of the ways in which the law strives to achieve this balance is by imposing a duty on the director to disclose to the board any interest he has in company’s transactions. This requirement which was previously governed by the common law and the company’s articles, is presently increasingly finding a place in companies statutes in different jurisdictions. The paper examines, through a comparative analysis, the provisions on the duty of the director to disclose interest in company’s transactions in South Africa and United Kingdom with the aim of discovering the extent to which the statute in both jurisdictions upholds the common law prescriptions. The paper argues that the need for transparency in corporate governance and the preservation of the distinct legal personality of the company demand that the duty to disclose interest should be upheld even in those cases of companies run by a sole director.
