Проблема и цель. В России сельское хозяйство составляет 4,6 % валового внутреннего продукта и является ключевым аспектом в экономике страны. Сельскохозяйственная техника является неотъемлемой составляющей любой сельскохозяйственной отрасли и средством повышения экономической прибыли предприятий. Так как от чистоты машин зависит напрямую качество продукции, это обстоятельство нельзя обходить стороной. Грязь, скопленная за время работы техники, приводит не только к низким показателям качества производимой продукции, но и к быстрому изнашиванию самой техники. Методология. Эффективная дезинфекция достигается физико-химическим и механическим способом воздействия на поверхность сельскохозяйственной техники. Первый метод очистки экономически не выгоден, так как слишком высоки затраты на использование химических реагентов во время обработки поверхности, которые оказывают также негативное воздействие на здоровье людей. Для грамотной очистки необходимо повышать давление подаваемой на поверхность жидкости, поэтому механический способ считается слишком энергозатратным. Сейчас развивается метод кавитационного воздействия для очистки техники. Результаты. Исследования в этой области приводят к получению эффективной и качественной технологии, которая в дальнейшем сможет повысить качество производимой очистки и уменьшить материальные затраты на обработку. Сейчас достаточно быстро развивается данное направление, но при этом не все разработки выполняют заявленные функции полностью. Заключение. В данной статье мы проанализировали ошибки предыдущих исследований и предложили практичное и выгодное решение. В статье приведены методы обработок, виды загрязнений, описание акустическо-кавитационного метода дезинфекции, его практическое применение и реализация конструкции. Problem and goal. In Russia, agriculture accounts for 4.6% of gross domestic product and is a key aspect of the country's economy. Agricultural machinery is an integral part of any agricultural products and a means of increasing the economic profit of enterprises. Since the quality of the products directly depends on the cleanliness of the machines, this aspect cannot be ignored. The dirt accumulated during the operation of the equipment leads not only to low indicators of the quality assessment of the products produced, but also to the rapid wear of the equipment itself. Methodolgy. Effective disinfection is achieved by physico-chemical and mechanical means of exposure to the surface of agricultural machinery. The first method of cleaning is not economically profitable, since the cost of using chemical reagents during surface treatment is too high. And it also has a big impact on people's health. For proper cleaning, it is necessary to increase the pressure of the supplied liquid on the surface, so the mechanical method is considered too energy-consuming. Now the method of cavitation action for cleaning equipment is being developed. Results. Research in this area leads to an effective and high-quality technology that can further improve the quality of cleaning and reduce the material costs of processing. Now this direction is developing quite quickly, but not all developments perform their stated functions 100%. Conclusion. In this article, we have analyzed the errors of previous studies and made a practical and profitable solution. The results of hydrodynamic treatment of water in the supercavitation mode are presented. Changes in the physicochemical properties of water (electrical conductivity, pH, oxidation-reduction potential (ORP), oxygen content (OCP), etc.) were revealed, the rational duration of cavitation treatment of water was established, and data on the relaxation of these properties were obtained. At the same time, there is an increase in temperature, pH and electrical conductivity, a decrease in ORP and CRC. The time range with the most intense changes in pH and ORP is 30–90 s. The rate of pH and ORP change in the range of 30–90 s is three and two times higher, respectively, than in the range of 90–300 s. These results correlate fairly well with the results of studies of the effect of ultrasound on water. It was found that the maximum pH value is reached under cavitation action for 180 s. The minimum value of ORP takes at 300 s of cavitation treatment, but remains in the area of positive values. It is shown that during the relaxation time, activated water after treatment for 200 min under the used modes of hydrodynamic cavitation treatment does not return to its original state in all measured parameters

The paper considers water purification processes from Bacillus bacteria type under the conditions of gases bubbling only (argon, helium, oxygen, and carbon dioxide), cavitation and combined action of gas and cavitation. The synergistic effect was found under conditions of simultaneous action of gas and cavitation (kd(gas/US ) >kd(gas) + kd(US) almost double) and it was shown that kd(gas/US) >kd(gas) by almost an order of magnitude. Relative series of effective destruction of microbial cells was established: Ar/US > О2/US >Не/US > СО2/US. Destruction degree of the cells reaches 70 %at the short-term Ar/US exposure (~8 min), which is 7 times more active than cavitation action and 13.5 times more than bubbling of Aralone.

На примере эталонного изооктана исследованы химические превращения изоалканов в водной и водно-кислой среде при гидродинамическом кавитационном воздействии на оксиде алюминия. На основании данных газовой хроматографии и газовой хроматографии с масс-спектральным детектированием установлено, что ведение процесса на поверхности твердого катализатора приводит к образованию н-алканов с большей и меньшей, в сравнении с изооктаном, молекулярной массой. Образующиеся в результате механохимического воздействия н-алканы подвержены дегидроциклизации с образованием циклоалканов, бензола и его алкилпроизводных, трансформирующихся далее в конденсированные полиядерные ароматические соединения. Кислая реакция среды подавляет течение свободно-радикального образование н-алканов, усиливает процессы гетеролитической деструкции образующихся н-алканов, характеризующихся образованием циклоалканов. The chemical transformations of isoalkanes in an aqueous and water-acidic environment under hydrodynamic cavitation action on aluminum oxide were studied using the example of a reference isooctane. Based on the data of gas chromatography and gas chromatography with mass spectral detection, it was found that the process on the surface of a solid catalyst leads to the formation of n-alkanes with a higher and lower molecular weight in comparison with isooctane. N-alkanes formed as a result of mechanochemical action are subject to dehydrocyclization with the formation of cycloalkanes, benzene and its alkyl derivatives, which are further transformed into condensed poly-nuclear aromatic compounds. The acidic reaction of the medium suppresses the free-radical formation of n-alkanes, increases the processes of heterolytic destruction of the formed n-alkanes, characterized by the formation of cycloalkanes.

Abstract The linear model of macromolecules was proposed. Expression for probability of macromolecules breakup under ultrasonic cavitation action was obtained. The fractional composition and viscosity of uncured polymer were calculated. As a result of the calculations, it was evaluated that the cavitation-acoustic effect for a time of no more than 1 min at an vibration intensity of at least 6 W/cm2 and an initial viscosity of 0.2 Pa· s reduces the viscosity of polymers by at least 8 times. At the same time, it was theoretically revealed that the cavitation-acoustic effect is also capable of reducing the viscosity of polymers with an initial viscosity of more than 1 Pa·s up to 4 times.
