The Impact

Introduction: Through new and expanding technologies, the development of health information technology in today’s society is indisputable, and the use of this technology has led to the production of various products with a variety of capabilities. One of these products is the Hospital Information System. Regarding the impact of organizational factors on the successful implementation of hospital information systems and the lack of comprehensive criteria for assessing them, the purpose of this study was to determine the criteria of hospital information systems involved in organizational evaluation.Methods: Data sources included the following databases: pubmed, scopus and cochrane library. In addition, other sources were searched for ongoing studies and grey literature. Studies were independently screened for eligibility by 2 reviewers and data extraction was done by 2 people. The language limitations for article wasn’t considered, the reference of the articles that selected, review and related articles were selected. After completing the search, all the articles were entered in to EndNote, and duplicates were deleted. The Prisma protocol was used to report.Results and Dissemination: A specific and precise checklist was being prepared and developed, which is an appropriate guide to assess hospital information system from an organizational dimension in health technology assessment. The results of the study were published in a peer-reviewed journal and presented at relevant conferences. Policy makers and healthcare decision-makers can use these results.

Abstrak. Kejadian pasien jatuh di rumah sakit merupakan salah satu kejadian tidak diharapkan yang harus diwaspadai. Kurangnya kepatuhan perawat dalam melaksanakan protokol pencegahan pasien jatuh menjadi salah satu faktor yang berkontribusi terhadap terjadinya kejadian jatuh. Penggunaan sistem teknologi informasi merupakan strategi intervensi yang dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan kepatuhan dan keberhasilan implementasi program pencegahan pasien jatuh. Sistem informasi pencegahan pasien jatuh ( SIPENJA) adalah aplikasi sistem informasi yang dikembangkan menggunakan perangkat smartphone yang didalamnya terdapat menu asessmen risiko jatuh, monitoring pelaksanaan intervensi pencegahan pasien jatuh serta penilaian kepatuhan perawat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh SIPENJA terhadap kepatuhan perawat dalam melaksanakan intervensi pencegahan pasien jatuh. Metode yang digunakan adalah pre-eksperimen one group pretest posttest design. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan rata-rata nilai kepatuhan perawat sebelum penerapan SIPENJA adalah 74,99 % dan 80,21 % setelah penerapan SIPENJA dengan nilai p = 0,001 yang menunjukkan adanya perbedaan kepatuhan perawat dalam melaksanakan intervensi pencegahan pasien jatuh sebelum dan setelah penerapan SIPENJA. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, SIPENJA dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan kepatuhan perawat dalam melaksanakan intervensi pencegahan pasien jatuh. Kata kunci : sistem informasi pencegahan pasien jatuh, pasien jatuh, kepatuhan perawat   Information System of Patient Fall Prevention To Improve Nurse Compliance In Prevention Patients Fall: Pilot Study Abstract. Patient fall in the hospital is one of the unexpected events to watch out for. The lack of nurses compliance  in implementing patient fall prevention protocols is one factor that contributes to the occurrence of falls. The use of information technology systems is an intervention strategy that can be used to improve compliance and the successful implementation of a fall patient prevention program. Information System of Patient Fall Prevention (SIPENJA) is an information system application developed using a smartphone device in which there is a fall risk assessment , monitoring implementation of patient fall prevention by nurse and assessing nurse compliance. This study aims to determine the effect of SIPENJA on nurse compliance in implementing interventions to prevent patients fall. The method used was pre-experimental one group pretest posttest design. The results of this study found that the average value of nurses 'compliance before the implementation of SIPENJA was 74.99% and 80.21% after the application of SIPENJA with a value of p = 0.001 which showed differences in nurses' compliance in implementing patient fall prevention interventions  before and after the application of SIPENJA. Based on the results of the study, SIPENJA can be used as a way to improve nurse compliance in implementing interventions to prevent patients fall.
