<p class="Abstrak">Organizing online counseling is very helpful and possible to be developed in the world of guidance and counseling, especially in Indonesia. Although now specifically in Indonesia, there is no ethic that regulates but the existence of this media can support the implementation of guidance and counseling widely to improve the competence and efficiency of service for alleviating the problems faced by clients. Use and utilize information and communication technology.  The availability of formal institutions that will train these skills. And also specifically can be included in a special curriculum with regard to Information and communication Technology in guidance and counseling. And also hopefully in the future there will be the establishment of specialized counseling institutions that deal with specific issues online counseling and e-counseling services in general.</p><p class="Abstrak"> </p>

Since the birth of 5G, it has attracted much attention from all countries in the world. The development of 5G industry is particularly important for domestic economic development. 4G changes life, 5G changes society. 5G will not only accelerate the speed of people surfing the Internet, but also bring revolutionary changes to all aspects of social life, making people's lives, work and entertainment more convenient and diverse. The economic impact of the development of the 5G industry on China cannot be underestimated. Nowadays, information and communication technology has increasingly become a new driving force for economic development. 5G technology has already become a key technology pursuit for countries to compete for the status of world power, and it has also become an indispensable part of contemporary economic and social development. We should give full play to the government's guiding role, and work with network giants to build a new platform for cooperation, promote coordinated industrial development, achieve win-win results, and promote economic and social prosperity and development.

We are witnessing the emergence of an information and communication technology (ICT)-enabled platform capitalism in which traditional corporations are being displaced. Railing against traditional firms to rescue capitalism would, under these circumstances, seem like misdirected effort. The “working anarchies” (e.g. Uber, Wikipedia) and “pop-up firms” (e.g. Vizio) of this new world use “labor on demand.” Here too there is risk that platform owners exploit their power and become rapacious. Yet, ICT can enable platform capitalism to create community-based, locally controlled alternatives to corporations and states. Cooperatives and democratic software platforms (e.g. Linux) must be important business forms in the future.

The rapid development of information and communication technology is currently having an impact on changes in various fields, one of which is changes in people's lifestyles, including consumption in society. The development of information and communication technology has resulted in easier access for people in the world to access the internet and use it to buying and selling transactions online via the internet. The report Global Web Index notes that Indonesia has a high level of users e-commerce highest in the world and as many as 96% of internet users looking for a product or service to make purchases online. This has resulted in the development of e-commerce in Indonesia and throughout the world which is increasing as a consequence of which the competition is getting harder service providers are e-commerce required to provide the best service in order to increase customer satisfaction and trust so that customers will be loyal to using these services. This can be achieved by paying attention to customer value and corrective actions in an effort to restore service to customers. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of customer perceived value and e-service recovery on e-loyalty with e-satisfaction and e-trust as intervening variables. This study uses a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to ecommerce Shopee Indonesia customers in Medan City with a total sample of 328 respondents. The sampling technique in this study used non-probability sampling. Data analysis was carried out through SEM-PLS using the SmartPLS program. The results of this study indicate that customer perceived value has a significant effect on e-satisfaction and also e-loyalty. However, customer perceived value has no significant effect on e-trust. The variable e-service recovery directly has a significant effect on e-satisfaction, e-trust, and e-loyalty. E-satisfaction and e-trust cannot mediate the relationship between customer perceived value and e-loyalty, but they are able to mediate the relationship between e-service recovery and e-loyalty. Pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) bagi petani dalam mengakses kredit masih rendah. Hal ini ditunjukkan oleh rendahnya aksesibilitas petani terhadap program-program kredit. Informasi-informasi yang berkenaan program pembiayaan/kredit dari pemerintah belum diperoleh petani secara merata. Bahkan, seringkali informasi tersebut tidak diperoleh sama sekali. Di samping itu, petani masih beranggapan bahwa program-program kredit yang ditawarkan oleh lembaga formal memiliki prosedur yang panjang, sulit dan berbelit-belit. Oleh karena itu, seringkali petani pada akhirnya memilih untuk memperoleh modal dari kredit yang ditawarkan oleh lembaga nonformal, meskipun dengan bunga yang tinggi. Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) dapat menjadi solusi untuk meningkatkan akses petani terhadap program pembiayaan/kredit dari pemerintah. Hal ini juga perlu diupayakan oleh pemerintah sebagai peningkatan pelayanan publik bagi petani (e-Government). Dengan memanfaatkan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK), diharapkan dapat membuka akses petani terhadap berbagai informasi terkait program kredit dari pemerintah serta dapat pula membantu petani untuk memperpendek prosedur yang harus dilalui dalam memperoleh kredit. Selama ini pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) pada sektor pertanian, sebagian besar masih terfokus pada informasi seputar teknologi budidaya dan pemasaran hasil pertanian. Sehingga diperlukan perhatian khusus dari pemerintah untuk memberikan layanan dan informasi terkait kredit bagi petani.   Utilization of Information and communication Technology (ICT) for farmers in accessing credit is still low. This is addressed by the low accessibility of farmers to funding / credit programs from the government that has not been obtained evenly. In fact, often the information is not obtained at all. Besides that, farmers still think that credit programs offered by formal institutions have a long, difficult, and complicated procedure. Therefore, often farmers ultimately choose to obtain capital and credit offered by non-formal institutions, even with high interest rates. Information and communication technology (ICT) can be a solution to improve farmers' access to government financing or credit programs. It also needs to be pursued by the government as an increase in public services for farmers (e-government). By utilizing information and communication technology (ICT), farmers are expected to be able to open access to various information related to credit programs from the government and can also help farmers to shorten the procedures that must be passed in obtaining credit. During this time the use of information and communication technology (ICT) in the agricultural sector is still largely focused on information about cultivation technology and marketing of agricultural products so that special attention is needed from the Government to provide services and information related to credit for farmers.

Typically, designers of ICT based initiatives tend to consider the emerging trends of information and communication technology (ICT) as the starting point for designing an e-initiative rather than first inculcating a clarity on what services are to be delivered by such e-initiatives. ‘Technology first' or ‘Citizens First' is a conflict all designers have been confronted with, especially in the wake of all technology trends infesting the world now. To resolve this dichotomy, the present study proposes a citizen-centric framework, christened by author as G2C2G framework, which advocates combining technology in equal measures with the respective ‘socio-cultural issues' of the local populace.

This article contains a descriptive survey on the acceptability of equivalence-based translation of the menu of TECNO Android phones into the Yorùbá language, one of the three major languages in Nigeria. Words translated into Yorùbá were categorized into strategies of borrowing, semantic extension and composition and analysed from equivalence effect. In the follow-up survey, information and communication technology experts and general mobile phone users were carefully chosen and consulted for an assessment of the appropriateness of the translation. The study concluded that equivalence, the key term of linguistic translation theories, is still a viable concept in the translation of information and communication technology and equivalence-based translation into Yorùbá will not only promote the language but also contribute to effective communication in a multilingual global village that the world is fast becoming.

The potentials for growth with the globalization have been mainly exploited so far, bringing considerable negative consequences into our lives and our environment that have triggered anti-globalist and ecological movements around the world. Now it’s time to think how to make things better and more humane. The main goal of this chapter is to lay the foundation for an advanced-research technological platform for logistics applications networks.
