This study aims to find out whether there is significant difference of pedagogical challenge and resilience between English elementary, junior, and senior high school teachers or not; and to find out the correlation between teachers’ pedagogical challenge and teachers’ resilience. This study is quantitative research. Two kinds of questionnaires were administered to find out data about pedagogical challenge and resilience. Sample of this study was 84 English teachers consists 11 elementary schools teachers, 52 junior high schools teachers, and 21 senior high schools teachers. Data was analyzed by using descriptive statistic, t-test significance and Pearson correlation. The findings show that: (1) there is no significant difference of pedagogical challenges between elementary, junior, and senior Islamic school teachers, (2) there is no significant difference of resilience between elementary, junior, and senior Islamic school teachers, and (3) there is no correlation between teachers’ pedagogical challenges and teachers’ resilience.

<p>The purpose of the present research was to study the relationship of team learning and organizational culture with knowledge management in teachers of the second course of high schools in Saveh city in 2014. The method used in this research was practical in terms of objectives and correlational-descriptive in terms of data collection method. The statistical population consisted of 160 individuals including all the second grade high school teachers in Saveh city. In this regard, 113 individuals (65 males and 4 females) were considered as a sample size using the Cochran formula and the Stratified random sampling method. In order to collect the data, three standard questionnaires of team learning of Breso et al. (2008), knowledge management of Fong &amp; Choi (2009), and organizational culture of Denison (2000) were employed.  In order to assess the reliability of the questionnaires, the Cronbach’s alpha method was used and the related coefficients were 0.84, 0.82, and 0.94 respectively for each of the questionnaires. Moreover, in order to assess the validity, the content validity was used, and the questionnaires were confirmed by the relevant experts. The analysis of the obtained data was performed through SPSS software in the two sections of descriptive and inferential (Pearson correlation and multivariable regression). The research findings indicated that there is a significant relationship between team learning and organizational culture, and knowledge management.  The findings also demonstrated that the variables of team learning and organizational culture can predict the variable of knowledge management.</p>

An attempt has been made to construct and standardize the job involvement scale for the high school teachers. A well structured scale was administered among them. The sample consists of 100 high school teachers randomly selected from the high schools situated in Anantnag District; J&K. Initially it was constructed with 30 statements related to job involvement of high school teachers. The scale was standardized using‘t’ test and finally 25 statements were retained for the final study. The present research discusses about the development of the scale to measure the level job involvement among the high school teachers.

The researcher in this study explores teachers’ positive emotion of gratitude and its effect on teacher effectiveness. The objective of the study was to discover the relationship between gratitude and teacher effectiveness .The researcher undertook a study in which 65 high school teachers from Karnataka state participated. The researcher has employed simple random method to fulfill the sampling procedure. Gratitude questionnaire (McCullough et al., 2002) and Teacher Effectiveness questionnaire (Kulsum, 2000) were used for data collection via survey method. Pearson Correlation Coefficient was administered to find the correlation of the variables. The findings confirmed that there was positive correlation between gratitude and teacher effectiveness. Moreover, gratitude and factors of teacher effectiveness are also found positive relationship except class management of the teachers. The implications and limitations of the study are also discussed.

This study was conducted from February 2021 to March 2021 to determine the stress management amidst the covid - 19 pandemics of the junior high school teachers in selected high schools of Aborlan North. The descriptive research design, specifically the survey method, was used in this study. Data were gathered through survey questionnaires. A total of 39 permanent teachers were enumerated from the selected high schools as the respondents of the study. The result showed that most of the respondents were married females in their middle age. They had been in the service for a mean of 11.3 years and almost three fourth (74.4%) of them were Secondary School Teacher I with a mean teaching load of 26.4 hours per week. The perceived sources of stress such as work, family, personal, and environmental were considered distinctly part of the respondents’ lives. The level of perceived stress of the respondents was noted to be “high stress”. The activities engaged in very often to manage stress by a majority of the respondents were walking, praying, attending church/religious service, planting, gardening, and watering plants, washing domes, cooking/baking, evaluating oneself, watching the news, watching entertainment programs, watching “teledramas”, “telenovelas”, listening to music, texting, going to the internet, and talking with a family member.

In Vietnam, career counseling for students after graduating high school has limitations and advancing the career counseling skills of the high school teachers has not been highly assessed. An effort for the factor theory and measure proposal is the base for dealing with the problem. The author carried out a survey of 115 teachers belonging 40 high schools in Vietnam. As a result, the reality of career counseling skills of teachers at high schools is at the average level. This research is the base for enacting policies for the training of career counseling skills at high schools in Vietnam in the future. The result is described in the content of this article.

This study attempts examine the influence of motivation and willingness of   teachers to change on the diversity of teaching methods. The research question is: What is the influence of junior school teachers' motivations and willingness to change on the diversity of their teaching instructions? The participants of the study are 50 English teachers of Junior High Schools in Northern Israel. The research instruments were three questionnaires. The research’s findings revealed a significant influence of English teachers of Junior High Schools willingness to change on the diversity of teaching methods; the higher the willingness to change, the diversity in teaching modes increases. Another significant effect was also found between the level of teaching motivation and diversity of teaching methods; teachers with high motivation level reported diversification in teaching methods. A final significant effect of level of general motivation and willingness for change was also found; the willingness for change among teachers of high motivation increased. The main research conclusion is that willingness to change, which is connected to motivation, influences the diversity of teaching methods. Therefore, in order to assimilate changes in teachers’ working modes, like diversifying their teaching methods or in any other way, there is a need to encourage and nurture their motivation.
