An alternative to aqueous chemical fixation consists in immobilizing physically the specimen by freezing it as fast as possible without using any cryoprotectant. This Fast Freeze Fixation (FFF) followed by Freeze Substitution (FS) avoids osmotic artefacts due to the slow penetration of liquid chemical fixative. Associated with Immuno-Gold labeling (IGS), FFF-FS allows a more precise localization of antigens.Using the bioluminescent bacteria Vibrio harveyi, a comparison of IGS with an antibody directed against its luciferase (enzyme of the luminescent reaction) has been done after liquid chemical fixation versus FFFFS. This later technique, beside an expected improvement of the ultrastructure always shows a better preservation of antigenicity and a lower background. In the case of FFF-FS technique (Figure 3):–labeling in acrylic resin (LRWhite) is 2 to 4 fold more intense than in epoxy resin (Epon),–but the ultrastructure is always better in Epon.–but the ultrastructure is always better in Epon.–The addition of fixatives in the substitution medium, results in a decrease of labeling which is more important in the case of a mixture of fixatives than with osmium tetroxide alone; with one exception: the substitution with glutaraldehyde which produces a dramatic increase in the density of the labeling but also, at the same time, a swelling of the cells of about 30%.

The effect of applying various norms of mineral fertilizers on the biological indicators of crop plants during their growth and development in the Central non-black earth region in 2017-2019 was studied on the varieties of spring barley Vladimir, Reliable and Yaromir.such indicators as plant height, photosynthetic apparatus area, green mass growth, and elements of the yield structure were Studied. It was revealed that on average during the growing season, when the norms of mineral fertilizers were increased, the area of leaf plates increased and, as a result, the increase in green mass growth relative to the control variants increased by 56.3 % at (NРК)30, 82.3 % at (NРК)60, and 126.7 % at (NРК)90. The introduction of mineral fertilizers also influenced the formation of the crop structure. There was an increase in the tillering coefficient of varieties by 15.7%, 5.7 % and 21.3 % (Vladimir, Reliable and Yaromir, respectively) relative to the control, an increase in the number of grains in the ear from 15.1 to 22.4 PCs., the weight of 1000 grains from 48.0 to 55.7 g. and the weight of grain per ear from 0.7 to 1.2 g. There was a strong correlation between the doses of mineral fertilizers and the grain yield from + 0.80 to +1.0, and the variability was calculated.

The aryicle presents the results of a comparative study of the biochemical composition of earthworms of dendrobene and prospector rocks, the peculiarities of their cultivation and their use for feeding when growing juvenile tilapia and clary catfish. The experience of cultivating earthworms of two breeds using the improved methods of foreign authors is described. The results of a study of the biochemical composition of cultivated objects that determine their nutritional value for feeding fish are presented. The fish-breeding and biological indicators of juvenile tilapia and clary catfish, obtained during the cultivation of dendrobene and prospector in fish farming in the Almaty region (VI fish-breeding zone) during worm feeding, are analyzed. A comprehensive analysis of the studied indicators made it possible to assign a certain rating place to each worm breed in relation to its use as fish feed.
