Issues of treatment and rehabilitation patients with pelvic's inflammatory diseases are still remain highly relevant, so relapses and chronic inflammation processes are worsen the prognosis for generative function in women, which is an important social and economic problem in modern time. Purpose of the study. Monitoring the effectiveness of therapeutic measures of rehabilitation step in chronic forms of this disease. Materials and methods. We examined 110 patients who handled to the clinic for women with complaints about the absence of pregnancy, of which a survey group was formed. The duration of pelvic inflammatory desiase (PID) in patients of the examination group did not exceed 2 years. The age of the patients was 25-35 years old. In patients of the examination group, according to clinical, laboratory and ultrasound ultrasound, laparoscopy, hysteroscopy and morphological findings, PID was verified including the presence of chronic endometritis and other endometrial pathology (for example, endometrial polyp, simple endometrial hyperplasia). Results. The rehabilitation stage of treatment (6 months) in patients with PID was aimed at restoring the morphofunctional potential of the tissue and eliminating the effects of secondary injuries, which include the restoration of hemodynamics and activity of the endometrial receptors. This stage of treatment is extremely important, especially for reproductive disorders. At this stage, the patients of the examination group were given hormone therapy and treatment with vasoactive drug (dipyridamole). The obtained results testified to the significance of the restoration of the vascular blood flow of the uterus and the functional layer of the endometrium. Conclusion. Rehabilitation therapy in patients with PID was primarily aimed at restoring the functional ability of the endometrium. Hormone therapy was a priority role, but at modern time, role of the vasoactive drugs that affect the blood flow in the uterus is emphasized. One of these drugs is dipyridamole, which contributes to the formation of collaterals (bypass paths) in ischemic zones. The results indicate that at the end of the 6-month rehabilitation phase, than of a three-layer endometrium was diagnosed (according to ultrasound on day 8-10 of the cycle) in 85 (77.27±4.00%) patients in the examination group.

Curriculum in a manner etymology comes from Latin Curriculum, beginning means it a running course, specifically a chariot race course, and there are also in French Courier. Means To run (running) got formulation about definition curriculum, expert put forward diverse views. In the classical view, more emphasize the curriculum as a lesson plan in a school. Lesson -what lessons and material must be taken at school, that's the curriculum.

Diseases of the central nervous system (CNS) remain a significant health, social and economic problem around the globe. The development of therapeutic strategies for CNS conditions has suffered due to a poor understanding of the underlying pathologies that manifest them. Understanding common etiological origins at the cellular and molecular level is essential to enhance the development of efficacious and targeted treatment options. Over the years, neuroinflammation has been posited as a common link between multiple neurological, neurodegenerative and neuropsychiatric disorders. Processes that precipitate neuroinflammatory conditions including genetics, infections, physical injury and psychosocial factors, like stress and trauma, closely link dysregulation in kynurenine pathway (KP) of tryptophan metabolism as a possible pathophysiological factor that ‘fuel the fire’ in CNS diseases. In this study, we aim to review emerging evidence that provide mechanistic insights between different CNS disorders, neuroinflammation and the KP. We provide a thorough overview of the different branches of the KP pertinent to CNS disease pathology that have therapeutic implications for the development of selected and efficacious treatment strategies.

Mastitis is a major economic problem in dairy herds, as it might decrease fertility, and negatively affect milk quality and milk yield. Out of over 150 bacterial species responsible for the udder inflammation, Escherichia coli is one of the most notable. This study aimed to assess antimicrobial susceptibility, resistance to dipping agents and biofilm formation of 150 E. coli strains isolated from milk of cows with subclinical and clinical mastitis. The strains came from three dairy herds located in Northern and Central Poland. The statistical analyses were performed with post-hoc Bonferroni test and chi-square test (including Yates correction). The data with a p value of <0.05 were considered significant. We found that the tested strains were mostly sensitive to antimicrobials and dipping agents. It was shown that 37.33% and 4.67% of strains were resistant and moderately resistant to at least one antimicrobial agent, respectively. No extended-spectrum beta-lactamases (ESBL)-producing E. coli were detected. The majority of strains did not possess the ability to form biofilm or formed a weak biofilm. The strong biofilm formers were found only among strains derived from cows with subclinical mastitis. The lowest bacteria number was noted for subclinical mastitis cows’ strains, after stabilization with iodine (3.77 log CFU × cm−2) and chlorhexidine (3.96 log CFU × cm−2) treatment. In the present study, no statistically significant differences in susceptibility to antibiotics and the ability to form biofilm were found among the strains isolated from cows with subclinical and clinical mastitis. Despite this, infections in dairy herds should be monitored. Limiting the spread of bacteria and characterizing the most common etiological factors would allow proper treatment.

Global wine and alcohol trade faces a serious economic problem linked to counterfeiting of these commodities. Recently applied authentication methods and techniques pose more difficulties for counterfeiters but they are apparently not effective once we consider economical losses identified by EU legal authorities. The presented solution links isotopic characteristics of the soil, plant, technological intermediate product and the final food product (wine, grapes) on the basis of 87Sr/86Sr isotopes ratios. For the isotopic signature of wines, the average isotope composition of the substrate cannot be a reliable indicator. Only the isotopic composition of pore water can, as it leaches various mineral phases at different stages and passes into vine root system. Instead of complicated sampling of pore water, an original method of preparing and processing soil samples and consequently must & wine samples was developed. Based on both, soil and biological material analysis, we can unquestionably determine not only geographical but also regional and local authenticity of the wine. Determination of red wines isotopic signature is more straightforward process in comparison to white wines, because of technologically different processing of grapes. That is the reason why, in case of white vines, the 87Sr/86Sr ratio of bentonites (natural purifier and absorbent useful in the process of winemaking) must also be taken into consideration. Results of analyses of Slovak wines from geographically diverse regions as well as from sites in close-by distances have clearly established reliability of presented concept, in which the soil is linked to the plant and to the final food product (wine or table grapes).

The early development of the head and pharynx of Hynobius nebulosus (11.5 to 32 mm long) and retardatus (27 and 37 mm specimens) was investigated in some detail from transverse serial microtome sections. Analysis included the chondrocranium, jaws and hyobranchial skeleton, ossifications, cranial and anterior spinal nerves, musculature, blood system and other associated anatomical features. The structure of the skeletogenous elements in general agreed with earlier descriptions. However, a rudimentary fenestra lateralis nasi is found in the nasal capsule of H. nebulosus , hitherto not reported, and a complete cartilaginous processus pterygoideus, confluent with the trabecula and inner margin of the lamina orbito-nasalis described by Edgeworth (1923 a ), was not extant in any Hynobius specimen. H. retardatus has a hypoglossal foramen (and nerve) and joins H. nebulosus (Fox 1957), Cryptobranchus japonicus and alleghaniensis as the only living Amphibia to possess this structure. The neural arch homology of the occipital crest is reaffirmed. The columella stilus of the 32 mm H. nebulosus is confluent with the pterygo-quadrate cartilage and because the hyoid and columella have a common blastematous origin in Hypogeophis (Marcus 1910), it is suggested that there was an ancestral cartilaginous continuity between the hyoid and pterygo-quadrate cartilage, similar to the commissura terminales of the branchiale. This feature would further emphasize the branchial segmental homologies of the mandibular cartilage, hyoid and branchiale. The pattern of the cranial nerves is similar to that of other urodele larvae and the arrangement of the profundus and maxillaris nerves supports the view of the descent of urodeles from porolepiforme crossopterygians (Jarvik 1942). There is a segmental series of eleven head-pharynx segments, a complete branchial segment including a levator muscle, nerve, cartilage bar and gill cleft. Each post-hyoid segment is complete except for the absence of branchiale V and VI, and behind the fourth functional gill cleft there are three vestigial blind ones and then the larynx and trachea leading to the lungs. The masseter (2nd segment), digastricus (3rd segment), dilator laryngeus (10th segment) and trapezius (11th segment) are considered to be the homologues of the other six intervening levator gill arch muscles. The arytenoid and tracheal cartilages are considered to be branchial bars of the 10th and 11th segments respectively, and the lungs to have developed from gill pouches of the 11th segment which failed to reach the exterior early in vertebrate evolution. The classical view of the homology of the laryngo-tracheal skeleton with a branchial bar enunciated by Gegenbaur and Wilder independently in 1892 is therefore upheld; disagreement is merely a numerical one. The basic segmental components of the amphibian head and pharynx are modified in ontogeny by omission, distortion or addition, in order to fit the animal for a terrestrial existence.
