This paper deals with avian anemia's classified by MCHC/MCV and with types of anemia's. Father hematological and immunological research is needed to secure information on hematological parameters in different avian species at their earliest age. Anemia is a common clinical finding in birds because the avian erythrocyte half - life is much shorter than the mammalian. Therefore anemia should be determined as soon as possible. Researchers should standardize hematological parameters for every single avian species.

Immunoglobulin G (IgG) is the predominant serum immunoglobulin and has the longest serum half-life of all the antibody classes. The European rabbit IgG has been of significant importance in immunological research, and is therefore well characterized. However, the IgG of other leporids has been disregarded. To evaluate the evolution of this gene in leporids, we sequenced the complete IGHG for six other genera: Bunolagus , Brachylagus , Lepus , Pentalagus , Romerolagus and Sylvilagus . The newly sequenced leporid IGHG gene has an organization and structure similar to that of the European rabbit IgG. A gradient in leporid IgG constant domain diversity was observed, with the CH1 being the most conserved and the CH3 the most variable domain. Positive selection was found to be acting on all constant domains, but with a greater incidence in the CH3 domain, where a cluster of three positively selected sites was identified. In the hinge region, only three polymorphic positions were observed. The same hinge length was observed for all leporids. Unlike the variation observed for the European rabbit, all 11 Lepus species studied share exactly the same hinge motif, suggesting its maintenance as a result of an advantageous structure or conformation.

Thyroid nodules are a common clinical finding, with an estimated prevalence ranging from 3% to 7%.1 Thyroid nodules are more common in elderly persons, in women, in those with iodine deficiency, and in those with a history of radiation exposure.

The finding of a cardiac murmur on the initial newborn examination is common but may be a source of anxiety for practitioners due to worries about missing critical congenital heart defects (CHDs). This article aims to provide an approach to this common finding, in particular, reviewing the evidence base behind features of the history, examination and subsequent non-specialist investigations which may increase the likelihood of CHDs. The aim of this structured approach is to give clinicians confidence in dealing with this common clinical finding, to be able to pick out those infants most at risk of having critical CHDs.

Lumps in the neck are a common clinical finding, affecting all age groups. Neck lumps may be extremely worrying for both physician and patient, as a wide variety of pathological conditions can present with a lump in the neck. This can therefore result in difficulties in diagnosis.

Abstract Chronic rhinosinusitis and nasal polyposis is more common in the age group of 18 to 25 years. Urban population and housewives are more commonly affected. Common complains were headache and nasal blockage in 80% and 76.6% cases respectively. Polyps were common clinical finding in one third of cases. Subjective complete relief was seen in 83.3% of cases after FESS. Eight cases had minor postoperative complications

Unfortunately, peri-implant disease is a common clinical finding in patients with dental implants. Whilst preventive and supportive regimens are best practice, many patients still present with signs of peri-implant disease. Treatment options include non-surgical or surgical approaches but there does not appear to be a consensus for management of these challenging conditions. This paper discusses the current management options of peri-implant mucositis and peri-implantitis. CPD/Clinical Relevance: This paper discusses the management of peri-implant diseases placing emphasis on regular supportive care and follow up.

Lymphadenopaty is a common clinical finding with a broad differential diagnosis, withCarcinoma of Unknown Primary (CUP) as one of it’s most common causes. Flourine-18 fluoro-2 deoxy glucose (18F- FDG) positron emission tomography (PET) is a Nuclear Medicinescintigraphy procedure commonly used to localize suspected a primary lesion by depicting ametabolic status. However, in the expertise of 18F FDG PET study, clinical finding andepidemiologic data must be considered to get a better conclusion. We describe 18F-FDG PETstudy in the presence of generalized lymphadenopathy due to chronic lymphocytic leukemia(CLL), a rare disease which is initially suspected of having CUP.Keywords: 18F-FDG PET, lymphadenopathy, lymphoma, leukemia
