In this work, the extraction by supercritical carbon dioxide of grapeseed oil from five red grape varieties was investigated. Apart from an indigenous variety Prokupac, as the domestic, and Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, as international grape varieties the most represented in the Republic of Serbia, Pinot Noir and Gamay were studied as well. Extraction conditions were: temperature of 50?C, 250 bar pressure, and 0.3 kg/h flow rate of CO2. It was shown that the extraction kinetics of international grape varieties, mutually similar differ significantly from the domestic one. The obtained oil yields were in the range of 8.3% w/w (Gamay) to 10.4% w/w (Pinot Noir) for the international varieties and 5.0% w/w for the domestic variety. The mathematical model ?Sovova? was applied to define transport parameters regulating the oil mass transfer inside the seed particles and determine the agreement between experimental and model curves. The interpretation of results took into account the differences of grade seed morphologies (outer surfaces and inner layers) which was investigated by SEM analysis.

The purpose of this paper was to establish the sensory characteristics of wines made from old and newly introduced red grape varieties. To attain this objective, 16 Brazilian red varietal wines were evaluated by a sensory panel of enologists who assessed wines according to their aroma and flavor descriptors. A 90 mm unstructured scale was used to quantify the intensity of 26 descriptors, which were analyzed by means of the Principal Component Analysis (PCA). The PCA showed that three important components represented 74.11% of the total variation. PC 1 discriminated Tempranillo, Marselan and Ruby Cabernet wines, with Tempranillo being characterized by its equilibrium, quality, harmony, persistence and body, as well as by, fruity, spicy and oaky characters. The other two varietals were defined by vegetal, oaky and salty characteristics; PC 2 discriminated Pinot Noir, Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon and Arinarnoa, where Pinot Noir was characterized by its floral flavor; PC 3 discriminated only Malbec, which had weak, floral and fruity characteristics. The other varietal wines did not show important discriminating effects.

Adipose tissue in abdominal obesity produces various cytokines, the most important of which is adiponectin (AN). Polymorphism of the AN receptor genes is associated with the risk of metabolic syndrome (MS) and type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM2) development. The aim of the study was to investigate the association of AN genes receptors’ polymorphism with the development of MS and DM2 in the Republic of Crimea as well as the possibility of named pathology correction with polyphenolic functional foods. The study included 100 patients with confirmed diagnosis of DM2 and MS. Genomic DNA was isolated from the whole blood of patients. Gene polymorphism amplification was performed by PCR real-time. The most common genotype of the ADIPOQ gene (rs1501299) among patients with DM2 and MS was GT polymorphism G276T. The most frequent genotypes of the ADIPOR1 gene were AC (rs2275737) – 53.3% and CT (rs2275738) - 50.0%. The most frequent combinations between ADIPOR1 and ADIPOQ genes were AC (rs2275737) /CT (rs2275738) and GT (rs1501299) – 28.6%, as well as AC (rs2275737)/CT (rs2275738) and GG (rs1501299) – 19.7%. Thus, in patients with MS and DM2 in the Republic of Crimea, associations of polymorphism of the genes of the AN receptors with the development of this pathology have been established. It is known that polyphenols of red grape varieties are epigenetic modifiers. Therefore, these products can be included in individual nutrition programs in population groups genetically predisposed to MS and DM2.

Six cold-pressed oil samples obtained from the seeds of different grape varieties grown in a Fruška Gora vineyard in the Republic of Serbia were examined for chemical and nutritive quality, as well as antiradical capacity. All the tested samples were of good quality, but the results showed noticeable differences in seed oil properties for red and white grape varieties. The highest content in total tocols, 575.23 ± 4.46 mg/kg, was found in the red grape seed oil of the Merlot variety, but the vitamin E activity of white grape seed oils was significantly higher. Regarding single phenols, the most prevalent fraction in all the oil samples was ursolic acid, up to 336.3 ± 4.8 μg/g in the grape seed oil of the Hamburg variety. The highest content in the total phenolic compounds, 54.92 ± 0.93 μg GAE/g, was detected in the oil of red grape seeds. Although significant differences existed between samples, EC50 values were the lowest for the red grape seed oils, varying from 29.84 ± 1.07 to 65.34 ± 0.32 mg oil/mg DPPH, indicating that these oils had the highest antiradical capacity.

В работе экспериментально оценены этанольные экстракты выжимки винограда красных сортов и спиртовые экстракты из лозы винограда белых и красных сортов по количественному и качественному составу полифенолов - основных функциональных ингредиентов биологической активности продуктов переработки винограда. Анализ полученных данных показывает, что в этанольных экстрактах выжимки винограда сортов Каберне-Совиньон, Пино нуар, Антей магарачский, Мальбек, Саперави, Бастардо магарачский, Мускат гамбургский представлен весь спектр полифенолов, свойственный красным виноградным винам (антоцианы, флавоны, флаван-3-олы, оксикоричные, оксибензойные кислоты, олигомерные и полимерные проантоцианидины), при этом количественное содержание полифенолов кратно превосходит их концентрацию в вине. В этанольных экстрактах лозы винограда сортов Цитронный Магарача, Алиготе, Ркацители, Бастардо магарачский, Каберне-Совиньон обнаружены стильбеновые вещества, которые составляют от 9,2 до 28,1 % от суммы всех фенольных веществ. В спиртовых экстрактах из лозы винограда сорта Пино нуар концентрация стильбеновых веществ достигает 47,2 % от суммы фенольных веществ. Получены пищевые экспериментальные образцы концентратов из выжимки Каберне-Совиньон и лозы винограда сортов Цитронный Магарача, Пино нуар, Каберне-Совиньон. В безалкогольном пищевом концентрате полифенолов из лозы винограда по сравнению с концентратом из виноградной выжимки сорта Каберне-Совиньон отсутствуют антоцианы, оксикоричные кислоты; присутствуют стильбеноиды, которые составляют 2,28 г/дм, или 20,9 % от суммы всех фенольных веществ. Стильбеновые вещества в составе комплекса полифенолов, выделенных из лозы винограда представлены транс-ресвератролом, e-виниферином, транс-пицеидом, транс-пикеатаннолом. Показатель суммарного содержания водорастворимых антиоксидантов зависит от содержания в концентрированных экстрактах виноградной выжимки олигомерных и полимерных проантоцианидинов, а в случае концентрата из лозы винограда - и от концентрации стильбеновых веществ. Abstact. In the work, ethanol extracts of pomace of red grape varieties and alcoholic extracts of vines of white and red grape varieties are experimentally assessed by the quantitative and qualitative composition of polyphenols as the main functional ingredients of biological activity of grape processing products. The obtained data analysis shows that in ethanol extracts of grape pomace from the ‘Cabernet-Sauvignon’, ‘Pinot Noir’, ‘Antei Magarachskiy’, ‘Malbec’, ‘Saperavi’, ‘Bastardo Magarachskiy’, ‘Muscat Hamburg’, the whole range of polyphenols, common to red grape wines (anthocyanins, flavones, flavan-3-ols, oxycinnamic, oxybenzoic acids, oligomeric and polymeric proanthocyanidins), is presented, while quantitative content of polyphenols is many fold higher than their concentration in wine. In ethanol vine extracts of ‘Tsitronnyi Magaracha’, ‘Aligote’, ‘Rkatsiteli’, ‘Bastardo Magarachskiy’, ‘Cabernet-Sauvignon’ grape varieties, stilbene substances, which amount from 9,2 to 28,1% of the sum of all phenolic substances, were found. In alcoholic extracts of the ‘Pinot Noir’ vine, the concentration of stilbene substances reaches 47,2% of the sum of phenolic substances. Experimental food samples of concentrates from the ‘Cabernet-Sauvignon’ pomace and vines of the ‘Tsitronnyi Magaracha’, ‘Pinot Noir’ and ‘Cabernet-Sauvignon’ grape varieties were obtained. In non-alcoholic food concentrate of polyphenols from grape vines, compared to the concentrate from the ‘Cabernet-Sauvignon’ grape pomace, anthocyanins and oxycinnamic acids are absent; stilbenoids, constituting 20.9% of the sum of all phenolic substances and amounting to 2.28 g/dm, are present. Stilbene substances in the composition of polyphenol complex, isolated from grape vines, are represented by trans-resveratrol, e-viniferin, trans-piceid and trans-piceatannol. The index of the total content of water-soluble antioxidants depends on the content of oligomeric and polymeric proanthocyanidins in concentrated extracts of grape pomace; in the case of vine concentrate it also depends on the concentration of stilbene substances.

Abstract The latest research revealed that phenolic compounds play an important role in the quality of red wine, particularly on colour and astringency and also are responsible for the sanogenic or multiple benefic effects on human health after a moderate consumption of wine. This paper presents the ripening evolution of routine quality control parameters (sugars, acids, weight of 100 berries) and phenolic compounds (anthocyanins and polyphenolic index) during 2013 year for the most representative red grape varieties (Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Feteasca Neagra, Pinot Noir and Mamaia) authorized to obtain wines with denomination of origin controlled in Murfatlar wine center. Also, the phenolic profile of obtained red wines was evaluated by reversedphase high performance liquid chromatography. The reported results were useful to find the optimum moment for grape harvest ensuring the production of high quality wines.

ABSTRACTKinetics of persistent photoconductivity, photoquenching, and thermal and optical recovery observed in low energy Ar+ bombarded on (100) GaAs surfaces have been investigated. Rate and transport equations for these processes were derived and simulated employing transport parameters, trap locations and densities determined by deep level transient spectroscopy. Excellent correlation was obtained between the results of preliminary simulation and the experimentally observed values. The exponential decay of persistent photoconductivity response curve was determined to be due to metastable electron traps with longer lifetime and is consistent with an earlier proposed model.

(1) Background: Both sensory quality and healthy attributes of Vitis vinifera grapes used for winemaking are closely related with the polyphenolic composition of their skins. (2) Methods: In this study, the polyphenolic characterization (flavan-3-ols, procyanidins, flavonols, stilbenes, anthocyanins) was investigated by ultra performance liquid chromatography coupled to a triple quadrupole mass spectrometer (UPLC-QqQ-MS). Skins from Vitis vinifera Merlot, Tannat, and Syrah red grape varieties cultivated in the south of France at different stages of ripening in 2018 were used. The anti-inflammatory and the antioxidant potential of the extracts were evaluated by the measure of nitric oxide (NO) and the intracellular reactive oxygen species production (ROS) in lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-stimulated macrophages. (3) Results: 41 polyphenols were quantified in all samples. Generally, the flavan-3-ol and procyanidin content decreased during ripening whereas the anthocyanins and stilbenes increased. In addition, as a novelty of this work, a wide identification and characterization of monomeric and oligomeric stilbenes was assessed by using authentic standards isolated in our laboratory, some of them (parthenocissin A and miyabenol C) reported for the first time in Merlot, Tannat and Syrah cultivars. The before-veraison skin extracts of all studied varieties, exhibited higher NO and ROS productions inhibition (>50%) proving both antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.

The Ministry of Tourism of the Republic of Indonesia has developed strategies to attract millennial tourists who are estimated to dominate the world tourism market, where Bali is ranked as the fourth most desirable destination for millennials around the world. One of the important factors for tourists in making a visit decision is motivation. Motivation can affect tourists' satisfaction that is triggered by evaluations through their experiences during a visit and it can affect their revisit intention. Decision making for revisit intention to a destination is actually the behavior of satisfied tourists. This research is a quantitative study with samples of millennial tourists visiting the areas of Ubud, Kuta, Seminyak, Canggu and Uluwatu. Research results were analyzed by Structural Equations Modelling (SEM) analysis usings SmartPLS software 3.0 version. The results showed that motivation consisting of push and pull factors has a significant effect on tourist satisfaction. Tourist satisfaction has a significant effect on the revisit intention. The push factor has a positive but not significant effect on the revisit intention while the pull factor has a significant effect on the revisit intention. Another result showed that 69% of millennial tourists make use of social media as a source of information about Bali. This is also the reason for the facts that 91% of millennial tourists prefer to arrange their own trips. Keyword : Bali, motivation, satisfaction, revisit intention, millennial tourist.

В статье рассмотрен вопрос идентифицируемости математической модели кинетики химической реакции. В процессе решения обратной задачи по оценке параметров модели, характеризующих процесс, нередко возникает вопрос неединственности решения. На примере конкретной реакции продемонстрирована необходимость проводить анализ идентифицируемости модели перед проведением численных расчетов по определению параметров модели химической реакции. The identifiability of the mathematical model of the kinetics of a chemical reaction is investigated in the article. In the process of solving the inverse problem of estimating the parameters of the model, the question arises of the non-uniqueness of the solution. On the example of a specific reaction, the need to analyze the identifiability of the model before carrying out numerical calculations to determine the parameters of the reaction model was demonstrated.
