Stockholders and other interested parties used to exchange information in writing by means of physical submission, while today with just a click on any known company?s Internet page it is possible to acquire both the information needed and its financial situation. The aim of this work is to indicate the lack of corporate culture and investor communication on the Serbian stock market by analyzing investor relations via the e-communication tools of some of the best Serbian companies. This study investigates investor relations on the Internet of companies listed on the Belgrade Stock Exchange (BELEX 15 and BELEX LINE). For this purpose, the websites of the 20 largest listed companies of the Republic of Serbia were screened for investor relations items. Results obtained by using a three-stage model show that most companies in Serbia are at the second stage of internet investor relations, i.e., where information available through other sources is combined to better inform investors. In the third stage companies use the full interactive possibilities of the Internet for investor relations purposes. The author also stresses that the quality of investor relations must be a part of every company?s strategic vision.

The Internet has influenced corporate communication practices as concerns providing timely, comprehensive and accurate financial information. The paper investigates the quality of investor relation of listed Italian companies. In line with Borsa Italiana which defines STAR the companies with a strong vocation for communication, we aim to verify that such companies actually do communicate better than the others. In this perspective, we consider that the companies listed on the other MTA - Telematic Stock Market- segments of the Italian Stock Exchange, could align the quality of financial disclosure to that of STAR companies as a result of imitative strategies. Our main findings reveal that in the Italian market herding does not characterize the behavior of companies as regards Web Investor Relations (W.I.R.) practices and quality.

In New Zealand, teachers and students have been collaborating through digital connections since the early 1990s. Digital integration began as a structural collaboration between rural schools to share staff and resources, developing in a second stage to include regional intranets. In 2007 it is possible to collaborate with the global educational environment from within a classroom or office. A third stage of digital integration in schools is emerging as a result of students and teachers being connected to the internet through broadband, using web 2.0 applications to construct knowledge collaboratively beyond the classroom walls. This paper outlines the three stages and examines their implications for teacher education.

This article is the outcome of research aimed at took two problems. First, what is the procedure for the mediation process in accordance with the Regulation of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia Number 1 of 2016. Second, how is the implementation of Regulation of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia Number 1 of 2016, during the Covid 19 pandemic at the Kediri District Religious Court. The method used in this research is juridical empirical. The research steps taken were: First, the researcher visited the Kediri District Religious Court offi ce. To fi nd initial data, and interviewed the data source, then processed and presented according to the theory used. The theory used is the legal system. In essence, there are three components in law, namely substance, structure and culture (society). The research found two things, namely: fi rst, that Mediation based on the regulations of the Supreme Court is carried out in three stages, fi rst is pre-mediation, the second stage is the application of mediation and the third stage is the implementation of mediation. The second fi nding is that the implementation of Perma RI Number: 1 of 2016 concerning mediation during the Covid 19 pandemic at the Kediri District Religious Court deviates from the established legal basis. The judge still gave a verdict or sentenced him, even though the Petitioner did not come at the time of mediation on the grounds of the Covid 19 Pandemic.

So far, methods of dating fossil objects have allowed us to obtain a large amount of data that characterize the moisturization of our planet’s areas during different time intervals. At the same time, in some cases, fossil objects contain information about the characteristics of the climate of the epoch of their existence. The available dating is scattered and does not allow us to get an overall picture of the changes occurred. Therefore, the developed method of aggregate representation of dates is relevant. Scientific materials containing the desired dating are mainly presented on the Internet. Therefore, the target of the first stage is to identify the publications of interest. At the second stage, the dating found and its characteristics are summarized in table 1. At the third stage, the data in table 1 is converted to table 2, reflecting the change in the moisture content of regions with a 100 years sampling interval. At the fourth stage, a simple rule is applied to exclude two multidirectional trends in each cell of table 2. As a result of exclusion, only unidirectional signs remain in each cell that qualitatively characterize the moisture content of the studied regions. It seems that the dating found in a significant minority should be questioned. However, cases in which the number of exceptions exceeds the number of non-excluded characters require additional research. The proposed method is not limited either by the number of studies involved or by the dating methods used. The scientific novelty of the proposed method consists in the aggregate representation of known dating of fossil objects containing information about the characteristics of the climate of the epoch of its existence. The objectivity of the results obtained is based on the use of a variety of independent dating of fossil objects obtained by different methods for different periods and regions. The reliability of the results obtained will increase with the number of dating involved in the analysis.

This paper aims to analyze the pattern and process of distribution of cities in the newly opened regions by tracing the historical changes of the urban system in Hokkaido, Japan and in the Republic of South Africa. The history of colonization is not so long in the newly opened regions. This means that we can study the genesis and development process of cities from the beginning of colonization. These frontier cities often have the gateway func-tion influencing over the wide surrounding region. The main concern of this study is to find out how urban functions and the urban system change from their beginning in the newly opened region. This study examines the relation between the hierarchy of cities and the locational characteristics of branch offices for the analysis of the postwar urban system in Hokkaido. We can discern the three stages in the development of the urban system in newly opened regions. First stage is the formative period: coastal regions were the centers of the exploitation and port cities were dominant. Second stage is the growth period: the ex-ploitation made great progress in inland regions and the coastal cities and inland cities were in conflict with each other. Third stage is the reorganization period: the economical centers move towards inland regions and the inland capital gets dominant.

Seedling production is a critical step in the establishment of vegetables. This work aimed to evaluate the effect of different spectral qualities on the germination and vigor of endive, lettuce, and chicory seeds. The experiment was carried out in three stages. The first stage, two cultivars of lettuce (‘Crespa Repolhuda’ and ‘Vera’) and six spectral qualities (blue LED, red LED, blue + red LED, white LED, fluorescent and dark) were evaluated; the second stage, two cultivars of chicory (‘Lisa Escarola’ and ‘Palla Rosa’) and the same spectral qualities were evaluated. In the third stage, the spectral quality of the endive cultivar ‘Pão de Açúcar’ was evaluated. The experiments were performed in a completely randomized design, with four replications of 50 seeds each. The evaluated parameters were: germination percentage, first count, germination speed index, seedling length, and fresh and dry mass. Endive, lettuce and chicory seeds germinated both in the presence or not of light so that they can be classified as neutral photos. A spectral LED of red quality fostered the development of the most significant volume of fresh mass on the endive, lettuce, and chicory. All the spectral qualities stimulated root growth. The dark, on the other hand, promoted the most significant length of the aerial part, promoting seedlings etiolation.

This study was conducted to analyze the factors that affect the timeliness of financial reporting on the Internet in the Consumer Goods sector companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Variables used were leverage, profitability, size of company, the issuance of stock and the quality of auditors. Data analysis method used was logistic regression at the 0.05 level. The data used were secondary data and using sample Consumer Goods companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2010-2012. This study tested the effect of variable leverage, profitability, firm size, auditor quality stocks, and the timeliness of financial reporting on the Internet. The results obtained from these tests support the timeliness of audit quality of financial reporting on theInternet. However, other variables such as leverage, profitability, firm size, stock issuance did not support the timeliness of financial reporting on the Internet.

Culture is an important element of a destination tourist product, and tourism is an apparatus for meeting the various cultural needs of tourists. The relationship between culture and tourism contributes to the support of the cultural sector, innovation, creativity, the image of the destination and the social connection between tourists and the local population. Nowadays, it is impossible to imagine the functioning of tourism without the Internet. Presenting the cultural offer of the destination via the Internet is a great challenge and requires exceptional commitment. The subject of research of this paper is the influence of Internet content on the decision of the tourists about the destination of cultural tourism they will choose. The aim of the research is to influence the internet content on tourists related to the cultural tourism of the destination and the possibility of attracting tourists to visit the destination based on the reviewed Internet content. The research involved 165 respondents who visited one of the cultural tourism destinations from the territory of the Republic of Serbia. The results of the research show that a higher level of quality of Internet content has a positive effect on tourists choosing a certain cultural tourism destination for travel and that Internet content in terms of information efficiency, interactivity and practicality has a significant positive impact on tourists' intentions to visit cultural tourism destination.

Document classification (DC) is one of the broadly investigated natural language processing tasks. Medical document classification can support doctors in making decision and improve medical services. Since the data in document classification often appear in raw form such as medical discharge notes, extracting meaningful information to use as features is a challenging task. There are many specialized words and expressions in medical documents which make them more challenging to analyze. The classification accuracy of available methods in medical field is not good enough. This work aims to improve the quality of the input feature sets to increase the accuracy. A new three-stage approach is proposed. In the first stage, the Unified Medical Language System (UMLS) which is a medical-specific dictionary is used to extract the meaningful phrases by considering disease or symptom concepts. In the second stage, all the possible pairs of the extracted concepts are created as new features. In the third stage, Particle Swarm Optimisation (PSO) is employed to select features from the extracted and constructed features in the previous stages. The experimental results show that the proposed three-stage method achieved substantial improvement over the existing medical DC approaches.
