Nowadays, using the consensus of collectives for solving problems plays an essential role in our lives. The rapid development of information technology has facilitated the collection of distributed knowledge from autonomous sources to find solutions to problems. Consequently, the size of collectives has increased rapidly. Determining consensus for a large collective is very time-consuming and expensive. Thus, this study proposes a vertical partition method (VPM) to find consensus in large collectives. In the VPM, the primary collective is first vertically partitioned into small parts. Then, a consensus-based algorithm is used to determine the consensus for each smaller part. Finally, the consensus of the collective is determined based on the consensuses of the smaller parts. The study demonstrates, both theoretically and experimentally, that the computational complexity of the VPM is lower than 57.1% that of the basic consensus method. This ratio reduces quickly if the number of smaller parts reduces.

Bahasa Indonesia dalam berbagai keperluan merupakan bahasa resmi negara Indonesia dan telah digunakan sebagai alat komunikasi lisan maupun tulis, baik formal maupun informal. Selain fungsi komunikasi, bahasa Indonesia juga berfungsi sebagai alat pemersatu bangsa Indonesia. Dewasa ini bahasa Indonesia dihadapkan pada perkembangan dunia yang begitu pesat, termasuk perkembangan teknologi informasi dan kebudayaan yang begitu mengkhawatirkan. Dengan pesatnya perkembangan teknologi informasi dan kebudayaan tersebut menuntut bangsa Indonesia untuk bekerja keras, dan secara aktif mempersiapkan diri mengejar ketinggalan yang ada dari berbagai aspek kehidupan, dan termasuk mengantisipasi perkembangan informasi dan budaya yang mengglobal. Salah satu dampak dari globalisasi ini adalah penggunaan Bahasa Inggris yang dianggap lebih berkelas dan memiliki nilai kebanggaan tersendiri oleh kaum milenial. Salah satu dampak positifnya yaitu akan memudahkan bagi para milenial untuk berkomunikasi secara internasional. Di sisi lain, dampak negative daripadanya yaitu loyalitas pembelajar terhadap bahasa Indonesia menjadi berkukurang, bahkan akan menjadi luntur. Bagaimana kiat bangsa Indonesia untuk mengejar ketinggalan dari bangsa lain dan bagaimana kiatnya agar bangsa Indonesia tetap mencintai bangsanya dan termasuk bahasanya, tentunya harus adanya kerja keras dan kepedulian dari seluruh komponen bangsa Indonesia.Abstract: Indonesian language in many purposes as the official language of Indonesian has been used as an oral and written communicate, both formal and informal. Besides being a communication tool, Indonesian language also serves as a unifying tool for Indonesian. In this era, Indonesian language is faced with a very rapid development of the world, including the development of information technology and culture that are so worrying. With the rapid development of information technology and culture, it demands the Indonesian people to work hard and actively prepare to catch up with the existing aspects of life, including anticipating information development and a globalized culture. One of the positive impact is easier for international communication. Meanwhile, the negative impact is predicted to be the learner's loyalty towards Indonesian language to be reduced and will even fade. How do Indonesian people try to catch up with other nations and how do they try to keep the Indonesian people in love with their nation and including their language, of course, there must be hard work and care for all components of the Indonesian nation.

Agricultural information technology is an emerging technology based on the cross-fertilization of information technology and agricultural science, which has caused the rapid development of digital agriculture and smart agriculture. Crop growth models, as one of their core components, can dynamically simulate the crop growth and development process and its relationship with climate factors, soil properties, and management techniques, thus effectively overcoming the strong spatial and temporal limitations in traditional agricultural production management research and providing quantitative tools for early warning and effect assessment of crop productivity prediction under different conditions. This study focuses on the general technical approach, the latest research progress, and future development thinking developed by the authors in the construction and application of the tea mushroom growth model. Based on the fitting method of the data model curve of the Internet laboratory, this study is proposed to use network programming technology to digitally fit the growth curve of cap diameter and stalk diameter of the fruiting body in the process of Agrocybe cylindracea growth. The fitting system adopted the development mode of PHP + MYSQL and took the MYSQL database as the core, which made the curve fitting of the final experimental data fast, convenient, and more intelligent. This study laid a preliminary foundation for the effective establishment and improvement of laboratory Agrocybe cylindracea, fruiting body growth data statistics and analysis, and graphical output network sharing.

The rapid development of science and information technology, electronic technology has also developed rapidly. Indirectly, human lifestyle is influenced by the presence of a variety of sophisticated electronic equipment. With the development of technology and computer-based electronic equipment, many people already have such smartphones and tablets. These tools can help facilitate daily activities, for example student learning with an Android-based application. The problem with early childhood is a limited knowledge base, they need an understanding of letters, numbers, types of animals, and fruit names. Learning patterns of children who like to play greatly affect the concentration of children in learning. They are easily bored with theoretical material that is delivered verbally by the teacher and parents, children understand the material in the form of images faster. Therefore, this research discusses the application of multimedia learning to increase student interest in learning that can help in their learning process. the results of this study are the presence of multimedia learning applications, students can more easily understand and can increase interest in learning, feel interested and challenged with the exercise features in the form of multimedia.

This paper discusses the role of the kiai's leadership in pesantren education in an effort to strengthen the Industrial Revolution 4.0 industry. Pesantren is an ideal education system that attempts to provide education to the community to develop the existing potential, because pesantren santri in pesantren are not only given religious knowledge, santri are also taught to live independently, have character and innovate through pesantren activities. The pesantren is one of the institutions of Islamic education that will produce a generation of Indonesians into 'ulama', Muslim scholars and generations who have national character and morality. With the rapid development of information technology and the gradual expansion of education, the construction of campus information is accelerating. With the rapid development of information technology, the network has become an important teaching aids, and innovative teaching mode of college English. This article studies the construction of English autonomous learning platform. First, discussed the theoretical basis that needed by building autonomous learning platform for college English; Secondly, the relevant theoretical principles as a basis for the overall platform architecture, including learning tools, learning resources, exchange platform, test and evaluation platform and so on; Finally, proposed optimization strategy on the basis of the characteristics summarized platform and deficiencies. Use of network information technology to build college English autonomous learning platform provide students with a wealth of English resources, so studying the construction of English autonomous learning platform based on network has great significance.
