This work analyses how the theme of the creation of thinking machines by man, particularly through artificial intelligence, is dealt with on stage, with reference to three plays addressing different topics and characterised by different types of performance. This analysis reveals the particular effectiveness of plays dealing with scientific topics, when the relationship between theatre and science results in reflections transcending the boundaries of its contents to address man and his essence and gives voice to the ancient question of the sense of the world.

One of the realities of modern times is the evolution of new technologies around the world, as well as the use of artificial intelligence (AI) and robotics in different spheres of society. Artificial intelligence, which was founded in the middle of the last century, has been one of the most invested in and interesting fields in recent times. Recently one of the most discussed and important issues is the relationship between artificial intelligence (AI) and intellectual property rights (IPR). Thus, the ownership of works created by artificial intelligence is one of the most discussed issues. In recent years, on the initiative of President Ilham Aliyev, modern achievements of world science have been applied in the life of society in the Republic of Azerbaijan. Considering all of this, the significance and urgency of the situation are clear. In other words, this is an issue that is high on both our national and international agendas. The concept that a traumatic experience, such as a cancer, can lead to a positive change and transformation of self, life and relationships was named as post-traumatic growth (PTG). A large amount of research measured PTG in cancer survivors arguing an interpretation of the construct as an outcome. Recently, qualitative research shows different types of narrative of PTG, but the narrative markers and their functions of transformation remain still unclear. Within a mixed-method, we aim to highlight the narrative markers and their transformative functions, underlying the PTG, within 12 cancer survivors’ narratives with medium/high and medium/low level of PTG. A redemptive sequence analysis was carried out. In the narratives with high/medium PTG we find a specific transformative function on-thinking focused transformation founded on the change/expansion of the own internal criteria to interpret the relationship with the world centralizing the self in the present and future; in the narratives with medium/low PTG we find an on-acting focused transformation, founded on the change of the operational procedures aimed to live centered on the present and on its moments.

In order for a company to economically survive, it needs to compete with a highly competitive market. The world is changing fast, adding different types of risks to companies. So, companies need to not only meet requirements but also exceed them. At the same time, companies are required to lower the level of risks they may encounter. As a result, continuous improvement and risk management should be key factors to insure company success. This study explores the relationship between the two concepts and gives examples where the interconnections between them exist. Also, the study explains the important key components of continuous improvement and the classifications of risk management. The object is the relationship between the professionalization of Brazilian nursing and women, in the broadcasting of news about the creation of the Professional School of Nurses, in the light of gender. Aims: to discuss the linkage of women to the beginning of the professionalization of Brazilian nursing following the circumstances and evidence of the creation of the Professional School of Nurses analyzed from the perspective of gender. The news articles were analyzed from the viewpoint of Cultural History, founded in the gender concept of Joan Scott and in the History of Women. The creation of the School and the priority given in the media to women consolidate the vocational ideal of the woman for nursing in a profession subjugated to the physician but also representing the conquest of a space in the world of education and work, reconfiguring the social position of nursing and of woman in Brazil.

The existence of a global governance agenda requires companies all over the world to get involved in implementing Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). However, previous study showed that corporate involvement in the achievement of SDGs is overall still limited and question on the company motives to disclose SDGs remains unclear. Therefore, the objective of this study is to analyze the association between SDGs disclosures and company values. This study also aimed to analyze the moderating effect of type of industry on the association between SDGs disclosures and company values. Study was conducted on companies listed in IDX, which disclosed SDGs in their Sustainability Reports. The results of this study suggest SDGs disclosures is associated to company value, which confirmed the signaling motives in the involvement of corporate SDGs. The results also showed that different types of industry could weaken the relationship between SDGs disclosure and company values, when associated with high-profile industry companies.

The purpose of this paper is to report, from a qualitative study, the individual and organizational factors andprocesses that lead an employee to build a unique relationship to is health. We discuss these processes in relationto the construction of health among a sample of 34 „workers” selected in diverse contexts, considering health asa dynamic and co-constructed object. From biographical interviews and records of interactions between workersand professionals who support them, we analyze we analyze the transactions made between work and health.These transactions, which are defined in dynamic and combined processes (psychological, cognitive, interactiveand organizational), contribute to define the orientation of the relationship to work, the professional route, anddetermine the evolution of more objective health status and how it can be seen, lived and managed individually.This article examines three different contexts: small business employees, employees of a large firm, and job seekers.These three contexts are related with different types of strategies implemented by individuals on their healthin relation to their position in the world of work.

Beautiful women have often been associated with great men of authority and governance in various kingdoms. However, according to scholars, the beautiful female subject also serves as a domineering figure that monopolises the man himself. She can also be a contributing factor towards the downfall of an empire and the world of the man she exists in. For instance, this phenomenon occurred during certain Chinese dynasties. Hence, this research, using the film titled “Tun Fatimah” (1962), focuses on studying and analysing the relationship between the beauty of Tun Fatimah – the daughter of the “Dato‟ Bendahara” of Malacca and the wife of Tun Ali – and the creation of a “sultan” (king), who was still a bachelor and governed tyrannically. Subsequently, history witnessed the king‟s downfall as a ruler in the larger context of the Malay World. It also led to fissures within the great Malaccan sultanate. This research utilises a qualitative approach, focusing on the detailed textual-narrative analysis of the film, supported by the epistemology of desire. Findings show that Tun Fatimah‟s beauty, which was befitting as queen for the Malaccan sultanate, is the main factor in contributing to the libido imbalance of the king and the weakness of hegemonic masculinity in the empire. The imbalance triggered the king‟s irrationality as shown through his emotions such as the thirst for vengeance, anger, jealousy, guilt and regret. In conclusion, the factors proved they did contribute fully to creating a tyrannical Malaccan king.
