Penelitian ini adalah penelitian studi pustaka yang menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perkembangan applied art pada sepatu lukis Matahari Art dari tahun 2011-2016. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui instrument penelitian berupa observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 18 pasang sepatu yang mewakili dalam satu sampai enam priode yang diambil dari Matahari Art. Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah perkembangan gambar pada sepatu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gambar yang terdapat pada sepatu lukis Matahari Art pada tahun 2011-2014 untuk motif sepatu anak-anak dan remaja, dominan menggunakan gambar kartun, sedangkan untuk dewasa dominan menggunakan gambar dekoratif, doodle dan kontemporer. Pada tahun 2015-2016 untuk motif sepatu anak-anak dan remaja, didominasi oleh penggabungan gambar kartun dan potret realis, sementara untuk motif sepatu dewasa didominasi oleh gambar potret realis. Kata Kunci : Sepatu Lukis, Matahari Art, Applied Art.

Аннотация: Макалада студенттердин эстетикалык маданияттын калыптандыруу, кесиптик билим берүүнүн сапатын көтөрүү, маселелерин көрсөтүү менен жаңы билимдерди пайдалануу, кесиптик баалуулуктарды үзгүлтүксүз өстүрүп – өнүгүүнүн негизги жолдору, бүгүнкү күндүн талабына жооп бере турган билимдери каралды. Ошодой эле элдердик чеберлердин эмгектерин таанып, өздөштүрүп, кооздукту жаратууда, эмгек тарбиясын улантууда өнөр чыгармаларынын мааниси өтө чоң экендиги көрсөтүлгөн. Колдонмо-жасалга өнөр аркылуу, адам баласы кандайдыр бир, тиги же бул нерсени ойлонуп жасоодо, кайсыл бир деңгээлде жаратылыштын табигый кубулуштарынан үлгү алгандыгын байкоого болот. Аннотация: В статье рассматриваются вопросы формирования эстетической культуры студентов на основе качественного профессионального образования, которые можно сформироваться при помощи новых знаний, профессиональных навыков, отвечающих требованиям сегодняшнего дня. А также нужно научить студентов необходимым знаниям декоративно-прикладного искусства, творчеству мастеров, видеть и создать красоту, творческому мышлению и труду. При помощи декоративно-прикладного искусства человек, создавая различные предметы, опирается на формы, созданные природой, в какой-то мере или степени подражает ей. Поскольку подражая природе, человек творит по закону красоты, он стремится и старается делать вещи красивыми и привлекательными, несущими в себе эстетические качества, наряду с полезностью и удобством этих вещей. Ключевые слова: декоративно-прикладное искусство, эстетическое воспитание, профессиональное обучение, народные мастерство, трудовое обучение. Annotation: The article deals with the formation of aesthetic culture of students on the basis of high-guality vocational education that can be given with the help of new knowledge of professional skills that meet the reguirements of todae. And also the knowledge of the decorative and applied art of the creative work of masters is neceftsmanship and work. People creating different objects based on froms created nature, and to some extent or degree emulates it. Because of the nature of men does to mimicking the Act.. He seeks and tries to do things nice and appealing aesthetic gualities in themselves carriers along with utility, ease of these things. In recent years, designing in existing environments has been consistently emphasized in community planning. However, practicing such on-site design is not easy for designers, because the current technical conditions do not allow virtual design objects into real environments for 3D visualization and interaction. Thus, designers’ intuitive design perceptions, accurate design judgments, and convenient design decisions are hardly supported. This paper explores the possibilities of using mixed reality (MR) technology to improve designers’ on-site design experiences in community planning. For this, we introduced an MR design support system (MR-DSS) for the interactive on-site 3D visualization of virtual design objects. With the MR-DSS, we performed a design experiment with sixteen participants in a typical on-site design scene of community planning. The results showed that the MR technology could provide designers with intuitive design perceptions, accurate design judgments, and convenient design decisions, thus effectively improving their on-site design experiences.

The Sketch Up and Blender3D programs are considered as one of the ways of developing spatial thinking, programs features and the possibility of using them in the educational process.

Abstract The recent Cofemel judgment of the Court of Justice of the European Union extended the European Union’s (EU) originality criterion (i.e. the author’s own intellectual creation) to the realm of works of applied art. The Court excluded ‘aesthetically significant visual effect’ as a condition of copyright protection. It was condemned as subjective and incompatible with the EU originality criterion. The decision may signal a shift in several national copyright laws, under which requirements relating to ‘aesthetics’ are laid down as a condition to acquire protection. This article will demonstrate that the ‘aesthetics criterion’, as it emerged historically and has been employed in national copyright laws, is associated with a different meaning than it conveys at first glance. The aesthetics criterion designates the elbow room remaining to the author after functional constraints have been taken into account, and thus represents a form of the functionality doctrine in the domain of copyright law. However, to some extent it also excludes – though not uniformly – commonplace designs from the scope of copyright protection. Against this background, this article suggests that the aesthetics criterion can arguably be reconciled with the EU originality criterion. The aesthetics criterion represents a balance struck between the need for copyright protection in the field of applied arts, on the one hand, and competition, on the other. In order not to upset this careful balance, a robust application of the EU originality criterion is advocated, precluding protection not only to functionality, but also to commonplace creations.
