The background of this research is the use of unvaried learning resources causes tired and bored students in following the lecture. Boredom experienced make the students difficult to think creatively, so that they only work based on the example problems and discussion of the lecturer given. To solve the problems, one of the media that can be used is a computer-based learning media. This research aims to see the effectiveness of student learning media towards the attitudes of students in the subject of Space Geometry. Type of research is a developmental research. This research developed a  computer-based learning media on the subject of space geometry. Model of development used on this research is a model of instructional Development Institute (IDI). IDI applies the principles of systems approach. There are three stages of a systems approach, namely the discovery (define) or a needs analysis, development (develop), and evaluation (Evaluate). The instrument used in this research was a questionnaire of attitude. Computer-based instructional media on the lecture of Space Geometry has a positive attitude towards students. It is found from the results of the questionnaire that student attitudes toward computer-based learning media are  interested and very interested in computer-based learning media. This is pictured out by the results of percentage ranging between 66% - 89%. Based on the previous explanation, it can be concluded that the use of computer-based learning media has a positive influence, so that it can be used as a medium of learning in the subject of Space Geometry.

The purpose of this study is to determine the ability and knowledge of teachers in applying computer-based learning media, constraints and efforts undertaken by teachers in applying the media. The type of this research is descriptive r esearch with qualitative approach. This research was conducted in SD Muhammadiyah 9 Malang with the subject of research class III to class V which amounted to 3 people. Then the technique of data collection using observation, interview, documentation, and questionnaire. The results of this study describes teachers have been able to apply computer-based media. Teachers are skilled in utilizing technological means and developing material into an interesting computer -based media product, and easy to apply in learning. There is no significant obstacle for teachers in implementing computer-based learning. Efforts by teachers that is by self-development through training and utilization of facilities and infrastructure already provided by the school intelligently.Keywords: Computer Based Media, Learning, Integrated ThematicABSTRAK: Guru dalam menyampaikan materi memerlukan alat bantu perantara agar proses penyampaian materi lebih mudah dan tepat sasaran. Guru sudah terampil dalam memanfaatkan sarana teknologi dan mengembangkan materi menjadi produk media berbasis komputer yang menarik, dan mudah diaplikasikan dalam pembelajaran. Tidak ada hambatan yang berarti bagi guru dalam menerapkan pembelajaran berbasis komputer. Upaya yang dilakukan guru yaitu dengan pengembangan diri melalui pelatihan dan pemanfaatan sarana dan prasarana teknogi yang sudah disediakan oleh sekolah secara cerdas.Kata kunci: Media Berbasis Komputer, Pembelajaran, Tematik terpadu

This research aimed to analyze the types of media and the characteristics of physics materials that are suitable for use in the development of physics learning media, using Adobe Flash software. The research uses a meta-analysis method, which is a method for analyzing many of the research that has been done. This research uses secondary data obtained from previous research in the form of journals related to the media using Adobe Flash software for senior high school physics subjects. The journals examined in this research consisted of 20 research articles that developed an adobe flash-based interactive learning media for physics learning in senior high schools. The number of articles reviewed consisted of 3 articles from international journals and 17 articles from national journals. Based on the results of the analysis that has been done, found 13 physics materials obtained from 20 journals analyzed, where the concepts of temperature, heat, and transfer are the most widely used material as content in the development of physics learning media based on Adobe Flash software. While the type of media that is widely used in computer-based learning media.

This chapter discusses how cultural variables can be taken into account when designing computer-based learning environments (CLEs). Its purpose is to identify concrete recommendations to guide instructional engineering of computer-based learning for diverse cultures through a review of the literature on the subject. First, this chapter describes the background in which such recommendations have emerged, and identifies some of the issues underlying instructional design for diverse cultures. Then it introduces models and guidelines on how cultural variables can be taken into account when designing CLEs. Specific recommendations are organized using a method of instructional engineering for CLEs called MISA (Paquette, 2003) as a frame of reference. This is followed by a discussion on future trends and future research directions.

<span>In this paper we argue that the use of audit trail data for research and evaluation purposes has attracted scepticism due to real and perceived difficulties associated with the data's interpretation. We suggest that educational technology researchers and evaluators need to better understand how audit trail data can be processed and analysed effectively, and identify three stages of audit trail analysis. We present an investigation of a computer based learning resource as a vehicle for exploring strategies that can assist researchers and evaluators in the analysis and interpretation of audit trail data. The analytical approach we describe is iterative in nature, moving to greater levels of specificity as it proceeds. By combining this approach with primarily descriptive techniques we were able to establish distinct patterns of access to the learning resource. We then performed a series of cluster analyses which, guided by a clear understanding of two critical components of the learning environment, led to the identification of four distinct 'types' or 'categories' of users. Our results demonstrate that it is possible to document meaningful usage patterns at a number of levels of analysis using electronic records from technology based learning environments. The implications of these results for future work are discussed.</span>

This research focuses on the evaluation of social interaction and support methods for computer-supported collaborative learning over the period of one semester. Specifically, there are three main topics for investigation: first, the subjective evaluation of social interaction and support methods, second, the students' perceptions of these over time, and third, the correlations between social interaction and support methods. Results indicate a specific pattern regarding important aspects of social interaction indicating possible problems in group dynamics (especially relating to taking responsibility). This evaluation pattern remains nearly constant over time. Furthermore, correlation analyses show strong connections between the design of group work and group dynamics, indicating a positive influence of support methods on problematic dimensions of social interaction. As this relation is strongest during the middle phase of collaboration, this study gives a first indication that also CSCL groups may go through the storming and norming stage of collaboration. These findings substantiate the necessity of providing support for computer-based learning.

The purpose of this study is determine the effect of computer based on the learning of media Paint application forward the cognitive abilities of children A2 TK Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal 22 Balongpanggang Gresik. Media of learning is everything that is used by teacher to simplify the delivery of learning materials. The media is computer-based learning which has paint application that is used to stimulate the cognitive abilities of children, especially in aspects of learning and problem solving, logical thinking, and symbolic thinking. This research uses quantitative approach that is experimental method with Pre-experimental design research design type one-group pre-test post-test. The subject of this study is a group A children in kindergarten AisyiyahBustanulAthfal 22 Balongpanggang Gresik as many as 11 children. Techniques of collecting data of ths research is participant observation and documentation in the form of photos of activities and plans of daily learning. Data processing uses t-test data analysis. The result of data analysis obtained by Tcount value is -5,45 and Ttable value 2,086 then  (-2,086 -5,45) and Ha accepted. Based on the data analysis shows there is a significant influence between computer-based learning media paint application to the cognitive abilities of children.

This study aims to determine: (1) Learning media used by history teachers so far; (2) Development of the Kupang Japan cave visualization media; and (3) Effectiveness of the application of the Japanese Cave Visualization Media in Kupang in learning history. This research was conducted on students of class XI IPS at Sudirman Kupang High School. This research is a research or development called research and development (R&D) by adopting the ADDIE model. The results showed that (1) the use of media in history learning that took place so far in class XI of Sudirman Kupang high school was still said to be minimal; (2) after learning in the classroom using the Kupang Japan cave visualization media, class XI students at SMA Sudirman Kupang felt it was important to visit the Kupang Japan cave site; (3 the development of instructional media is carried out through several stages including (a) the selection of material stage, namely selecting the subject used in the development activities, (b) the design of the development that is examining other references relevant to the subject matter of the research, (c) producing the learning video; d) product validation by both material experts and media experts as a result of the media is suitable for use (4) effectiveness test of Japanese cave visualization media developed through three stages namely one-on-one trials of 3 students, small group trials of 10 students and field trials were carried out on class XI IPS as a control class and class XI IPA as an experimental class with 27 students in each class.The results of the three stages of the trial were declared "Good". Thus, the Japanese cave visualization media was stated effective to increase motivation to learn history of class XI Sudirman Kupang high school students.

Media products are developed based the steps of the 4-D development model. The results of validation and trials that have been done, obtained data (a) the results of media validation reached a percentage of 82.5% with very valid criteria; (b) the results of the media attractiveness test reached a percentage of 95.56% with very interesting criteria; (c) the practicality test results of students and teachers reached a percentage of 94.8% with very practical criteria; (d) the results of the effectiveness test that learning outcomes increased by compare the pre-test and post-test results.</pre><pre><strong>Abstrak:</strong><em> </em>Penelitian pengembangan bertujuan untuk menghasilkan media interaktif <em>Computer Assisted Instruction</em> tema “Pahlawanku” subtema“Pahlawanku Kebangganku” materi IPS kelas IV SD yang valid, menarik, efektif, dan praktis. Media pembelajaran berbasis komputer dapat dijadikan alternatif dalam proses pembelajaran. Produk media dikembangkan berdasarkan langkah model pengembangan 4-D. Hasil validasi dan uji coba yang telah dilakukan, diperoleh data (a) hasil validasi media mencapai persentase 82,5% dengan kriteria sangat valid; (b) hasil uji kemenarikan media mencapai persentase 95,56% dengan kriteria sangat menarik; (c) hasil uji kepraktisan siswa dan guru mencapai persentase 94,8% dengan kriteria sangat praktis; (d) hasil uji efektivitas bahwa hasil belajar lebih optimal dengan membandingkan hasil <em>pre</em><em>-</em><em>test</em> dan <em>post</em><em>-</em><em>test</em>.</pre></td></tr></tbody></table></div>
