Attractions Puger Beach in Jember District, East Java Province. Puger Beach 35 km northwest of the city of Jember known as a fish auction, will Puger Beach has a very interesting beauty with a large waves also can be used for surfing. Another potential that can be developed is the island of Nusa Barong is located not far from Puger Beach, Development of attractions that must be done with more focused and sustainable.The formulation of this research is how is the strategy of puger beach tourism development in increasing the tourists in Jember District Government? So the purpose of the research is to analyze the strategy of puger beach tourism development in increasing the tourists. Sources of data in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained by conducting interviews to tourism managers, the public. Related offices and visitors who are in the location of research, while secondary data obtained from BPS, Department of Culture and Tourism Kab. Jember, libraries and internet, data analysis techniques used using Descriptive Analysis method while to obtain tourism development strategy using SWOT analysis.Based on the results of data analysis and discussion that has been done, it can be concluded tourism object. Puger Beach can be developed using aspects of attractiveness, accessibility aspects, aspects of activities and facilities, social, economic and cultural aspects. In addition, the output of this research is the making of policies and programs that can be used in the development of Puger Beach tourism destination. Keywords: Development Strategy, SWOT Analysis, Policy

This research has a specific purpose: (i) determine the potential of coastal area can be developed as a tourism product, (ii) Knowing constraints are faced in developing the tourism potential, and (iii) determine strategies that can be used in developing the tourism potential of the coast as a creative tourism products Yeh Gangga Beach, Sudimara village, Tabanan Bali. The general objective to be achieved is to improve the performance of the tourism sector in the welfare of society Tabanan through sustainable tourism development by developing creative potential.. The research found that (i) Yeh Gangga Beach has some potential creativity attraction, such as : art market, handycraft,video and photography, music and art performance, scenery, and accomodation; (ii) The main problems encountered are (i)Most strategic land has been switched ownership to investors. The strategy should be applied is (i) Maintain Yeh Gangga Beach as tourist attraction developed Tabanan through local regulations, (ii) increasing public awareness of tourism. The implications are (i) theoretically enriching literature of sustainability in tourism coastal area, (ii)practically could enhance the government to develop coastal tourism in Tabanan Bali.

This study aims to determine the extent to which development strategies have been implemented and in order to determine the inhibiting factors in developing Pelawan beach tourism objects for sustainable tourism areas in Tanjung Balai Karimun. This study uses a descriptive approach with qualitative research methods, then analysis using SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity and Threath), IFAS and EFAS matrices. The results of this study can be concluded that based on the SWOT matrix with internal IFAS factors and external factors EFAS has strengths with a score (0.900), weaknesses with a score (0.885), opportunities with a score (0.915), and threats with a score (0.843). The total strengths and weaknesses are (1,786), the total score of opportunities and threats is (1,758). While the results of the SWOT diagram matrix, it can be concluded that the difference between the internal factors of strength and weakness, the X axis of the horizontal line with a value (0.15) and the difference between the external factors of opportunity and threat, namely the Y axis in the form of a vertical line with a value of (0.072). It can be concluded that Pelawan beach tourism object is included in Quadrant I, namely a progressive strategy. The position of Pelawan beach tourism object is in an advantageous position because this tourist attraction has the opportunity to increase the availability of facilities and infrastructure as an initial reference for tourism development and take advantage of the strengths of Pelawan beach attractions.Suggestions from the results of this study are the IFAS and EFAS factors, namely the availability of facilities and infrastructure as an initial reference for tourism development, so that it needs to be rebuilt and increase the ability of human resources so that the strategies developed are more focused and better. The integrated and sustainable coastal tourism development activities can contribute to an area both in increasing the income of the government and the local community. The Lasiana coastal area of Kupang City has both natural and cultural potential, location, but it has not been implemented optimally. This study aims to determine the development strategy of the Lasiana coastal area based on the opinion of tourists and local communities in supporting development. This research is quantitative descriptive. The approach in this study is a quantitative approach to describe respondents' responses to attractions based on the questionnaire given. The results showed that the perception of local people and tourists is very influential in determining the area development strategy. The strategies used include the provision of facilities and infrastructure, the provision of a master plan for regional tourism development, traffic management arrangements, human resource development, the development of attractions as well as for cooperation among parties in terms of promotion and maintaining the sustainability of tourism and the environment.

The development of sustainable model of aquaculture by applying Sato Umi concept within coastal area of Indonesia has expanded from the center of first experiment in the northern coastal area of west Java to central Java (western Indonesia) and Bantaeng in the South Sulawesi of central Indonesia. The similar program has also been proposed for Maluku Province in the eastern part of Indonesia. In the next 5 years, Indonesia is developing the Techno Parks Program in some areas, in which aquaculture and fisheries activities development on the base of Sato Umi concept in the coastal area are involves in this program. The development of Techno Parks are directed as a center application of technology to stimulate the economy in the regency, and a place of training, apprenticeship, technology dissemination center, and center business advocacy for the public. Hopely, Sato Umi concept that has a similar spirit with Techno Park can be applied to support the implementation of Techno Park program in Indonesia

This study identifies the potential of tourism products in Sukajadi Village Bogor Regency based on ten (10) tourism components as well as its development strategy, which is currently included in the category of a newly developing tourist village. The results of this research are aggressive and serious development strategies in all aspects of the tourism component, namely increasing the quality and diversification of tourist attractions and activities, accessibility, improving the quality and quantity of tourism amenities, improving the quality of human resources & institutions, community support, land use, tourism industry cooperation, as well as marketing aspects. This research type is a descriptive qualitative with a case study exploratory approach. Primary data is obtained from direct observation and interviews with key informants, namely Pokdarwis and the Village Head, while secondary data is the result of literature studies and research documentation. The analysis technique of this research uses SWOT analysis and Matrix, analysis of the work program of the vision for tourism development of the Bogor Regency Government which refers to local government master plan for tourism development (RIPPARDA), and also analysis of the Cleanlines, Health, Safety and Environmental Sustainability (CHSE) guidelines.

Analysis of land, its carrying capacity and development strategy of seaweed cultivation in Labakkang, Pangkajene Regency. This study attempts to: (1) analyze the suitability of coastal land that appropriate for seaweed cultivation, (2) determine the carrying capacity of the land for seaweed cultivation, (3) formulate strategies and policies that appropriate for seaweed cultivation. This study used biophysical field survey to assess the region, analyze the suitability of the land as well as the carrying capacity of the area by using a geographic information system. Furthermore, the research analyzed the strategy and policy of development of seaweed cultivation with A'WOT analysis approach. The results of the evaluation of the suitability of land for seaweed cultivation in coastal areas showed that Labakkang has potential approximately 1632.876 ha. The area is suitable for seaweed cultivation activities around 1035.54 ha, and unsuitable area around 597.336 ha. For carrying capacity of seaweed cultivation in the coastal area of Labakkang is for 40.55 units. The priority development strategy of seaweed cultivation is strengthening institutions to make a sustainable seaweed cultivation in Labakkang.
