The “Sanquan Education” is the practice of Marx’s theory methodology on the free and all-round development of human beings and the innovative development of Ideological and political education of socialism with Chinese characteristics. It follows the party’s educational policy in the new era, and provides practical exploration for the cultivation of socialist builders and successors with all-round development of moral, intellectual, physical, aesthetics and labour. In order to promote the work of “Sanquan Education”, colleges and universities in the new era must establish the education concept of “everyone, always, everything and everywhere”, comprehensively implement the party’s education policy, strengthen linkage, integrate resources, improve evaluation mechanism, and form a higher level ideological and political work system.

The ideological and political education in colleges and universities should take building morality and cultivating people as the basis of education. In order to further implement the quality improvement of ideological and political education under the background of the new era, it is necessary to fully integrate the scientific concept of “three complete educations” and network education. Abstract. The construction of new media platforms in universities is an significant part of the current online ideological and political education in universities. This essay analyzes the current situation and features of relying on new media platforms to carry out students' ideological education in universities, then explains the conceptual ideas of the common construction and sharing mechanism of new media platforms in the new era, and constructs an innovative mechanism for co-construction and sharing of new media platforms in universities based on the interoperability, interconnection and mutual integration between online and offline of new media, also proposes specific implementation paths to build a community of education and form a large pattern of collaborative education of ideological and political work in universities.

Female Subjective Consciousness Education is an important content in the ideological and political work in colleges and universities, and an organic part of College and University’s fundamental task of establishing morality and educating people. Curriculum ideological and political education is the innovation and sublimation of contemporary educational curriculum concepts starting from the essential requirements of “education”. Curriculum ideological and political education is not a specific course. It integrates the function of ideological and political education in colleges and universities into all curriculum teaching activities, and realizes the integration of knowledge education and ideological and political education in specialized courses, as well as the education of students’ outlook on life and values in daily teaching. As a new direction of teaching reform in higher education, curriculum ideological and political education is the concentrated embodiment of the educational concept with Chinese characteristics in the new era. After clarifying the connotation of curriculum ideological and political education, this paper discusses the main problems existing in the construction of curriculum ideological and political education in specialized courses of English school and the deep-seated reasons behind the problems, and finally puts forward the realization paths of curriculum ideological and political education for specialized courses from the perspective of optimization theory.
