With the rapid development of cross-border e-commerce, its personnel training has become a major focus of professional teaching and reform in colleges and universities. It is of great practical value to study the practice teaching issues on cross-border e-commerce for application-oriented undergraduate colleges and universities. Starting with the curriculum design of cross-border e-commerce specialty group in schools, this paper studies five factors influencing students' satisfaction with cross-border e-commerce practical teaching curriculum, analyses the shortcomings of current practical teaching curriculum design, and puts forward the optimization countermeasures for improving students' satisfaction with practical teaching curriculum design.

The 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the maritime power strategy. College students shoulder the heavy responsibility of building a maritime power, and they can get close to the ocean and appreciate the charm of the sea through participating in sailing. In recent years, with the rapid development of sailing in China, more and more colleges and universities have begun to participate in the sailing. For example, Xiamen University on behalf of China to participate in the World University Sailing Championships, and Qingdao University of Science and Technology on behalf of China to participate in the Russian St. Petersburg University Regatta. More and more sailing teams of universities went abroad to the world. In 2017, the China University Student Sailing Championship attracted more than 30 colleges and universities from all over the country. There are sailing courses in the universities that performance well in sailing races, such as Xiamen University, Qingdao University of Science and Technology, Dalian Maritime University. These courses are loved by many students, and the sport is especially appealing to students who like challenges, brainstorm and enjoy good physical constitution. Sailing is a combination of intelligence and physical strength. Theory and practical teaching are both very important in teaching. If the teacher combines theory and practical teaching in the teaching process, then the students will have a more solid grasp of the learning content in the sailing course, and their learning process will be more secure.

There are few who would disagree with the fact that sound personnel policies are important to any organization. This would include personnel policies and procedures for university faculty members as well as members of other organizations. This study was designed to analyze any change which had occurred in faculty personnel policies in selected southeastern and midwestern universities from 1972–73. Significant improvements were made in the areas of performance appraisal procedures, promotion systems, the use of position descriptions, and job evaluation systems. This is an encouraging trend in colleges and universities, and one that will hopefully continue to improve.

The study aimed to identify the necessary requirements needed for employing e. learning in the (teaching staff) in the faculty memberof education, from the point of view of the teaching staff. In this study the researcher employed the analytical descriptive method and the size of the sample in which the study was applied was (127) individualsof the teaching staff with a degree of Assistant Professorand above The researcher has employed questionnaire technique as a study tool. The most important findings of the study are: The study has come to the fact that the majority of the researchers managed to answer the study areas which are summarized in (the requirements needed for employing e. learning by the teaching staff، which was specified by this study، these requirements are vitally important from the point of view of the teaching staff. The most important requirements for the use of e-learning in the university faculty member. It consists in possessing the competencies of preparing courses electronically, which means designing the content or electronic curriculum in accordance with the principles of educational design. The most important recommendations of the study are: Providing all the requirements needed to put e. learning into practice (for the teaching staff members) which was determine by the study to employ e. learning in the institutions of the higher education in Sudan.

Introduction. Ensuring national security is an urgent task for modern Ukraine. The national culture and its infrastructure components are given special attention in developed countries. Achieving the pace of rapid development of the national economy is now an important scientific and practical task. Ensuring the security of the sphere of culture is one of the priority directions of state security policy. Methods. The following methods of scientific knowledge are used in the course of the research: analysis, synthesis, grouping, analytical method, forecast method, study of scientific and statistical sources, tabular method, expert method. Results. The article proposes an approach to assessing the level of security of the sphere of culture by the indices of macroeconomic and social and demographic security. The article has received a practical implementation of the approach to assessing the level of security of the sphere of culture by an expert method. The conducted research has allowed to reveal a state of safety of a sphere of culture. The weight coefficients of economic and social and demographic security indices are obtained. Discussion. The prospect of further exploration in this direction is to develop a method of the main components and comparative analysis to assess the level of national security and security of the sphere of culture. China has entered the 21st century, the Internet has entered an era of rapid development, especially in recent years, with the emergence of five G, China’s Internet development has entered a new journey, with the rapid development of the Internet, China’s various industries can not do without the Internet, whether real estate, financial industry or even education industry. In recent years, under the influence of the newly created “Internet” education model, the English teaching methods of major colleges and universities have also undergone great reform. A new teaching mode, which combines the means of past education and teaching with modern information network, makes teaching no longer restricted by time and space. This kind of teaching mode can not only improve students’ interest in learning, meet the needs of modern students, but also improve the quality of English teaching in colleges and universities. This paper further discusses the mixed teaching mode of college English under the environment of Internet education.
