<em>The main purpose of this work is to analyze the perceptions and attitudes of secondary school education units regarding the qualitative characteristics of human resources, both in relation to the existing and the desired situation so that the administration is effectively carried out in the framework of the principles of Total Quality Management (TQM) and based on the specifications that the European Model of Administrative Excellence (EFQM) defines. The survey was conducted in the framework of the quantitative research approach from April 24 to May 26, 2017 by using the anonymous written questionnaire method, which was completed by 214 secondary education teachers in the prefecture of Arcadia. The results of the survey show that moral rewards are low, while financial rewards are completely absent from school units. At the same time, there is a low level of good communication, lack of competition on a personal level, a low degree of cooperation and exchange of views and honesty, while most respondents stated that the above mentioned are quality features that they would wish to be present in school units. Finally, the majority of respondents said that the dissemination of information and the transferring of it through various techniques, the encouraging and supporting of human resources to participate in activities (educational programs, innovative actions) aimed at improving the educational unit are quality features, which the sample prioritizes as very important and imperative to be adopted by the educational units.</em>

The existence of human resources in an organization has an important role. The progress of an organization can be seen from the performance of its human resources. Good performance of its human resources can lead the organization to achieve the goals set. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of the work environment and compensation through motivation on the performance of the employees of Lembaga Layanan Pendidikan Tinggi (LLDITKI) Wilayah VII Surabaya. This research uses quantitative research approach. Samples taken in this study amounted to 68 people including all administrative staff of LLDIKTI Wilayah VII Surabaya. The independent variables in this study are Work Environment (LK) and Compensation (KM). The dependent variable in this study is Employee Performance (KP) and the intervening variable is Motivation (MV). The result showed that Work Environment had a positive and significant effect on Motivation, Compensation had a positive and significant effect on Motivation, Work Environment had a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, Compensation had a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance and Motivation had a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. While the sobel test result indicate that Motivation can mediate Work Environment and Employee Performance and Motivation can mediate Compensation and Employee Performance.

Employees are the driving force of the organization to realize its functions and achieve predetermined goals. At this time when the perceived challenges are getting more and more complex, the desire of public organizations to increase competitiveness demands to improve the quality of employees who are proactive to any turmoil and change. Thus, it can be said that the success of an organizational goal is very much dependent on the man behind the gun.This study used quantitative research approach with the level of descriptive explanation. The method used in sampling is a method of sampling of cencus or total anumeration complete the data collection method that takes each element of the population or characteristics present in the population. So the sample in this study are all permanent employees or the Civil Service Revenue Office For Management of Regional Revenue, Finance and Assets Banyuasin District until 2013. That as many as 37 people. Data used in this reseach is the primary data and secondary data. While data collecting techinque done with the method of questionnaire, observation and documentation. The data analysis techique is done by using descriptive statistical calculations. Such data can be tested by determining the answers in the questionnaire scores, where scores were divided into 4 categories, using a likert scale, to determine whether whether the placement of human resources in the Revenue DPPKAD Banyuasin District classified as very affective, effective, ineffective or very ineffective. The results showed that the placement of human resources in the Revenue Office For Management of Regional Revenue. Finance and assets Banyuasin district, including in the category overall quite effective. It is seen from the weights for the overall indicator is based on the gradation of 102.7 which made the score showed that the level of effective of the placement of human resources in the Revenue Office For Management of Regional Revenue, Finance and Assets Banyuasin Regency effective in a category, indicators used in research on the effectiveness of placments in the Revenue Office For Management of Regional Revenue,  Finance and Assets Banyuasin consists of four indicators namely Morality, aggression, leadership, and human relations.

This study aims to determine the Influence of Dragon Fruit Farming Costs on Profit of the Dragon Fruit Farmers in Temurejo Village, Bangorejo Sub-district, Banyuwangi District. The research approach used in this research is quantitative research. Research subjects are dragon fruit farmers in the Village Temurejo Bangorejo Banyuwangi as many as 50 farmers. Data collection methods used consisted of questionnaire method, observation, interview, and document. The results showed that there is a significant effect of dragon fruit cost variable on the profit of dragon fruit farmers in Temurejo Village, Bangorejo Sub-district, Banyuwangi Regency is 78.6%, while the remaining 21.4% is influenced by other independent variables which are not examined in this research Namely the use of technology, production quality, and production consumer.

This study aims to determine whether or not Shopee's free shipping has an effect on consumer buying interest in non-star seller stores. The theory used by the writer is marketing communication, promotion and buying interest. This study uses a quantitative research approach with a questionnaire method. The research technique used is non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling approach, in which samples are taken by determining criteria or special characteristics that can provide the desired and appropriate information and are expected to be able to answer research problems. Respondents in this study were 100 respondents. The population of this research is Shopee e-commerce users who have made transactions using free shipping vouchers. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire and literature study. The test requirements used are validity test, reliability test and normality test. Data analysis using the T test, correlation coefficient test, coefficient of determination and simple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate the promotion of free shipping has a low effect on consumer buying interest in non-star seller stores by 7.9%.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya pengaruh gratis ongkos kirim Shopee terhadap minat beli konsumen di toko non star seller. Teori yang digunakan penulis adalah komunikasi pemasaran, promosi dan minat beli. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode kuesioner. Teknik penelitian yang digunakan adalah non probability sampling dengan pendekatan purposive sampling yaitu sampel di ambil dengan cara menetapkan kriteria atau ciri-ciri khusus yang dapat memberikan informasi yang diinginkan dan sesuai dan diharapkan mampu menjawab permasalahan penelitian. Responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pengguna e-commerce Shopee yang pernah bertransaksi dengan menggunakan voucher gratis ongkos kirim. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan studi kepustakaan. Uji pesyaratan yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas dan uji normalitas. Analisis data dengan menggunakan uji T, uji koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi dan analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan promosi gratis ongkos kirim memiliki pengaruh rendah terhadap minat beli konsumen di toko non star seller sebesar 7,9%.

In running a multi-level marketing business, PT.HNI-HPAI cannot be separated from human resources (members). A member (member) will not run optimally without the support of a leader/mentor. The research approach used in this research is qualitative. Research locations are areas or places that will be used as research targets. This research was conducted at PT. Herbal Medicine Alwahida Indonesia (HPAI) Bussines Center 9. Jl. Clean Water, Ex. Sudirejo I Kec. Medan city of North Sumatra Province. Research time for this research was conducted from December 2019 to July. The strategy of the research that can be drawn 1) The upline's active role that nurtures the members can improve the quality and income of members every month. 2) Good communication between members (members) and the upline can increase the target of each member. 3) Fostering a sense of responsibility to all members by giving awards to members who are enthusiastic and motivated to always be active in their membership. And finally, there is a lot of training offered by the leadership / upline to members by holding training as interesting as possible to empower and manage members so that they are superior to members of competing companies. The results of the SWOT analysis that have been obtained in PT HNI-HPAI Business Center 9 Medan is The total score of each of the detailed factors, strength 3.25, weakness 0.15, opportunity 3.23, threat 0.18.

Human resources are vital to the success or failure of the organization. However, there exist challenges in maintaining these human resources although human resource practices are deliberated as an important factor to improve employees’ commitment to the organization. Hence, this study aimed to investigate the nature of relationship that exists between human resource practices and normative commitment with motivation as the mediator. Employed a quantitative research approach, 64 SME employees in Selangor were surveyed. It was found that all human resource practices have positive effect on normative commitment with compensation, training and employee involvement-decision being significant. This study also revealed that motivation has a mediating effect for the relationship of training and both employee involvement with normative commitment. Thus, it can be concluded that both training and employee involvement create sense of loyalty and obligation to stay when employees are motivated. This paper addresses the evaluations of administrators and teachers working in primary schools of sustainable strategic planning practices in schools and their perceptions of the effectiveness of total quality management (TQM) practices. This study followed the quantitative research approach and was limited to primary schools in Ankara, Turkey. A face-to-face survey was conducted, and 400 responses were obtained from administrators and teachers working in primary schools. The hypothesis was tested using path analysis. The findings confirm that strategic planning practices in schools make a significant contribution to enhancing the perception of the effectiveness of TQM practices. The findings of the study and their implications are expected to benefit the development of primary schools in Turkey.

The research objective is to analyze the impact of the participation of online  ICT teacher training to increase the number of accessibility the learning content of features in Rumah Belajar. This research used the quantitative research approach with descriptive quantitative analysis methods to be able to describe how the increase in accessibility features of Rumah Belajar and utilization in learning in school. Samples were selected in this study are all online training participants at 15 locations online training that has been conducted by Pustekkom in 2015 and 2016 in 2015. The data was collected using a questionnaire and a list of open questions in accordance with the purpose of research. The results showed that 1) online ICT teacher training participants, after completing the Pustekkom  training online  using become more motivated to access other feature in Rumah Belajar; 2) The order of the percentage of the intensity level of accessibility to the other features of Rumah Belajar are: Sumber Belajar 23%, BSE 23%, Bank Soal 21%, Kelas Maya 13%, Lab Maya 6%, Karya Guru 4%, Wahana Jelajah Angkasa 4%, Peta Budaya 4% and Karya Komunitas 2%, and ICT training online using the application PKB Rumah Belajar can be used as a reference for efforts to develop a web-based learning applications, in particular for the development of Rumah belajar portal belongs Pustekkom Kemendikbud. Tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk menganalisis dampak keikutsertaan diklat online  TIK guru Belajar terhadap peningkatan jumlah aksebilitas konten pembelajaran pada fitur-fitur rumah belajar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode analisis kuantitatif secara deskriptif untuk bisa menggambarkan bagaimana peningkatan aksesbilitas fitur-fitur rumah belajar dan pemanfaatannya dalam pembelajaran di sekolah. Sampel yang dipilih dalam penelitian ini adalah semua peserta diklat online  pada 15 lokasi diklat online yang telah dilaksanakan oleh Pustekkom pada tahun 2015 dan 2016. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan daftar pertanyaan terbuka sesuai dengan tujuan penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) peserta diklat online TIK Guru, setelah mengikuti diklat online Pustekkom, menjadi lebih termotivasi untuk mengakses fitur-fitur lainnya dalam Rumah Belajar; 2) Urutan prosentase tingkat intensitas aksesbilitas terhadap fitur-fitur Rumbel selain Pengembangan Keprofesian berkelanjutan (PKB) adalah: Sumber Belajar 23%, Buku Sekolah Elektronik (BSE) 23%, Bank Soal 21%, Kelas Maya 13%, Lab Maya 6%, Karya Guru 4%, Wahana Jelajah Angkasa 4%, Peta Budaya 4% dan Karya Komunitas 2%; dan 3) diklat online TIK menggunakan aplikasi PKB. Rumah belajar bisa dijadikan referensi bagi upaya pengembangan aplikasi pembelajaran berbasis web, khususnya bagi pengembangan portal Rumah Belajar milik Pustekkom Kemendikbud.

The present study is aimed at developing effective guidance program for increasing student’s learning motivation. The present study applies quantitative research approach with nonequivalent pre-posttest control group quasi-experimental design, and nonrandom-purposive sampling technique. The data were collected using inventory, interview, and documentary study. The study comes up with the main finding that the tested guidance program is proven to be effective for increasing learning motivation students of 11th grade at SMA Kartika XIX-2 Bandung.

The purpose of this study is to find out whether there is an influence of Islamic business ethics with the variables of unity, equilibrium, free will, responsibility, benevolence and the welfare of traders in the Pusat Pasar Medan. This research is a quantitative research and the analysis used is multiple regression analysis. The data collection technique used is the questionnaire method obtained directly from the respondent, namely the Pusat Pasar Medan Trader. Analyzed using statistical tools, namely SPSS Version 22. Based on the results of data processing has shown that there is a significant influence as partially and simultaneously among the unity, equilibrium, free will, responsibility and benovelence towards the welfare of traders in the Medan Market Center. For unity, free will, responsibility and benovelence have a positive effect on the welfare of traders in Medan Market Center. While the equilibrium variable has a negative effect on the welfare of Medan Market Center traders. The adjusted R square value is 0.345. This means that 34.5% increase in welfare can be explained by independent variables, namely the variables of unity, equilibrium, free will, responsibility and kindness. While 65.5% is explained by other factors.
