<p><em>This article presents a study that was carried out two years after teachers completed a training course in computerized instruction, entitled “Intel Education for the Future”. The purpose of the study was to measure the degree to which the teachers internalized the skills taught in the training course, thereby</em><em>,</em><em> assisting them in integrating the use of the computer in the classroom. For this purpose, certain parameters were chosen: the teacher’s method of working in the classroom, the effect of computer instruction on the students and the difficulties encountered upon integrating the computer in the classroom. The research tools were questionnaires and interviews. The main conclusion of the research was that the teachers successfully internalized the skills needed for the use of technology. Teachers are now using the computer to search for information suitable for worksheets and tests and for e-mailing their colleagues. Most of the teachers noted that the most useful tool for their work is the </em><em>o</em><em>ffice program. The teachers pointed out that the use of computers raises the students’ motivation and improves their understanding of the material. They did not report any special difficulties in integrating the computer into their teaching methods. </em></p>

The scenes in the trailer shown are all sorts of interesting and prominent scenesto attract the attention of potential viewers and be able to describe the entire contents of the movie without giving too much information. The trailer was created to promote theatrical release of the movie and the movie trailer was a clip containing all the parts of the advertised movie, shown before other movie screenings in the cinema, and aimed for the audience to come to watch. The best way to teach English is to use interesting material, appropriate teaching methods, the use of technology that can be one of the important and effective support tools. Meta-analysis is essentially a synthesis of a topic taken from several research reports. Based on the synthesis is drawn conclusions about the topic under study. This research uses some similar research results as basic data in conducting studies and conclusions. From the same five studies, it is concluded that Movie Trailer is effective as a learning medium because it can improve understanding in English learning.

The stories in Qur'an are Allah’s decrees which convey more beau-tiful values beyond any religious text ever written. It is the holiest scripture and is written  in a wonderful, understandable, and attract-ive language humbly conveying a vast amount of information about life and events that happened in the past. It’s aim is to be an object of reflection for human beings living in this age and the future. Even more so, the stories in Al-Qur'an also entail an educative function providing learning materials,  and teaching methods, regarding the transformative power of Islam and the internalization of true religious values.

During the past three years, -skopìa[EDUCATION], the educational branch of the recently established start-up of the University of Trento, -skopìa, has conducted an extensive series of future laboratories in the classroom, working in particular with students aged twelve years old (second year of “medie inferiori”) and fifteen years old (second year of “medie superiori”). Future labs follow an explicit protocol (initial and final tests, three major steps, respectively, focused on the past, the future and the present). Teachers wanting to conduct a lab in their classroom must attend a preliminary training course. Furthermore, all the labs are monitored by -skopìa.

Introduction. Mathematical methods and models are an effective tool for studying complex economic systems at different levels of enterprise management. Economic mathematical modelling is actively developing not only as a scien-tific field but also as a means of substantiating management decisions in business, in the analysis and forecasting of socio-economic processes and phenomena. In the arsenal of economic and mathematical modelling now are using- modern computing methods and computer technology. Libraries of economic and mathematical models are an integral part of the architecture of decision support systems in specific areas of the economy. The rapid development of computer technology stimulates the emergence and formation of new theoretical volumes and applied areas of modelling.Purpose. Like any large and complex field of knowledge, mathematical modelling is evolving in different direc-tions, acquiring new flexible research methods. Therefore, based on new hardware, technology and software platforms it is necessary to create new information systems using economic and mathematical models in particular for forecasting of enterprise activities.Results. The article analyses the methods of modelling and forecasting the enterprise, considers the principles of software design. Using systems analysis, the design problem was analytically divided into parts. Also were investigated the connections and relationships between these parts, in particular, were implemented the problem tree and the goal tree. Implemented business process modelling performs based on created structural-logical diagrams, namely the IDEF0 dia-gram, which helps to visually display data and information that affect software development, a server part, input data and users. Using the results of research, the authors developed an automated information system for modelling and forecasting the activities of the enterprise, which uses models of Holt, Brown, exponential smoothing and Box-Jenkins for modelling. Part of the developed system is a designed software product that implements the objectives of the research. The obtained program results allow creating a clear forecast of the future activities of the enterprise.Conclusions. Based on the built graphs of modelling and forecasting of the Cisco Systems company financial activity with using of the developed automated system, we established that the Brown model is the best for providing educational sampling and a forecast of activity. The development of the automated system in the future involves the expansion of functionality, improvement and increasing of quality, as well as the creation of powerful analytics for more detailed forecasting.

Educational programmes have recognized the growing need to use computers in the classes as it presents unprecedented challenges that help the students to acquire an inquiring, critical and creative mind to capitalize on the opportunities driven by the growth of information, knowledge and technology. The computer knowledge has begun influencing student’s learning experience for more than 25 years ago, but it was in a moderate manner (Cuban, 2001). However, the past decade has witnessed major trend toward integrating computer technology in all the language classes. The integration has increased because the computer technology represents an accessible and instant information, enormous potential for interactivity and media–rich communication, as well as educational tools which engage the students in the classroom (Mouza, 2002). Undoubtedly the recent advancement in information technology and computer usage in the classroom is rapidly transforming the environment of the classroom. The teachers cannot ignore the reality the today’s classroom must provide technology-supported learning (Angers &amp; Machtmes, 2005). Being prepared to integrate the technology in the classroom has become a paramount skill in every teacher’s professional repertoires. The traditional role of the teacher as the center of the schooling is changing recently with all the introduction of the new technologies in the classroom. One of the effects of the new technologies is the decentralization of teachers in the learning environment (Damrian, 1998). This introduces a very valid point of how the teaching profession will change in the era of digital technologies. What is the role of the teacher in a classroom where he/she is no longer the only source of knowledge? How can he/ she teach effectively in a class, where every student has his/her computer and can Google any piece of information? The following study will investigate the effect of the implementation of the technology in the English as a foreign language (EFL) classes on the nature of the teachers’ profession.

The use of computer technology is increasingly becoming a way of life for professional salespeople.  Given the increased use of technology in virtually aspects of sales, it would seem natural to reconcile both the uses of, and attitudes toward, computers among professional salespeople with traditionally emphasized sales constructs such as adaptability and customer orientation.  The results of such an analysis would have implications for both academic sales research as well as sales managers and trainers who would benefit from an investigation into a propensity to accept computer technology and the ability to engage in significant sales activities that represent the human dimension.  The current study addresses this issue by assessing the relationships between salespersons’ attitudes toward computer technology, adaptability, and customer orientation.  The findings generally indicate a positive predisposition toward computer usage and a significant positive relationship between those attitudes and both adaptability and customer orientation among a sample of professional salespeople.

The COVID-19 pandemic has forced us to reconsider the way we teach our students. The inability of UK-based lecturers to deliver via traditional lecture-based courses in China (due to ongoing travel restrictions) has been an obstacle to overcome but also an opportunity to investigate innovative remote-teaching methods. Here we review a case study based on teaching three different year groups at the Jinan University - University of Birmingham Joint Institute during the early part of 2020. We reflect on how technology was used, draw conclusions and discuss potential opportunities for the future of remote-teaching.

This study aimed to determine the effects of two teaching methods namely, flipped classroom instruction and conventional instruction in teaching the least mastered competencies in the core subjects among Grade 8 students in one of the Junior High Schools in Zamboanga City who were purposively selected. A Quasi-Experimental Research using the non-randomized pre-test - post-test control group design and qualitative approach explored the effectiveness of the two teaching methods. The findings indicated that students in flipped classroom instruction and conventional instruction obtained higher scores in the post-test than the pre-test results in the core subjects. But, flipped classroom students got slightly higher mean scores as compared to those students who have been taught in the conventional instruction. However, statistically, no significant difference was found between the two methods in learning the least mastered competencies in Science, Mathematics and English. Further, results revealed that the students who were exposed to flipped classroom instruction and the conventional instruction improved in their level of knowledge in mastering the least learned concepts in the core subjects. The problems encountered in the flipped classroom model, however, were identified based on the interview conducted. It was found out that teachers were unfamiliar with the flipped classroom model and lack of time and resources hindered them to utilize the approach in their classes. Students were also challenged particularly on the availability of resources like gadgets and internet connection that resulted to disengagement of the students to watch the flipped videos at home. This study revealed that whatever method or approach used in teaching least mastered competencies would be considered effective in achieving life-long and meaningful learning. An instructional development program was developed to capacitate and elevate the performance of teachers in the implementation of the flipped classroom instruction to improve students’ performance.
